Brought my 2015 mercedes GL 450 for repair, damage done by mercedes dealership of Gilbert that they denied doing. Got a quote, material ordered once it arrived, I drooped off my car and picked it up within the next day, and it was amazing, to say the least. I couldn't believe such a perfect work could be done at a very affordable price. I'm going back again to fix my other seat that is starting to show damage. read more

I threw a weird job at them and they didn't even blink an eye! I got great work at a fair price and will take all my work to them from now on, car covers or motorcycle covers, even marine! I do plan on winning the lottery and purchasing a sport yacht.. And hire a captain and a crew.. And a private chef. read more

Went to Mesa Marine for a good outdoor boat cover after reading good reviews and seeing photos of their work. Terry did a great job on my new cover and it only took her four days to complete from time of drop off (Mon-Thur). Sure enough, got some monsoon rain on the first night after licking it up and the cover worked great! She put in some great features like the poles, vents, doubled up material in contact areas, felt on the underside over delicate contact spots, velcro around the ski pole, etc. VERY well made cover and worth the investment over a standard cover on Amazon or other online sellers. I expect to get many years of good service from the cover and I can rest easy knowing the boat won't get exposed to the weather more than necessary. It's more costly up front, but great value for the quality of custom work and expected years of use. read more

The owner seems very nice, but the lack of communication is a serious issue! We dropped off our boat to have a partial reupholster job. After 2 weeks, she called and said they can't do the job. It's June, and we gave up our boating after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Now we have to find some one else, and more time without our boat. I'm irritated! read more

Chose Mesa Marine based on recommendations. They took care of my older boat doing a thorough annual service where they found and fixed numerous problems that the boat service center I had used in Lakeside created. The mechanic called me with updates and after a test run yesterday my boat performed perfectly. I also had them do some upholstery repairs and make a new carpet. The upholstery materials match the factory vinyls and the quality if the workmanship is very high. I am very pleased with their service and workmanship. The one down side was how long it all took to be completed. read more

I brought my boat in for the yearly service and worked with Mike the boat mechanic. He was very thorough and was patient with all my questions. He showed me my old parts without me even asking. That is a sign of a honest shop. Are they the fastest no but they are honest and do super good work. I am very happy with the cost and service. If you need a good honest boat shop this is your shop. also I lost a seat last year and they rebuilt a brand new seat and it matched perfectly, it was very well done. read more

Beware! This place plays fast and loose with its agreements, whether a verbal warranty on a used motor or a contract on pricing. We bought a used boat motor that we were assured was totally operational, including tilt and trim, and were asked to pay cash to avoid sales-tax paperwork for Mesa Marine. We paid cash for the motor and its installation. The mechanic found the tilt and trim mechanism didn't work, but we were later charged for that part and again for the motor installation. Be sure to get everything in writing from this outfit. Better yet, find another boat and marine dealer. read more

I have taken my boat there twice for different repairs, they were right on time with the repairs and the cost was VERY fair. Great with communications as well on one of the bigger repairs I had done as well. I highly recommend Mesa Marine. read more

They also do upholstery work. I dropped off my tent for a zipper repair the beginning of January. They told me a weeks time for the repair. I call a week later to check on the status and they advise me they haven't gotten to it and they advise me it should be done in about 3 days. I give them almost a week a before I call back and tell me again it's not done. I call on Tuesday of week 3 and they tell me it's not done and they would have it done by noon this week. I call on Friday at noon and they tell me it's not done again and to call back because the owner wasn't going to be in until noon. I call again at 3 and she tells me it's done now, unfortunately I couldn't make it back there until Saturday. They aren't organized and slow with the repairs. read more

I took my Stratos there for carb rebuild, work on shift linkage, and check the water pump. Kept for…read morea couple weeks and finally called and said it was done. Cost: just under $1400.oo. Paid it and decided to take my kids and grandson out the next day. Filled the 37 gal fuel tank and launched the boat. Had a real difficult time starting it. It would start and run maybe 30 seconds. I used my trolling motor to get out past the wake zone. tried starting it again, same thing wouldn't stay running. ?At this point I noticed it was starting to get hot. I stop trying then and decided to put it back on the trailer. Well somewhere along the way I lost the plug and the boat was taking on water. Alot faster than my bilge pump could pump out. I had to flag down a boat and get towed back to the dock! Ruined a good day. Got it home and called G and G and brought it back to the the following day. They called the following day to pick up the boat. Upon arrival the lady told me that it got too hot and melted some wires. Said I sucked up something and it plugged the water pump. Said they wouldn't do anything else without charging me. Recommended that I buy a used motor and replace it. I brought it home again and decided to check it out. That is when I found the broken Stern light in the battery compartment. They replaced it with a cheap light with a plastic base instead of a LED light like I had. The impact point on my gas tank is about 12 in. from my stern light. The gas tank had several cracks in it which allowed water to mix with the gas. By the time we got back to the dock that was all you could smell (Gas). The deputy sheriff came over and just said be careful and no smoking as it was draining. I pulled the tank out to check to see if it could be fixed. A lot of the wires were melted. I started to pull the spark plugs to check if fouled out and didn't need a socket, they were removed by hand! I would never take my boat back there nor would I recommend them to anybody.

We knew the carbs and starter needed attention. He rebuilt the carbs, replaced bad fuel lines, put in a new starter and replace a cracked throttle slide control. He also managed to find a missing airbox cover for the engine that was much needed as well. The wrong size prop was on it and we got that into spec as well. The engine runs perfect now and the repairs restored dependability in it. We are very satisfied with his work and Smileys knowledge on the boat and engine mechanical is top notch. She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

Many, many, many months ago before they were officially released or available I began the Journey to get the exact 2026 RAV4 PHEV we wanted to replace our fantastic 21 RAV4 Prime Premium. I Don't pay over MSRP, I don't accept "mandatory" dealer, or port installed options that I didn't want. I am the customer, I want what I want, not what is available. I contacted several Toyota dealers in Texas with what I wanted and asked them to call the minute they got an allocation for it and I would buy it. Texas is never 1st on the list for plug in vehicles as of April 22 3026 I am unaware of any Texas dealers having any allocations. I also have very low confidence in a smooth transaction with any Texas (Gulf States Toyota) dealer. I also contacted Jordan Smith at Earnhardt, who has sold 3 vehicles to family members, and another Jordan at Corwin Toyota in Colorado. I gave them both the same information. The DAY the allocations were released to BOTH of those dealers Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota sent me a screenshot of the EXACT car I asked for that said "Presold to me by Jordan Smith". For giggles, I checked the Corwin website, they also had one, a month and a half later NO contact whatsoever. It's ok though I am driving one now... As if that wasn't enough, Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota assisted/facilitated working with a 3rd party to get my desired tint and ppf applied to the car prior to us flying to Mesa to pick it up. This car is a unicorn, getting it at MSRP is as much as one can expect. Jordan Smith helped with the 3rd party and went above and beyond. Bravo, and thank you Jordan Smith.

I contacted Earnhardt Toyota regarding a recall on my vehicle. They took down all of my information…read moreand created a profile, but told me they were unable to bring my car in because they didn't have the parts available. When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

I've been going to Mesa Marine for around 10 years now. Every time I drop my boat off for service, they always do what I need them to do and a little extra. Over the years, I've been to several other boat shops to get quotes for oil changes, impeller, etc... Mesa Marine has always given me the best deals and even though I don't have the biggest/nicest boat around, they still go out of there way to make me feel important. Thank you Mesa Marine! read more
