While these folks have great products, I have found them (1) difficult to speak to, slow to respond to texts, and (2) careless in delivery. I paid large $ for a "mygenius" ECU programmer and an ECU Flash for my Ibex 450. shipping was slow, and the item delivered with zero documentation, and no "flash". I'm now trying to communicate to find out how I'm supposed to get my flash. Not well done at all. read more

In previous years, I had my oil changed on my 2020 HD Roadglide at Mainstreet MC for about $105. I made an appointment and got my oil changed there in Dec or Jan this past winter. There are new owners and I was shocked when presented with a bill of $185, for REGULAR oil and a BLACK filter. I was charged an HOURS labor, for a job that I can do in 20 minutes, when I am at home. In the future, I will go to D&D, where they quoted me $105 for an oil change. read more

Stay far away. The supposed experts aren't that at all. Do not ask for their opinion because when they're wrong they won't admit it. You could have said the forks won't fit the axle. You would think you'd know that. You just wanted to get rid of some dusty old parts. Then you call my husband having a tantrum because you're hurt over a Yelp review. Maybe if you could do your job you wouldn't have to worry about a review. We moved to Mesa by your shop which is why we started taking our bike there. Now we're back in AJ and will be going back to Dave's, formerly Stick. Never had a problem with them in years. I feel bad for John. I needed a replacement cam gear bolt for my '06 FLHR and after searching dealers and the internet with no luck I went and saw Robert. He fixed me up right off the bat and also had a gasket I needed for the air filter. Really nice guy, lots of gaskets and parts. Highly recommend! read more

My dad and I took his 2001 ultra classic in for brakes, tires, cam tensioner and over all maintenance for a 95k With the Ok they where off and running. Picked it up. At first it seemed fine. But once home it was obvious the seals were leaking. Come to find the seals are leaking soon as it gets home. First leak on this bike. Took a week to get it back and now after the first ride lost a exhaust bolt on the manifold. 3600 bucks gone and the bike needs to be gone through to double check the work. They did do a couple other things. Not to mention they never did the brakes. And also they said they did the fluids the time first and not the seals. Hopefully just a one time bad experience, be careful. read more

oooooh, love these guys! Out of all the shops I visited for a low profile, not so ugly mirror, this place had it going on. Damien looked at my bike and said I got a mirror for you. Took me to their storage area and out came the most beautiful mirror that will look good on my bike and not be an eye sore. Everyone else just said, look in the book and we'll order you something...Well. if I wanted to take a chance I would have just done that myself, right.... It was a pleasure to have someone listen to what I want & have an actual solution. Way to go MainStreet Motorcycles. My bike is not complete & everyone at bike week loved my design. Thanks for all your help! Locations a little out there but they got whatcha need! A little bit of everything. Every time I walk into main street motorcycles, I have peen greeted with a friendly hello. I ask a lot of questions, and at no point have I ever been made to feel like I was being a bother.I was missing a couple of bolts for a sissy bar that I purchased. When I asked if they could help me out I was directed to a table full of nuts and bolts and was told that if I can find what I need I can have it. These guys know their stuff. When I tried to order an air filter for my bike Harley told me it would take 7 to 10 days. Main Street ordered it for me and said it would be here in 2 to 3 days. Walked into store, the guy a desk didn't even look up and acknowledge me. I walked around looking at various items and nothing from the employee. I thought I would give them another chance and call for pricing on a short with the lights. It was like pulling teeth out of whoever answered the phone! Put my 07 Ultra in the shop last Friday for oil change and Dyno since it was running a little sluggiish! They called me an hour later and said it was ready, so I went out and got it and it ran much better! They wanted to put black balancing weights on my new chrome dna's after I unloaded my new tires and wheels and carried them in( with no help while they stood around and smacked they're lips). Then the DA couldn't believe I was leaving, what a joke. Had to leave b4 I went to jail. I jut concluded a purchased that was made vastly more compacted than it sure of been due to death in my family that delayed payment and pickup to the bike I bought, They were consummate professionals throughout the entire process and even stayed late a that shop to wait for my after m delayed flight finally got me into Phoenix to conclude the purchase, They never showed impatience when they had every right to.
