I went into apr to inquire about a broken window.on my camper, I spoke with Micheal Parks on of the owners children who does the glass work, he said he would.come.take a look offsite and do the repair there so I didnt have to bring it in, he came quotes me and said he would be back at the end of the week to install. The day came around to.install, he said he ran out of time to.finsih and would be back tomorrow. When we first talked I told him we were going camping in 4 days. I never heard from him, so I had someone else come.finish the repair he never finished. About a week later he messaged me asking to complete the work. I told him someone else had finsihes it and he still asked for $150. I told him we would not.pay him due to him disappearing and us having to lay someone else a service call, and labor to finish his job in the sum of $300, I refused to be double charged because he disappeared on his work. He was unhappy with this and proceeded to post slanderous reviews of my buisness all around and even posted ads in classifieds, that included my home address, photos of my truck, my buisness phone number stating I had free scrap.metal, come call me.anytime for pickup or just stop by my house. My home.address where my children live, my buisness line that is now wrapped up in people asking to.come.pick up this free scrap metal, my buisness name degraded all over the internet, because he disappeared on some.binge and didnt finish what he started. He has also had other contact me and threaten me.to come.to.my house and Collect the money, along with other starting they are family lawyers threatening me with potential litigation. Completely fraudulent shady shop!!!! We took our trailer in at their request for an ESTIMATE for an insurance claim. Without ever seeing the final estimate and without ANY authorization to do ANY work they completed work on the trailer then handed us a bill. We tried to pay twice, even though we didn't authorize the repairs, and both times the amount they previously said we owed them, went up by thousands of dollars. We had to get cops involved because they wouldn't give us the trailer. While the cops were there the owner went completely psycho screaming obscenities at me, treating me saying "I'm gonna make you pay for this one way or another your gonna pay" "we're gonna go old school on this and Im comin after you", screaming and swearing at the cops and almost knocked his own wife to the ground when he started throwing stuff out the front door of his business. Even if I had seen the final estimate I would have never hired them because their estimate was WAY higher than it should have been, added things on that were not part of the insurance claim and charge the absolute highest shop rates of any other RV shop in the valley. I took my 36' Weekend Warrior Toy Hauler fifth wheel to these guys that I recently purchased to inspect the roof and some issues I had found. Not only did they point out every little flaw, they gave us options that were affordable to work with and lined out future work and prices. In the end we were beyond happy with not only The work they did but the pricing that came With it. Having taken it two other places that wanted us to basically sign over our first born child for The repairs, RV Seal and APR RV was extraordinary to work with. If I could give less than 1 star I WOULD. This company is family owned all right, (John Parks & family) by nasty, arrogant people, I wouldn't use them to paint the floor in a outhouse. I spent a small fortune there & they threatened to call the police because I asked qustions, that they didn't want to answer. They said I was trespassing on their property, while they had my coach. The job they did was less than good, their son, who also works there said who looks at it anyway. What kind of answer is that to give to a CASH CUSTOMER or any other CUSTOMER. We have taken our 2009 Weekend Warrior 5th wheel to APR for several repairs. The first was an insurance claim, removing, repairing and reinstalling the entire right side. They coordinated with insurance and other vendors. Ways keeping us informed. The second time was to repair a roof leak, bed motor and recaulking of roof seams. Each time the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always communicate with us and coordinate well with other repair vendors on items beyond their expertise. we had our travel trailer roof done with the eco-coat 8-25-2014 and when we went camping our son noticed some cracks in the roof. we called apr rv and told them about the cracks in roof ,the said they were having trouble with rhino linings material. And rhino linings is no longer honoring any warranty on any eco-coat . but had us bring our travel trailer back to them and they redid our entire roof with another material at no charge ,they went above and beyond the warranty . thank again Chris and Michael @APR RV read more

After purchasing our 1st 5th wheel trailer it wasn't long after that I had scraped the roof driving under at covered parking area. I had no idea what it was going to take to make the repairs, we somehow came across Michael at APR and after our 1st meeting we knew we were in good hands, to say the RV repairs were good would not do it justice because the entire affected side looks better than when we purchased it. The recent repair I had done at APRRV wasn't my first one. Having to have your 5th wheel fixed isn't great (considering you probably did something stupid for it to even need repair) I would never consider going anyplace else. Great staff, very friendly and repairs were done quickly (as quickly as possible considering they are at the mercy parts suppliers) and with attention to detail.. they go above and beyond in our opinion.
