Unfortunately, the battery was completely dead and you could see not good. I asked the tech what he could do and said he can come back with a new battery to install. Cost, between $250 and $300. Fine. I agreed and the tech came back 2 days later as scheduled. He installed the battery and when ready to pay by Credit Card, he said that he would send me a link to pay by CC. No problem. 1 hour later, I received the link with a nasty voicemail (probably from the manager) to pay as soon as possible or they will lien my RV and call the police if I didn't pay. Just an hour and already threaten me of police. What a great customer service... On top of this, I never received an invoice with detail of the amount, which was much higher of the quote. I paid $424,10 for it and still don't know for what. The tech was great but this is the last time I will go to Griffin RV Services and make sure if I call Roadside assistance again they do not send me again this company.

We were told it won't be long to check it out and they would call and give us an estimate within a few hours and continue to process if we approved of the estimate. It was a very normal interaction. However, hours went by and we heard nothing. Around noon we called and were told the mechanic was on his lunch break and should be hearing back soon. We should up at 445 pm to pick up out RV because it is our home. They couldn't find our information and finally told us they don't even know if it was looked at yet. We were told someone would call us the next day with more information and we never got the a call. It was a bizarre experience and I still can't wrap my head around their idea of service their idea of customer service.

Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

We ended up going back to Always RV becauseof the staff and knowing they inspect every RV throughly . We worked with the owner Dave Tomlinson on the deal. He was fair and to work with. They do a complete inspection on every RV before they put it up for sale. They make sure things are working properly , if not they will tell you up front . In our Case Dave took really good care of us. Before purchasing they showed us everything was in good working order if it wasn't Dave would have it fixed. He allowed us to keep the 5th wheel on his lot for 30 days. Also he allowed us to be plugged into his power for a few days to upgrade a few things. Our hydraulic pump to our slides went out while we were there using it. Dave didn't hesitate and ordered a new one and had it fixed in a few days. He goes a above and beyond taking care of his customers! The office manager Patricia was also easy to work with. She's knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I have had nothing but a great experience At Genes RV repair…read more I have a 2005 Itasca Sunova. All four leveling jacks were leaking. I saw from their website that they specialize in repairing them. So I called got an estimate which was a fair price. I also had them repair the dash AC which wasn't cooling. The work was all completed and everything works great. I will say that they are a busy shop and I'm sure they could use some help. So I left the RV at a time when I was not in a rush to get it back. I rather they take their time and do it right than pressure them to get it back to me. Another time they came out to my storage unit and replaced the rear axle seal on site while I was out of town. Good people great work and I found them to be honest. I will have them do all the work on my rig that I can't do myself. I recommend them.
