Upon return to the valley, I contacted the local national RV dealer that wanted me to go through the cost of rediagnosing the converter problem. I looked on the internet for an authorized Tiffin dealer and found EV RV Specialist. I spoke with Josh, explained the issue with the converter. We scheduled an appt to have our RV looked at because it needs brakes and possible tune up. We…read morescheduled to appt and took it in early in the morning. We were told it won't be long to check it out and they would call and give us an estimate within a few hours and continue to process if we approved of the estimate. It was a very normal interaction. However, hours went by and we heard nothing. Around noon we called and were told the mechanic was on his lunch break and should be hearing back soon. We should up at 445 pm to pick up out RV because it is our home. They couldn't find our information and finally told us they don't even know if it was looked at yet. We were told someone would call us the next day with more information and we never got the a call. It was a bizarre experience and I still can't wrap my head around their idea of service their idea of customer service.

I called Eric from E's RV, he talked me through a few diagnostic steps which did not correct the problem. He then came to my location determined the compressor had failed. He removed and replaced the unit efficiently and professionally. Recently I had wiring issues with my Heater. I called Eric, he told me over the phone how to fix the wiring then he did not charge me.
