Mike the replied let me go check some things on the schedule he came back and said he can make it happen and in two days it was as good as new. Not only did they let us stay in our RV but they have a guest RV at a local RV park that they offer you free of charge if you are not able to stay in the RV while they perform the work. My vehicle is low to the ground and it literally ripped the bottom sides up, also damaging my hood, front bumper and splitter. The insurance company recommended quite a few body shops and thought I'd choose the best rated of them all. The next morning I arrive to hand over my keys and have a rental car agency ready to pick me up. Within 10 minutes the owner pulls me aside to inform me they can't do specialty cars, so back to square one. After spending hours calling dozens of shops, they all give me the same response, and basically saying they'll do your basic vehicle with only OEM parts, leaving me frustrated. A friend told me about Stratton Motor Cars and now thankful none of the others could. I arrived much earlier than my appointment, entered the front office where at first no one was around and rang the bell for service. The door to the shop opened, and I was first greeted by a nice gent who then informed the owner I was there. I then saw a few more employees who most likely just returned from lunch, and they all took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me! Think about this; friendly people at a body shop? Front office was immaculate, organized and clean? Even the huge shop in back was cleaner than most people's garage? Has anyone ever witnessed such a thing??? After seeing there reviews which are all 5 stars, knowing they work on high-end cars, a clean and organized office, and shockingly, service with a smile at a body shop! To conclude, my car looks even better than the day I purchased it! They replaced everything, painted it, and re-wrapped it with precision! After finding out they also do routine maintenance, they've earned the right to my business and no one else will ever touch my car! Protect-A-Shield was an afterthought for me. After visiting shops recommended by friends and internet groups, I wanted to exhaust options so called Matt the owner. I stopped by and chatted with him and saw his operation. Compared to the others, it was on a different level. His team was impeccable in their detail and attention to quality. The shop was spotless, and Matt was eager to show me how he did PPF wrapping which left few exposed edges and blended seamlessly into the paint. In his shop were Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and Teslas. He was in a class of his own. Protect-A-Shield was not the cheapest option nor the most expensive. But for the quality it was definitely worth it. When my Model S arrived at the dealer, I picked it up and drove it over. Matt found some serious paint defects and worked with me to get them repaired. He provides better service than I even expected. Now that my car is done, Matt is now frosting the windows of my office. I cannot recommend him and his team enough.

But unfortunately I was met with a rushed job and many areas needing more work. So I complained and ask them to re-touch selected spots. By then the car with all the tools have left and one person was left working with the car without the proper tools. After that he excused himself and told me that another person will be coming out within an hour to re-do my car. Yes an hour later I was met with a person who genuinely cared and did a good job taking care of all my concerns. I should be met with multiple people on two different occasions for the promise job to be delivered. Will not use again.

It's really unfortunate that I'm leaving this review, the owner Michael Vega seemed like a nice…read moreguy but has stopped responding all together. I hired him to fix a couple of dents back in June, immediately I noted the difference in color/texture and he said it would be fine after it dried, adding that one it was buffed, it would be good to go. A few days later I noticed bubbling in the paint (photo attached), I called him and he said it was too hot and that was why it bubbled, having already paid him in full, I took him at his word that as soon as the temp dropped below 105 degrees he would come back. I reached out each day the temp was in the range he mentioned and looking back just got the run around. I called several more times, even messaged him again on yelp and no response at all. I paid $750 for the work and will now have to find a different shop to repair the bubbles and other small things he promised to correct. I think he is a very nice guy and may have just over extended himself. My advice is sadly that you should probably look at other options so you don't end up out $ like I am. If he is kind enough to at least give a partial refund, I'll update this rating to reflect that, as I said he is a nice person so this is a real bummer. I doubt he will offer anything though, looks like I just got hustled don't make the same mistake.
