We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. Their patience and explanations to us first timers was amazing. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and integrity driven business this is the one to go with. it turns out the reason why the 10 amp fuse was blowing was because of the AC control valve, which…read morehad a short in it. this part only cost about $50 and you can go to websites that specifically make these parts because the manufacture or the dealer does not sell them individually and that is because each AC uses several different manufacturers for their AC control valves however replacing AC control valve only requires snap ring pliers, and about 15 minutes of your time if your air conditioning unit is easy to access. even though they have 35 years of experience and their family owned, I don't believe they treat you like family. I believe that they will try to charge you as much as they can like you're an ATM machine but they like to withdraw as much as they can out of you and maybe that's because they're poorly managed or maybe that's because they are incompetent or possibly it's because they're in a lot of debt and now they have to make bad business dealings to make up for past bad business mistakes, whatever the case is, I was able to figure it out myself and my car AC is cold as ice thanks to my own research. Now i dont have to work 300 hours and pay them for something that did not need to be done. Praise God!

I received a very reasonable quote within an hour and when I called back to schedule an appointment, he answered the phone and scheduled the installation within a few days. The morning of appointment I received a text msg, indicating ETA for his arrival. He and his co-worker did a great job installing over 13" of insulation in our garage attic! He took before and after pictures of our attic. The inside temperature of our garage feels much better now. This is a small owner-operated business who knows how to take care of their customers. A couple even came by to look at the job site and make recommendations about the type of installation they thought I needed. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.
