They let me crawl over, around, up and down and through the unit that we purchased. Left me alone to check out everything, even brought me cold water. The unit was a used MH on consignment that they very easily could have said" Bought as is, no guaranty" in my inspection I found a couple places that needed a little caulking, no big deal, I can take care of it myself. Mentioned it to Keaton and he had his guy go up on the roof and take care of the areas, he even found a few that I didn't think needed addressed yet and took care of those also. They even bought us lunch while we were waiting. And washed it too! Pete even went through the trouble of personally going to the owners home and getting the paperwork signed by the owner to save me ALOT of trouble.( I traveled 400mi from New Mexico). I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a RV. If I ever want to get another one I will definitely do business with them again!

We explained we would be going on an immediate road trip with our toddler and before we bought our tickets out here, even said would you be comfortable with your family in this? We were reassured everything was working and dialed in. That was NOT the case!!!! We discovered things that were not divulged : leveling jacks not working, awning broken, the couch literally fell over when I attempted to recline it holding my son! INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! If those are the things I noticed, what else is wrong?! All you have is your word AND they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! When asked for any reimbursement we were told sales are slow... wonder why?! You'd think if sales were slow they'd be sure their inventory was ready to go as promised!

I went to a different RV place because of a banging noise from the brakes. I told them that I had a…read morefeeling that the problem was related to the air brake springs. Next day I received a phone call from one of the managers telling me that there wasn't a problem with the brakes and that the noise came from the shocks. They wanted to charge me $1850 for new shocks. I wanted to get a second opinion and someone recommended Above and Beyond. It's a small place with limited parking space so they called me several times before the appointment to make sure that I would come. I dropped the RV off in the morning and a few hours later I received a call- it was ready for pick up. The problem was indeed related to the air brake springs and not to the shocks. They had to be lubricated since the RV was sitting for a long time. They charged me one hour labor to fix the problem and saved me a lot of money.
