When I came across E's RV repair I saw all the great reviews and knew he was the guy. He went out of his way to get us pricing quickly and came that day to install it. I got in touch with Rodney who supplied me with pictures of a unit that they just completed. It was perfect for our needs. After a conversation with him, we placed an order that day. Through the entire design and build process, Rodney was great to work with. Offering guidance when needed. Despite some last changes I wanted to make, Rodney and his team made it happen. We took delivery very close to the day he had promised originally. After we took delivery and lived in it for a few months, we wanted to make some additions and some graphics work done. At this point we worked with the Plant Manager, DJ, their Electrician, Erick and their Graphics Professional, TJ. The additions and graphics were done within a few days. The work was spectacular! We have now been living in our rig for about 5 months. Their after sales service has been as good as pre-sales. Any issues we had were resolved right away. They would tell us to bring the rig by. DJ would have his team hop right on it and we were back on the road within a few hours. Now that we are away from Arizona anytime I have a question about an issue, Rodney will get the right person on the phone to walk me through it. This was a major life change for us and was extremely stressful. The entire team at Dune Sport has treated us with a level of customer service, compassion and understanding that can be tough to find these days. If you are looking to have a custom rig built, I highly recommend them.
