Donny and his brother could not have been nicer, or offered better customer service. We were unfamiliar with the area and elected to have them deliver the Rzr to us at the trailhead. Donny was at the meeting spot early (so were we, so that was awesome) and had us on our way in no time at all. A quick review of the operation of the buggy and a review of all included safety equipment (spare tire, spare belt, puncture repair kit, first aid kit, etc...) and we were off. We elected for the 24 hour rental because we were on the trails all day and wouldn't have been back in time before they closed. It was well worth it and one of the few, if not only, company to offer this option. Our machine worked perfectly without issue. It made for a great family adventure. I'd give them six stars if possible. It could not have been a better experience.

This was the first daddy-daughter trip we've had since my wife passed almost two and a half years ago. We had THE best time on our guided UTV tour of Cottonwood and Box canyons. Our host and tour guide, Arek, made our trip memorable! He shared his knowledge of the trails and the history of the area. We really appreciated his hospitality. " i have filed complaints and am perusing a lawsuit for damages ! not enough space here for me to relay what has transpired over a year of lies and deception ! note they have been paid for services for over a year now ! be aware of shady businesses !

If you want to go for a ride in the dessert to see pretty views, I recommend it. The negatives were that they shoved as many people into a side by side as they could. There was no need to have 5 people per machine. We met at someone's house (relative of the owner). It was just a weird "facility". For a tour, there wasn't much information provided during the ride, the person in the front was the only one who could hear, and the info provided wasn't all that interesting. There was no wow factor to this trip. Now that I think of it, we didn't even stop at the pretty spots, we stopped under the power lines. Others in the group took pictures and mine weren't very good so there's no need for me to post them...it was pretty though.
