Continued: Danielle answered & advised due to all the issues, they would wait until we had a chance to take the machine out to see if there was anything else wrong, once that was done, we could square up on the deductible. Thursday, 6/17 when my husband was back in town from work, we went to Nash advises them they would not be doing any more repairs & we would square up the deductible now. Danielle handed us an invoice with the words Deductible $500 handwritten on it, said to take it to the cashier. Cashier searched the system for a few minutes with no luck, called back to service as the invoice wasn't in the system. Few calls with no answer, so walked back. While she was gone, one of the parts people said, "Let me guess, Danielle", he said "She's a train wreck". Paid our $500 deductible & left. Called the location on Friday to see if I could sell them my bike. I live in Tucson so I wanted to make sure I didn't waste my time. They said to bring it in to get the appraisal. I got an online quote for 4600-5500. I arrive at the location and prior to looking at the bike, they say the most they will give me is 4300. I was okay with that amount. They inspected the bike and offered me $3900. Pretty low, but I was still okay with that. After 3 hours of being there, I was ready to sign for 3900. The manager came to me at the table and said that they don't want the bike and they are only willing to give me 3200. At closing time this left me no other options to seek an appraisal. We had to go back to Tucson and completely waste our day because Nash Powersports chooses to do shady business. Do not recommend doing business with them. AEO is right up the street and deserve your business. read more

I just had my 2003 Yamaha worked on at this facility 2 years ago, but when I went yesterday, 22 Feb 2022, I was turned away because my machine is over 10 years old. When I first arrived the service writer was busy turning another customer away on the phone. He was a little rude and told me they can't keep the manuals on machines more than 10 years old. Makes me wonder how they fixed it 2 years ago when it was 17 years old. I have owned 2 ATV purchased from here, but never will make another purchase from them. They have lost my business for ever. We bought a Waverunner last summer when they were still Apache Motorsports then a few weeks later new ownership changed the name to We Ride Powersports. The buying experience was positive, especially taking into consideration a previous experience at a competitor's shop. While my salesman no longer works at We Ride, he was helpful, fairly knowledgeable (although I had already done tons of research so I knew what I wanted) and he was not pushy and high pressure. I was satisfied with the deal I got. It was a professional business transaction and I did not feel I was viewed as stupid or taken advantage of. Probably the best part of the experience was when I went to pick up my new machine. My salesman went over the key points of the owners manual with me such as the important items relating to maintenance after use and requirements for maintaining the warranty. My owners manual was tabbed and highlighted to make it quick and easy. Overall a good buying experience and I would go back for service and to buy other toys. read more

Had an OK experience at Nash's when purchasing my side by side. Dennis was my sales-person and he was 5 stars! He literally did everything he could to help out. They matched pricing, installed the road-kit and even delivered to my home in time for Christmas. Amazing. So glad I had Dennis to help me out. The delivery date (Christmas Eve) was a bit of a struggle. They had many people in the store and very little staff. I barely saw Dennis at all. Not cool. Started to get concerned. Manager quickly apologized and then had me wait for finance guy to complete paperwork. Took nearly 2 hours to complete the process, and I wasn't even financing, so it shouldda been quicker. I would've appreciated notice, even day of, to let me know that it would be very busy and that later in the PM or another day wouldda been better. I would've been totally fine with that. Finally, they couldn't get the road kit installed on the delivery date, so Dennis let me know that they would deliver to my house and then come pick it up later to install the road kit and then re-deliver it again. This was awesome. He knew that I didn't yet have a trailer, but thinking outside of the box, made it happen. Another +1 for Dennis. All in all, was I happy? YES. But Nash, the devil is in the details (e.g. sale close out). So, if you want a good deal on a ride, you do your homework (e.g. price-matching) and know what you want, then Nash is the way to go. Among all the problems Nash Powersports have given me I'll only list a few: * took my Spyder in for an oil change at Phoenix; left with a leak and a stuck clutch * found out Mesa is the only location near me that handles anything else, and it took them 2 months to fix the leak - they needed to order parts 3 separate times * they refused to acknowledge the clutch problem, and it took them another month of back-and-forth to get it working right * they left it out in the rain, and it rusted my keychain (at least bring the keys inside, come on) * left Mesa with "low battery" - even though I requested it to be put on a tender they clearly didn't. For MONTHS "Would you like to trade it in for a newer model?" The audacity. How about you don't sell defective vehicles? read more

