He also called my mother and left a message and told her to call him back at the number that wouldn't work. Mixing green coolant into a Toyota Sienna that uses red (Toyota Long Life) coolant can cause the two types to react, creating a sludgy, gel-like substance that clogs the radiator, heater core, and engine passages. I replaced every sensor and even added a boost fooler to solve the problem, but the problem would not go away. Finally, I put back in the stock turbo and I have no more issues. The KC turbo is now a paperweight. I believe that the wastegate is seized. I understand that sometimes even good products can have defects, but my real issue with KC is the horrible customer service. They will not even consider that their product could have a problem and refuse to make this right...I'm on my own. It is nearly impossible to get tech support on the phone, and when you do, they make excuses, give false information and sort of blow you off
