She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

Now I'm leaving with a footlong crack across my drivers window now and out of luck, needing a full windshield replacement now which will cost me over a grand. Thanks! After those reviews, the Service Department Manager reached out to me personally, listened to my concerns, and assured me they were working to improve. I'm happy to say they have! I recently brought my daughter's Toyota in for a scheduled 1:00 p.m. oil change and routine maintenance. In the past, even with an appointment, a simple oil change could take nearly three hours. This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. They've earned this five-star review, and I hope they continue providing this level of service to all of their customers. Thank you!

When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

My 2014 Mustang was getting a little worn so I decided to fix it up starting with the upholstery. I…read moreeventually decided on Katzkin brand leather installed by Sonny's Upholstery. I could not have made a better choice with either. Both Sonny and his wife Rhonda helped me pick an appropriate color. They did the front and rear seats. In addition, the Mustang has side airbags in the seat backs so just any old upholstery or seat cover won't do. The upholstery has to allow the air bags to expand where they are supposed to in a collision. The Katzkin product has special seams that allow that and Sonny's installer must perform an additional process with the airbags to assure everything works as it should. Sonny wanted two days to do it but I was called first thing the morning of the second day and told it was done. It looks and feels like a new car now. Leather upholstery is not for everyone as it is very expensive. If you decide on cloth instead, Sonny can do that as well. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job or better quality than Sonny. If you need new upholstery, go see Sonny.

Ronnie and Jordan assured me they would be able to make it beautiful once more. They were not wrong! My little table is now a beautifully restored heirloom! It's magnificent. There are many amateur refinishers out there flipping furniture, but Ronnie and Jordan are true masters and they're able to return your items to their original beauty. I can't wait for the next project - I already have a few in mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