Let me speak about their Customer Service. I stopped by Nash in Mesa today to price paddles for my Can Am. As I'm pricing the tires I ask the Service team, if I can pay for them now and pick them up another day because I was in my wife's car and couldn't take them home at the time. Bill Nash ask what area I live in and as I tell him where, he replies- "I'm going to my store in Scottsdale and will pass by your area, so I can drop them off for you" He personally brought the paddles to my house. Nash motor sports finance manger is the rudest employee I have ever met. I've never felt more cheated or disrespected in my life. Came out with a ridiculous 8 year loan with all the gimmicks added in. Told him I didn't want any of the extras and only a short term loan which upset him and basically ended the conversation. Loan percentage was unbelievable at 8 years and damn near equally ridiculous at his second attempt with 3 year loan. Employee got mad when I refused gap and warranty and from that point on had no respect for the customer or trying to make a deal. Nash does not care about the customer and should be ashamed that they just shut down someone willing to spend 13 grand on a 4-wheeler. read more

L I E S, L I E S, and M O R E L I E S We had taken our 2021 Can-Am in for several new things from and extra battery (they never installed) to a stereo system (they never tested, per their words) and lights with conversion kit (they drilled into our new plastic)- While also taking it in due to the computer reading "limp home mode", to which they tried delivering not ONCE, not TWICE but THREE times 1. Without Installing the battery we paid for on NOVEMBER 1st 2. Testing the stereo install while riding in it, whistled so bad couldn't hear a very pricey system! Also paid NOVEMBER 1st 3. Said they ran the codes (on NOVEMBER 3rd) but didn't actually run it them until 3WEEKS later NOVEMBER 18th- saying they can't repeat the problem ****Ride Now repeated it within 12 minutes of having it 4. Lied about Replacing Coils- Ride Now verified the coils WERE NOT replaced. To top all of that off, they NEVER E V E R called for any updates or even to blow smoke up our you-know-what*, nothing! Jesse, just got back home with the new Yamaha R3, WOW, love the bike. It has more speed and torque now than the Honda CBR300R did AFTER I had put the K&N air filter and the sport exhaust on it, the ride position is great, I reached for the handlebars on the CB500F but not on this. In short, surprisingly comfortable for a bike that size.  AND, I just wanted to tell you that the sales experience was great, no prodding, no pressure, just the great service that I am used to from you. I usually never post but feel the need to give a shout out to Drew Haltom the service manager at the new location on Elliot. I had bought a 2021 can am, bought all the bells and whistles. I went in to get it serviced only to find out my warranty was expired by 2 weeks when originally I was trying to go in the month before, but they were moving locations so there was a delay on getting it into them. I never thought about my warranty expiring. Not only did they do a good job getting my ride back to me, but Drew went above and beyond to get it covered under the warranty that was expired since they were in the moving stages. Drew was great, kept in contact and gave me updates daily, which I never experienced before through Nash when I first purchased the Can-Am. I told myself after I was done with the warranties and dealing with Nash. I would be moving onto Ride Now but with this experience and knowing that Drew is there to watch out for any needs, I might need for servicing this Can-Am I have decided to stay with Nash Powersports. I want give service a ZERO...so I will just say they have had my Honda Pioneer 1000 for 6 weeks to replace a reverse gear and the lower shift fork. They let me know last week, the parts were in and I could pick it up last Tuesday. Actually, the parts didn't come in and they now say 7/28. I am not accustomed to this level of incompetence. Honda has always had an excellent reputation for having parts for their machines. If Honda doesn't have parts for their Honda Pioneer1000, they should take all of them back and give all of the owners their money back. I suspect the dealership's service department is completely lost UPDATE: 8/1 -I finally go my Honda Pioneer back. ......they changed the sub transmission oil as part of replacing the reverse gear. In doing so, they left off the "crush" washer on the drain bolt resulting in most of the oil leaking out. If I would not have noticed it, I would have burned up the transmission. Also left one of the small bolts that holds the oil cover in place. Either that ....or it backed out on its own. read more

This place is a bunch of fucking losers. I bought a brand spanking new 2020 Jetske paid $11,500 cash. When I say cash I dropped $100 bills down and took the Jetski along with a dual trailer. One month after owning the Jetske I sucked up a rub rail from a boat in 100 feet of water at Saguaro Lake I brought the Jetski down to get it fixed three months it sat there out in the back parking lot and was full of bird shit and dust. Finally one of the parts come in I ask him to put it together, detail the Jetski and put it on a trickle charge and I'll wait for the other $8 part to come in. three days I wait and nothing I go back to pick up the boat there it is sitting in the parking lot full bird shit and dust looking like a 1985 fucking jetski. This place is the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life all the way from sales right down to the service department. I drove the JetSki to AutoZone took the whole damn thing apart put it together myself and it runs like a champion. Fuck those guys bunch of fucking idiots over there with no clue on how to sell or repair. read more
