Unfortunately, the battery was completely dead and you could see not good. I asked the tech what he could do and said he can come back with a new battery to install. Cost, between $250 and $300. Fine. I agreed and the tech came back 2 days later as scheduled. He installed the battery and when ready to pay by Credit Card, he said that he would send me a link to pay by CC. No problem. 1 hour later, I received the link with a nasty voicemail (probably from the manager) to pay as soon as possible or they will lien my RV and call the police if I didn't pay. Just an hour and already threaten me of police. What a great customer service... On top of this, I never received an invoice with detail of the amount, which was much higher of the quote. I paid $424,10 for it and still don't know for what. The tech was great but this is the last time I will go to Griffin RV Services and make sure if I call Roadside assistance again they do not send me again this company.

I only brought my unit to this location due to its where I bought it and it was still under warranty. Trying to get them to fix items that were under warranty was a struggle. I found stuff that was never fixed that was supposed to be fix under warranty and new things they damaged while the unit was there. Now it's out of warranty so I stuck with fixing it myself or paying another place with qualified people to do it. I will never take my unit back to this location or buy anything from them. The buying process was not professional as well.
