Mike was easy to work with, had great machines, stopped to tell us stories and facts on the area and we all felt safe with him and his pup, Sas, who came along for the ride. Mike had an extra jacket for my daughter, brought some snacks and water/soda's and is just a great dude. Called Mike on a Saturday and we were tearing it up early the next morning. I brought my 3 boys and we met Mike as early as I could rally the troops in the morning around 7:00am. When we got to the house, Mike had mentioned him and a friend he had at the house were going out riding as well and were planning on making their way to a little pond headed south on the Hassayampa and invited us to join them. I gladly took the offer and we had the BEST time. Plenty of areas to gas it, up hills, splashing through the river - we got it all in just a few hours. We'd stop every so often for a water break and a snack break and my boys had zero complaints about anything. They loved every minute of the trip. Even swapped drivers and got my oldest in the driver's seat and he was pumped. I just can't say what an amazing memory for me and my boys this was and Mike made it all happen for us. With Mike's guidance through the terrain, I was 100% confident in everything we did! This was the first daddy-daughter trip we've had since my wife passed almost two and a half years ago. We had THE best time on our guided UTV tour of Cottonwood and Box canyons. It wasn't too busy so finding a parking spot was fast. We unloaded, and walked over the the check in area to purchase tickets. The cost of the ticket included the shuttle ride to and from the drop off / pickup area. We floated for 2.5 hours and it was sooo much fun. The water was cold but the sun was hot. For the most part we relaxed and in some areas we struggled as the currents were strong. We had paddles on hand so that helped a lot. We saw a few horses roaming around. We took sheets to wrap around our tubes as they tend to get really hot. We also wore water shoes as the rocks hurt really bad when stepped on. We took rope to tie our tubes together and that was great. So much fun. Life jackets are definitely recommneded if you dont know how to swim!

It would have been nice to have a second smaller tube for things and drinks, but when it's almost the same price as a tube pass itself, it didn't make sense to rent one. A couple recommendations would be to bring a sheet of some kind to out over the tube if you're renting one as they get hot VERY quickly. I also recommend having a second tube as there is barely enough room for just you on the ones you can rent. While I suffered because I didn't want to spend the hefty rent price for their carrying tube, I would recommended buying a cheap one to bring.

Before we even hit the trail, the team took time to teach us how to properly guide and communicate with our horses, which made the entire experience feel empowering and very safe, even for beginners. Our guides were amazing, personable, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. Even when we had to cross streets with traffic, the wrangler confidently stopped the cars and made sure we crossed safely. That level of professionalism and care really stood out. The views were stunning. We rode through beautiful desert trails surrounded by cacti, birds, and wildflowers. It felt peaceful, adventurous, and grounding all at once. The are apparently hiding their business through the mini-storage for all transactions and mail so it's hard to trace them. The unit was returned cleaned and in better shape than we got it the same day. Then - THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR $2000 with no explanation, and refused to answer my calls. I had to refute the charge with my card company. A felony fraud charge is pending with the owner CJ. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF, find someone else reputable.

To start I want to say we saw multiple reviews that were very bad and the…read moreowner clapping back on the reviews with very poorly worded and unprofessional responses but she seemed to be nice on the phone of course. We showed up for a full-day dirtbike rental at 10am instead of 7am and nothing was ready for us and multiple bikes were not working so they gave us different bikes, which were all cheap old early 2000s carbureted Hondas. The lady seemed fine and told me her husband just died which made me feel terrible but regardless we left and loaded our stuff up to ride. once we got out to trails and unloaded, multiple bikes had issues and all besides one of the smaller bikes. Took us almost 30 min to get them bikes running so they wouldn't shut off from carb and fuel issues. Once we got them running we found the big bike had a flat tire. by the time we tried getting all of the bikes fixed up and going we wastes hours and couldn't ride 2 of the bikes with a group of 5 of us. we filled all of the bikes up with gas and didn't get to use any of it. we brought the bikes back and asked for a refund but she still charged us $900 for 3 working bikes. I told the lady I run a business and I understand how everything works, we filled bikes up and didn't damage anything, asked to help make the customers happy and told us to F off because we could have came earlier and had more time to try and fix these bikes on the trail or have them drive an hour to our trail to fx for us or bring us more broken bikes. We were not looking to get stranded on bikes anymore but she was not willing to give a refund, seemed to be a greedy business owner. I would highly recommend to keep looking for new spots and if this is the only place then to find a new activity. we ended up paying for bikes we couldn't ride, gassed them all up for free since they came empty, and still had to pay for our trailer rental all day as well but we paid and moved on to some very fun disc golfing which saved our day. We were very kind to her through the process and understanding but got none of that back in return. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
