Took our Jet Ski down to AZ Jet Skis for servicing on Monday. Jim was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Other service providers in the area told us it would be AT LEAST a week to get our ski serviced. Jim had our ski fully serviced and ready for action by Thursday! While it's the busy season, another ski shop who had worked on my ski's wouldn't give me the time of day. I called Jim and while he doesn't work on my model, he was super generous with his time and coaching so I could make the fix myself. He clearly knows a ton about jet skis. When the time comes that these ski's are outside my ability (or budget) to fix, I'll look to buy the next pair from Jim. The Owner Jim always goes above and beyond to help and give of his time. I can call and ask a question and he is willing to help with advise. I live in the east valley and he is an good 40 miles from me. But since I have created a relationship with him I am willing to drive across the valley for parts and help. Charged me $180 to keep my jet ski in the shop and troubleshoot it for 2 weeks, They never could resolve problem with my ski.When I got it home there were pieces still disconnected and hanging inside the body of the ski. I had to replace 5 bolts that were left undone. I'm not sure why they would return it to me in that contidion but Iguess they just thought I would have to take it apart again anyhow to fix it myself??? I took it home and had it runnning within an hour by finding the problem in the wiring harness and fixing it. I definitely wasted my time and money bringing it to them, I don't think I will be returning. At first they were very rude and I almost didn't leave the ski but I thought it best to have the "shop" find and fix the problem. By the second week they started to get nicer but I'm not sure if it was bi-polar behavior or they just felt bad because they couldn't fix it. So anyway, I am giving them a star for the effort but I'd expect more from the experts. Not really what I would consider a good experience with this business. read more

I rented a waverunner over Labor Day. I picked up the machine in Fri and intended to have fun on the lake all of Sat. I was given a quick explanation of running and operation, by a store employee. We arrived and launched the waverunner. After running for 20 minutes we decided to duck into a cove. As I approached the shoreline, 5-6 feet from shore, I turned the machine off. Well I guess I sucked up rocks, and that was it. We limped back to port and returned to the shop. As I explained the situation, the owner, states "I tell renters to kill the engine 20-30 feet from shore and coast in." Well if I knew that I would have spent the entire day on the lake and not one hour (it took us 40 minutes to putter back to the trailer with a broken machine) The operational advice was VERY POOR. If I was told to kill the engine 20 feet from shore there would be no problem. In addition to the 165.00 rental of which I used it for 1 hour, I also received a 391.00 repair bill, which I was told was a discount. The best part it the owner told me he sees this a lot. Seriously!!! How about a few extra minutes to advise your customers on proper operation???? 550.00 for one hour!!! NEVER rent from these people. May I repeat myself, NEVER RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS. In their defense, he offered my another opportunity to rent with a great discount. I will never return. read more

Me and my friends rented a jetski for a birthday and completely got scammed and disrespected. All went well until Ariel or the dude that looks like soldier boy threaten to take the jet ski and 500$ of the requested "deposit." Only got worse from there as he harassed one of our female friends about taking "professional pictures." Completely unacceptable and probably the reason this guy stole the deposit. We are young but not stupid... and the policy states that no deposit is taken unless damages are seen and if rules are broken 100$ is taken. Our jet ski was not damaged and he test drove it, to even make sure it worked. So the damage fee is 500$ and it was not even damaged, they just took the 500$ for someone else riding the jet ski who wasn't on the list. Another problem we had, was only being able to have two people being able to drive the jet ski, what if there was a whole family wanting to jet Ski, yet only two people can. Such a scam, if we are paying that much for a jet ski then we should be able to have more than two people allowed it drive it. Very disappointed with the service, and how they scammed us out of our money, just because they think we are kids and don't know anything. Going to fight this! read more

Initially so glad we found someone who we thought would be able to help us especially because the first company prior to Jim was horrible. We didn't hear from Jim unless we called him. He had our jet ski for about a month . We knew what the problem was initially but he said he wanted a better look. Finally, concluding we had to pay 4K just to fix my jet ski. It was returned in parts because he didn't want to charge us to put it back together . Which didn't make sense to us. They have been closed due to the China Virus, I did not know that when I called. Had a problem with my SeaDoo and was trying to sell it. Jim gave me the information so I could repair it myself. What I thought was going to be a big expensive repair was a $15 part that I was able to get the same day from a shop with a sales showroom that was allowed to be open....without Jim's advice/information I would have been stalled out until they were able to reopen.
