I was looking for a rudder for my wakeboarding boat and called 3 California dealers, each of which had some excuse not to help. So I called out of state to Action WaterSports and Christian in service was very pleasant and said he could help me. He called the manufacturer in California, ordered the rudder, got it delivered within 3 days and had it shipped to me within 2 days. Less than a 1 week turnaround. What was even more impressive was that Christian called me to update me on my order status 3 different times. In my 10 years of experience owning a boat, it is a rare thing to find anyone at a boat dealership, other than a salesman that is trying to close a deal, that will call you back, let alone follow through in a timely manner. This resulted in 4 MPG reduction by my truck for the trip, but we SAVED over $2k by not renting a local boat from one of the marinas in Page. This X30 boat is far from new, but it runs very well, starting up perfectly every time. We used it to ski, surf (it has 2 ballasts), wakeboard, and also on a few longer runs to the marina and Rainbow Bridge. Tons of power, booming stereo, room for a few families at once, and a very large 60 gallon tank. Travis was very accommodating with our mid-week pick up and drop-off schedule, handled hitching up the trailer, and provided plenty of extras (ropes, boards, skis, 14 life jackets). I visited his shop and saw all of the other things he rents out - this guy knows his power toys. I will definitely rent from this company again.

They will add on charges and extras that aren't listed and all of a sudden it's $1000 more than what was listed. They will ignore you for weeks!!! Don't bother calling because you get a google voicemail and good luck getting a call back. Don't put your card information anywhere! Also they don't take down rentals that are already booked. They don't communicate. My booking feel through with them and what a blessing in disguise that was. I ended up looking at the yelp reviews and tried to cancel immediately and got no response for two weeks until they canceled my reservation because the one I had reserved was already booked? I ended up finding a better rv with a better price and with a lot more options with free mileage and unlimited generator use and wonderful hosts and no extra add ons out of nowhere. Keep looking I promise you'll find a great rv fit for you. Boy toys rentals is not the company you want to go with!! I wish outdoorsy would take them off their website because I feel like they've done so many people wrong. Also the reviews are so important. People had failing RV's, bad communication, they didn't get their $500 (REFUNDABLE) deposit back even though they took care of the rv and things happened outside of their control. Donny and his brother could not have been nicer, or offered better customer service. We were unfamiliar with the area and elected to have them deliver the Rzr to us at the trailhead. Donny was at the meeting spot early (so were we, so that was awesome) and had us on our way in no time at all. A quick review of the operation of the buggy and a review of all included safety equipment (spare tire, spare belt, puncture repair kit, first aid kit, etc...) and we were off. We elected for the 24 hour rental because we were on the trails all day and wouldn't have been back in time before they closed. It was well worth it and one of the few, if not only, company to offer this option. Our machine worked perfectly without issue. It made for a great family adventure. I'd give them six stars if possible. It could not have been a better experience.
