Ryan really helped me out. I was ignorant to the whole jetski world and he answered every silly question I had patiently. On the actual day I was going to the lake. Ryan used his personal number to FaceTime me, and walk me through how to hitch the jetski to the truck I was taking. He wasn't even at work! He FaceTimed me in his bed. I woke the poor guy up! He then called me again about 40 minutes later on my way there out of the blue to make sure I bought a Tonto pass with a watercraft sticker. ALL ON HIS OWN he just wanted to make sure I get the most time on the water as possible. I'll definitely be coming back and bringing friends! Loved the service 10/10! read more

JET ACTION RENTALS destroyed my view on small Arizona business and tarnished my dreams of enjoying a great relaxing "staycation" with my family at the lake. Today JET ACTION RENTALS stole my money and left me down creek without a paddle. Ive spent five years at war fighting for this country and the small business in it only to come home and find out the real terrorists have been here the whole time. Setting up shady businesses to take advantage of the hard working American people by stealing their money. I do not recommend this "ESTABLISHMENT", for the absence of a better word, to anybody that holds any respect for the values of small business. They lack trust, justice, dignity, and dependability. My family and I were passing by their establishment when we decided to swing in and try to get a fun toy to help us relax at the lake. The man that helped us pulled a number out of his hat on what we would pay. He said "$100 for the first day $175 for the next two." Skeptical of our deal we asked to see a price book or any paperwork at all but the business had nothing to show us. We asked what the cancelation process is and he went on to tell us that "as long as we canceled before the 48 hours prior to picking up the jet ski it would be a full refund." He said he needed my driver license and a credit card to hold the watercraft. He then took my cards and placed them out of my sight and logged all my info into an IPAD to be stored. He gave me my cards back and walked me out the front door telling me I can come back Thursday to collect my rentals. Skeptical of the whole ordeal I had a friend call the establishment 20mins after I left to price out what it would cost him to rent the same days and the same equipment. He was told nearly $30 more each day. I decided to call around and check group on only to find that every other business was much cheaper to rent from and groupon had some jetskis going for as low as $85 a day. I called JET ACTION back with in one hour of being at the store to tell him that I was going to go a different direction and would like to cancel my request to rent. He informed me that the deposit I spent to hold the reservation was Non-refundable and he said "it belongs to me now!" I told him that I had no idea about that and even specifically asked before I put money down if I would receive a full refund, to which he replied, "YES." He told me that that part of the agreement was emailed to me after we did our deal. I did get an email from him after I called telling me that it was non-refundable, but signed or saw nothing during purchase. read more

This is a great place to rent Jet Ski's. We just got back from a 5 day trip to Lake Powell. We made a reservation online. I spoke to Ryan about picking up the Jet Ski's the night before since we had a long drive. He said it was no problem and he encouraged it. The two Jet Ski's were 2014's and nice and clean. The trailer was new with nice tires which is important on a long drive. I would highly recommend this company if you want to rent Jet Ski's. This should be the only place you ever rent jet skis from. Their customer service is outstanding! They work with you in every phase of the rental. We have rented here several times and every time was exceptional. This time we rented we called to cancel because the other lakes were closed and Sauguro Lake was crazy busy. Jet Action could have charged us the full amount for cancelling the day before. Instead they called us offering us to reschedule to another weekend so we didn't lose our money. When I called they were more than happy to reshedule us at no cost to us and we don't lose our money!!! Now that is what I call OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!. Came here not knowing what to expect and never rented a jet ski before but Ryan answered all of our questions and gave us advice on which lake to go to. Also gave us great directions and instructions on where to launch the jet skis. This ended up being about ~250$ cheaper to rent the jet ski here than at the lake for the whole day. Jet action also got us set up with a hitch and the wiring for the trailer as we didn't have that. The deposit was only 300$ and the rates were the cheapest out of any other rental place in the valley (I shopped around quite a bit beforehand). We also got the jet ski for the entire day. You could maybe get an hour, if you're lucky, renting a ski for the price that J.A.R. will give to you for the full day. The jet ski was perfect. It ran great and was really fast. Did not wipe out at all. Very cheap little getaway and it was a BLAST. You do need 3 people to go wake boarding or tubing so keep that in mind. We are going to bring another person next time to do this. Oh ya, I never drove a trailer before renting here and it was actually very easy. Even drove on the torn up 101 with ease. Highly recommend J.A.R. Don't throw away an extra 200$+ by renting at the lake. read more

My son and I rented jet skis for the first time. The service was awesome, Ryan obviously has the details down. Picking up at 6pm the night before for no extra charge meant we could be on the lake first thing in the morning. We were done early afternoon (it's a blast, but 6 hours straight of skiing was enough for one day!!) and got back in town just in time for the 4:00 to 5:00 return window. Skis and trailer were in tip top shape, as well as life jackets for no extra charge. read more

I have used Jet Action for servicing and repairing our 2004 Yamaha WaveRunners for about the last year. Our machines have over 600 hours each on them so they are not exactly fresh out of the box. Ryan is as honest as the day is long. His prices are fair and he doesn't push repairs that you don't need. I was referred to him by my boat mechanic, Bret Campbell at CP Marine, as Bret only works on boats and not PWC. In looking at his fleet of rental units in his shop I am surprised at how clean they look considering that they are rentals. In years past when I have rented PWC the units that I have rented looked like tired rentals. Ryan's fleet does have that well maintained look. read more

During the reservation process the staff was pleasant, patient and answered all my questions. The ski was ready the night before and they lent me a larger hitch and light adapter at no additional charge, but here is where they went above and beyond. As careful as I was with the ski at the lake, the night before while parked at my house, feral cats in the neighborhood scratched the soft padding on the brand new ski!! As I offered and expected to pay for the repairs the employee was very understanding and gave me a break. This family run business sets the bar for customer service and satisfaction. read more

Things happen, but when I called the office to help make arrangements for the couple "stuck" in the middle of the lake, I was treated rudely and told that "these things don't break down so I don't know what to tell you." the new place is bigger than the last, but still clean and professional. I rented 2 yamaha skis from them again last season and this time we did pick them up the night before, so that takes care of my only downside with them. This last time I did have a compartment latch break on me before we even got the skis in the water, looking at the plastic latch mechanism you could see that it has just become brittle and dry, and i was worried that they would charge me for the latch but considered it normal wear and tear. Rented a ski this past weekend, it was my first time ever and I had a real fun time. The ski was super fast and ran awesome. It came with everything we need, just had to gas it up. The service was awesome too, dude sold me a tonto pass that I didnt end up needing cuz we went to pleasant instead, and I ended up losing one of his flags on the lake, so he just traded me back the unused pass so I wouldnt have to pay him the 10bucks for the flag, that was pretty cool. I would definitely come back and rent again with no hesitation. read more
