They go above and beyond to service my boat and communicate with me about it. Miguel the service manager is worth his weight in gold. Custimers beware. Over the past year I have looked at 5 different used boats for sale and the boats were in the absolute worst condition Ive ever seen. One even looked like it was sunk to the bottom of the lake and was full of mud with rusted out bilge.. Others had major engine or electrical issues. What is the common theme you ask? Every single person oddly enough name dropped that they bought their boat from Noah at Germaine marine and that is where the service is done. I'd probably improve my quality or tell people to stop name dropping me as a golden seal of approval. read more

Their "standard" outboard install (60 HP) with the purchase of a new motor is based on 8 hrs. ($1032.00). Well based on my own common sense and speaking with several of their competitors it's about a 3hr. job. Now if that doesn't insult your intelligence enough....that doesn't include the removal of the existing motor!!! Now when you call them back obviously pissed and annoyed for their half answers to your questions, Gen Manager Aaron Genger will most likely hang up on you.....like he did to me. I could understand if I was cussing they guy....but I wasn't. Will take my business elsewhere....gladly!! read more

This place is awesome great boats and accessories. They also have a full service department. I highly recommend a Tige boat they are top of the line and have great wake surf. The new taps 3 system is amazing and can switch the wake from side to side in seconds. Beautiful boat with top of the line technology and the raptor motor give you all the power you need. An update to my review, sorry a long time coming. Because of Covid we were not able to get our boat in water until next Lake Powell trip in August 2020. Needless to say after spending another 2000 plus - our boat was not running properly! :-(. read more

Very honest place to work with. Bill the Service Manager will write a clean sheet/ repair order. I caught some honest mistakes he made with me and immediately corrected them in the spot. It's hard to find a good honest boat dealer and service department in town. Go see these guys to get your boat serviced though. Excellent customer service and just very friendly people. read more

After getting in touch with the owner a majority of my concerns got handled appropriately. I appreciate the follow-up.

Brought my boat in to have work done. Spent $1300 on repairs and maintenance only to have it die in the middle of the lake and have to be towed back to the launch. The starter that they had fixed wouldn't disengage even after the key was taken out and we had to disconnect the battery. I took it back to them and spent another $100 having them fix the starter only to take it out again and have it to do the same thing. This time we couldn't even get it off the trailer in the launch and when we went to disconnect the battery one of the terminals on the battery had entirely melted ruining it. I took it back a third time only to have them call me three days later saying they wouldn't fix it and didn't want to do the work. They refunded my $100 but didn't replace the battery or anything after I've spend almost $1500 with them. Don't go to them if your boat isn't brand new, they don't know what they're doing and could have saved a whole lot of trouble had they just said that in the first place. Overall the staff was friendly but not very helpful. read more
