I had a great experience with the parts/service team at Action WaterSports. I live in California and it is extremely difficult to get my local boat dealers to help with practically anything. I was looking for a rudder for my wakeboarding boat and called 3 California dealers, each of which had some excuse not to help. So I called out of state to Action WaterSports and Christian in service was very pleasant and said he could help me. He called the manufacturer in California, ordered the rudder, got it delivered within 3 days and had it shipped to me within 2 days. Less than a 1 week turnaround. What was even more impressive was that Christian called me to update me on my order status 3 different times. In my 10 years of experience owning a boat, it is a rare thing to find anyone at a boat dealership, other than a salesman that is trying to close a deal, that will call you back, let alone follow through in a timely manner. We live in California and we were fortunate to discover this dealership which carried a nice inventory of new and used Bennington's. We bought a gorgeous periwinkle blue L23ASB. I love the look of the color matching arch and the swing back lounger. It gives a sporty flair to any pontoon boat! The overall service experience was great. They delivered our boat to Lake Arrowhead, launched the boat and made an out of state transaction seamless. Nate was amazing, thoughtful and had great follow through on all our requests. Kenzee was very helpful with the sales transaction, service warranty and out of state registration advice. There was a little hiccup with the parts department but they made it right. I would definitely recommend and use Action again for my next boat purchase. We got a better deal purchasing out of state and had way more options to consider because they had larger inventory space!! read more

I spent some time at this dealership trying to work a deal on a Nautique G23. I was dealing with a gentleman by the name of Jeff and he was far from knowledgeable or professional. You have to figure a person coming in the dealership to buy a boat for 150k deserves a little customer service. Long story short I lost a much better deal out of state because these guys messed around and I was trying to give my money to a local dealer. Jeff wanted to know where is was looking so he could turn them in to the manufacturer!! Lesson learned and actually not looking to buy a Nautique because of this experience. Malibu it is!!!!! DId you know they offer e-foil lessons? Unless you have a friend with one, chances are you'll never get a chance to experience this, unless you buy your own board, and they are NOT cheap. So don't gamble yet. First ask for their world class instructor NATHAN. I did, and should have done this years ago! Not only is Nathan an acrobat on that board, but one of the greatest instructors I have ever had teach me anything. He will have you up on that board in no time , and since your instructions and practice last until the battery goes dead ( I only used 3/4 battery charge at over two hours. I am 69 - you are much younger and will have no trouble flying either. Balance and throttle control is the key, and Nathan will coach you the whole way. Go for it ! read more

Horrible Experience!!! we were contacted by action from Mike Escorza after inquiring about a Scarab 255ID wake edition. Mike called us and said they are sold out but had a "special deal" for me. Turns out they were trying to sell me a boat that was at another dealership that Scarab was purchasing back. After chasing Mike through his company and having 2 trips canceled we went to Steve who is the manager. Steve and Mike assured me they are doing what they can and would follow up with me...did that ever happen?...NO! so after calling a few times today and dealing with Matt who was going to call me back today and of course never did... i am beyond disappointed. 3 weekends wasted on summer fun and 4th of July right around the corner without a boat. My girlfriend's 9 yr old daughter was so excited to hit the lake in our special boat. I am posting this review three weeks later and we have NOTHING. I will attach the sales contract we had. The worst part about the situation is the constant lack of communication. Not only that but a boat purchase is a pretty big deal our family; not to mention the monetary commitment...Good business should the clients with at least the respect to return their calls and be communicative. How about just being honest people!? I hope this will at least bring to the attention of potential customers to really prepare for a long process of empty promises and just straight up disappointment. read more

Action water sports Arizona is the only place I will buy a boat. I have purchased two boats from Action and the most recent a few days ago. It is such a pleasure to interact with any of the many staff members. Before I purchased my 2016 G23 I looked at a few boats and had many questions which was no problem for the staff. The sales people were highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Once I did decide on the boat of choice, Ahren was able to take my wife and I out to the lake for a test run. Upon returning the next day to sign paperwork, everything was ready and it literally took me less than 5 minutes. When dealing wIth Action it is their mission to make you feel attended to and they delivered. My first purchase through Action was in 2014 and it only has gotten better and better. I have had many interactions with Action WaterSports and overall this place is very unprofessional with very poor customer service. I purchased a G23 Nautique and they are your friends when you want to buy something but if you ever need assistance, their treatment is very poor. This was the only option I had being the only dealer for Nautiques in Arizona. I recommend the boat but if you are able to purchase or service your boat elsewhere, I highly recommend it. Don't waste your time here as you will be very disappointed. I understand a business's purpose is to make money but you should also treat people with kindness and respect and this is something that they don't understand. I feel that this is a very dishonest establishment as well. read more

We brought our 2004 Seadoo Sporters into their service department after making the earliest appointment they had one and half months out! We took our boat down early December 2020 with the boat not turning over just clicking and beeps! After several calls and trying to get the service team to call us back, finally on January 19, 2021 they said that the spark plugs had just fouled out and said they replaced them and the boat was running great, $271.00 , later! So today we got our boat out of our garage to go to the lake and the same thing was happening, we called AWS at 8am with questions and as of 2pm we still have not heard from them! So we started trouble shooting on our own, we replaced the spark plugs and found that the old spark plugs were still in there! ( no way were those worn out spark plug replaced) Tried to start the boat again, same thing! So I call a friend of mine who owns a lot of jet skis he instantly on the phone says it got to be the battery! We had asked AWS if we needed a new battery twice, they said our battery was fine! So we went to Costco with the old battery and bought a new battery and the boat is working great! So sad that AWS lost a good customer, we will never use them again! I really can't say enough great things about Matt Brown and the team at Action WaterSports. I just purchased a boat from them and Matt provided exceptional customer service. The entire process was seamless, Matt was patient and resourceful in helping overcome obstacles, and the actual boat delivery was well beyond my expectations. As someone already familiar with offshore boats/boating, I initially waved off Matt's offer to review my new wake boat's capabilities. But when I did call and ask him to come meet me at the lake, he agreed and was there within a half-hour. He then spent virtually the entire day out on the water with me and my guests, showing me all the boat's features and even giving my nephew pointers on wake surfing. This was my first experience with any boat maintenance so I wanted to make sure I took it to a dealer because I feel they have potentially the best techs which the techs did great and deserve a 10 star rating however the service department stinks I had called and set an appointment 3 weeks prior on the day of my appointment I brought my boat in to have the fluids changed out, just a 1 day job, 3 weeks later I still don't have my boat and have had no call from them so I call the service department and they give me a bullshit line of we got busy, no sorry we messed up or anything. by the end of the 3rd week I get a call from them that they started on my boat that day and it is done I can come pick it up. I guess in their mind appointments don't mean a damn thing I will never go back to these yahoos. read more

My friend called interested in demoing a G23. No one ever called him back. My husband called and the same thing. No one called back. Guess they don't want a sale as our friend would be paying cash. Not how a dealer should be responding to new customers or any for that matter. If this is how they respond for a potential sale I can not imagine what their service is like and by the sounds of it not very good. My husband has the president of Nautique's contact info (Greg) and will be letting him know about this. read more
