The bike had a lot of accessories on it from the previous owner, I had removed several poorly installed accessories and Jesse found a few more. Luckily, everything was repaired same day and I was surprised how reasonable the price was for all the labor (rethreading a stripped oil pan) among an oil change and a chain tightening. I saw the price and was relieved. Great experience, thanks Jesse.

Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when I tried to make a return. After getting home, I realized the helmet I purchased wasn't going to work well for riding in the Arizona desert heat. I attempted to return it within the stated return-policy window and was immediately denied, with the claim that I had damaged the helmet. That was extremely disappointing, especially because I had been excited to find a local shop I could rely on for my motorcycle gear and future purchases. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately this experience lost me as a customer.

They take care of the bikes, communicate well, and give you confidence that your ride is in good hands. What really makes this place stand out is the people. Every time I walk in, it feels like they are genuinely happy to see me, even on the days you know they're busy and running at full speed. Chad the GM, along with Danny and Kiana, have always made my experience feel personal and appreciated. They know how to treat customers right, and it shows. Great bikes matter, but a dealership that backs them with real service and real people matters even more. Scorpion Harley-Davidson has both, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a dealership that treats you like more than just a sale.

I live in Apache Junction, after reading reviews I decided to give this Tempe location a try. They…read moretruly went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I went there to install new crash guards and fix my sound system; I walked out spending almost $1,000 for items that were critical to my survival and the bikes...items that would have cost me much more if I waited any longer. They found things while installing the guard that needed to be changed. The air filter (an expensive part ANYWHERE) hadn't been changed in 16 years and was choking the bike, they showed me the once green now black filter, the brake fluid had never been flushed in 75,000 miles (21 years), the brake pads were worn down almost to the metal, (they showed me). My 2003 Goldwing looked new, so these were parts I never even thought about (I was always checking the oil and tires) - but I am GLAD they did! This was my 20-year anniversary for my bike and I am glad I made the decision to go to D&D because they did excellent work. They also went above and beyond by checking my speaker wire, making some changes so the back sounds better, and replacing some rubber washers complimentary. Purchasing and installing crash guards, repairing wiring on sound system, replacing air filer, checking battery connections, removing inside cardboard cover on rear speaker that was distorting the sound (sounds great now), replacing brake pads, and flushing out brake lines. Highly recommended!

When you have to call a shop multiple times after 2 weeks to find out the status of your bike, you…read moreknow you should have found a different shop. The communication with this place is terrible and they have zero urgency in keeping customers updated. Tyler seems to be the only one that answers the phone; he is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. The owner Cliff can't be bothered to talk with folks or even provide updates on service. This place had an opportunity to become a great shop that stands out in the community. When I dropped off the bike, they advised that the reason for my overheating was the radiator cap, although I advised them that I had just purchased a brand new one. After the 2 weeks had gone by, not one proactive phone call. My last call was the owner Cliff letting me know that now they " Don't know what's causing the issue," and I would have to take it to an actual Ducati dealer. They suspected the thermostat grasping for some last random solution. I replaced the thermostat myself and the same issue. Just took the bike for a ride and it overheated and put out coolant everywhere, the reason I spent $400 here in the first place. This shop also returned my bike with a broken side panel. With multiple bikes, I had hoped that a local QC shop would be knowledgeable. What a waste of time and money here. If you have a Ducati, save yourself the heartache and just take it to a real shop.

** DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ! ** BIKE WILL SIT FOR 5 MONTHS…read moreWITH NO PROGRESS, NO COMMUNICATION, AND EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE! Interesting to see upon reading reviews from YEARS ago that multiple other people experienced the SAME exact scenario we did. Dropped our bike off before Thanksgiving to get work done. Paid the $2000 up front for parts after waiting almost 2 months just to get a quote. The holidays went by and we still didn't hear anything...reached out and "oh we would have ordered the parts but they're busy at bike week!" Lame excuse but alright... wait another few weeks... any progress now? No--you call, they have no answers other than oops we still haven't done it sorry! You ask for the owner and he's too busy to talk on the phone and too busy to talk in person. They told us the parts our bike needed were going to need sourced from out of state. In the 5 months they had our bike they didn't order a single part for it. No more than 10 minutes after we picked up the bike we were able to locate and order pistons from kansas for $400, whereas the ones they were "ordering" were $850 from Rhode Island. When we came to pick our bike up they gave us a sob story about how they can't give us any of our money back because they're "about to close our doors" due to lack of $, we had to use it as "store credit"--so maybe don't entrust them with your business since they plan to close up shop anyhow. Dropped our bike off running in 1 piece, picked it up In 6 boxes. At least we will be saving tons of money on labor now. Biggest waste of time & headache
