Jason does FABULOUS work! I needed 2 different chairs refurbished from 1960s. 1 had pee stains, so Jason replaced whole bottom stuffing and it is so comfortable.! The other 1 has wood work and push metal pins, looks fantastic! With all that he did, it was way more reasonable price than I thought! On top of great job, he picked them up and dropped them off, fantastic service!! Definitely will use him again!! They are soooo beautiful! Sorry I can't seem to place photos in here? read more

I first placed two calls leaving voice mails seeking to discuss my project, received no reply. Then went on website Friday requesting Stich stop by my house on the following Monday morning at 10 to review my project and provide an estimate. They were a no show this morning nor did they even contact me on my cell. So have to advise all to avoid Stitch and take your business elsewhere. read more

I took two pieces of backyard furniture upholstery that was recently damaged by a microburst; seams had become unstitched throughout! Jason managed to repair both pieces in an exceptional manner saving me a lot of money if I had to replace these items. He did a superb job! On top of that, his prices are very reasonable. I cannot emphasize enough how great this company operates and how pleasant Jason is. Thank you for great customer service! Hector read more

I was desperate to find a place that would fix our couch cushion, which our dog ate through, and was really worried about the pricing, but I took it in and got a great estimate, at first I was worried because when places give you estimates they usually give you a lower price than what it will cost at the end. I was surprised when the estimate was exactly what they charged and the staff there was incredibly friendly! Also Jason communicated the entire time on what we preferred in terms of the fix, and when everything was ready. They were also extremely fast! I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys so much for fixing that for me, and also fixing the zipper on my bag! read more

Professional and communicative . Very happy with my fixed couch cushion !! Will definitely return again

Great service! They came and picked up the material and chairs to get the slings replaced on our chaise loungers. Jason kept us updated as to where he was at, how things were going, and never assumed anything. If he has a question, he called or texted. Great communicator! We had absolutely no problems getting this task done. Plus he has great quality of work and great prices and we saved a lot of money rather than going to buy new chairs. We highly recommend him to replace your slings in your chaise loungers. P.S. we also spray painted our chairs ourselves before he came and picked them up. I'm sure Jason would do that also if you asked him. They are like brand new. Thank you Jason! read more

Exceptional! The customer service was amazing and the repair work incredible! I called with a request to fix my son's camp couch (best name for it). It had ripped during his first year at college. This is such a unique piece that fit so well under his lofted bed, it needed to be fixed. Jason took my call, told me to bring it down to the shop. He fixed it in a short 15 minutes while I waited. Polite, professional, and patient! I have other projects headed for the Stitch Upholstery. Highly recommended. read more

I had the center console of my truck tear right where your elbow rests. It was vinyl. I called these guys and they asked if I wanted to swing by and I didn't have time at the moment. So they sent their mobile guy out to pickup the console cover and take it to the shop! 4hrs later it was delivered back to me wrapped in a brand new high quality leather that matched wonderfully. Can't recommend these guys enough. Fantastic. read more

Drove here from East Mesa to get a quote on upholstery work. It's 11:40am and the door is locked and no one answers the phone.

Jason did an awesome job covering a bike seat which I had customized. He was very quick and charged a very reasonable rate. In addition, he just seems like a very nice guy. I was interested to see how certain tools were used, and he explained everything as he went along. I will definitely go back to Jason for any future upholstery needs that I might have. read more

Jason recovered and refurbished a bench we have at the foot of our bed. It looks brand new! Better than new! If it weren't for the fancy Queen Anne legs, we'd have bought something new.
