These wheels don't get balanced because the bike only goes 35mph and are not balanced from the factory. Nash disagrees and insisted on charging $60 per tire to mount/balance. Ill take them to ride now in gilbert for $30 per tire to mount. This has left a bad taste in my mouth considering my car tires are $40 per wheel to mount and actually balance. I Dont think ill consider Nash anymore for service or vehicle purchases.

A very nice young pretty lady came out of Dan's and wanted to know if we needed help (I said yes think so, making a long story short) we wasn't there 5 minutes I'll bet; she went back in and got a big man, he said his name was Dan, HELL OF A NICE MAN. Him & her couldn't do enough to help get US back on the road... The Man said the lady worked there after asking her name i.e. Connie SOOOOO I thought I would take a few minutes and share a THANK YOU for the Both of them i.e. Dan & Connie. Gave me an attitude immediately saying I didn't specify when he order parts that I had to prepay for that I wanted the buttons too. If he knew there were other parts needed it was on him to clarify when ordering. He needs to be demoted to order taker not service advisor. Then lied to me about a switch being bad that I know is not bad. Nothing but a bunch of ripoff artist. I will never step foot back in that dealership again and would advise anyone thinking of going there to find a different dealer. Rob is the worst person I have ever had to deal with in a service situation and if he was my employee would be fired on the spot for the way he spoke to me. Beware you have been warned.
