I went there to install new crash guards and fix my sound system; I walked out spending almost $1,000 for items that were critical to my survival and the bikes...items that would have cost me much more if I waited any longer. They found things while installing the guard that needed to be changed. The air filter (an expensive part ANYWHERE) hadn't been changed in 16 years and was choking the bike, they showed me the once green now black filter, the brake fluid had never been flushed in 75,000 miles (21 years), the brake pads were worn down almost to the metal, (they showed me). My 2003 Goldwing looked new, so these were parts I never even thought about (I was always checking the oil and tires) - but I am GLAD they did! This was my 20-year anniversary for my bike and I am glad I made the decision to go to D&D because they did excellent work. They also went above and beyond by checking my speaker wire, making some changes so the back sounds better, and replacing some rubber washers complimentary. Purchasing and installing crash guards, repairing wiring on sound system, replacing air filer, checking battery connections, removing inside cardboard cover on rear speaker that was distorting the sound (sounds great now), replacing brake pads, and flushing out brake lines. During financing, I was initially presented with a payment of $335 per month at 17.99% APR for 60 months. After reviewing the numbers myself, I questioned the payment and had it corrected. As a customer, I shouldn't feel like I need to double-check basic financing calculations during a purchase. When I politely declined the extended warranty, the finance manager responded by saying, "I'll give you more time to think on it." I understand offering additional products is part of the process, but once I declined, I expected my decision to be respected without additional pressure. The biggest issue was the lack of communication after the paperwork was completed. My family and I, including our two young children, sat waiting for approximately 20 minutes because nobody informed us that the transaction was complete and that we were free to leave. It wasn't until I got up and asked that I was told everything was done and the motorcycle was ready. To top it off, the bike was delivered with only about half a tank of fuel. When I later reached out about it, I was told that state law limits how much fuel can be stored on site. While I understand there may be regulations and operational limitations, it felt like another example of a lack of attention to the overall customer experience. Again, I am very happy with the motorcycle itself and appreciate the deal I received. However, the buying experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking the level of customer service I would expect when making a major purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I just called to get tires mounted on a honda ruckus i bought here. They want $60 per wheel to…read moremount and supposedly balance 10" tires on loose wheels. These wheels don't get balanced because the bike only goes 35mph and are not balanced from the factory. Nash disagrees and insisted on charging $60 per tire to mount/balance. Ill take them to ride now in gilbert for $30 per tire to mount. This has left a bad taste in my mouth considering my car tires are $40 per wheel to mount and actually balance. I Dont think ill consider Nash anymore for service or vehicle purchases.

Walking in on the first day you meet your instructors, meet the bike, and before you know it, you're riding a motorcycle. As a first-time rider, it can be scary. I actually had to take the course twice, but that wasn't because of the instructors, it was because I needed more confidence. Both times, the instructors were incredible. Natalie and Mark were patient, supportive, and never made me feel discouraged. I truly can't thank them enough. What also surprised me was how welcoming everyone at Harley was on the 2nd day they give you a tour around the shop. Jerry would pop in every now and then crack a joke, and Jazmine from service was always available to answer questions and help with anything motorcycle-related. The course is structured really well. Day 1 is all about getting comfortable with the bike. Day 2 is where your confidence and riding skills really start to grow. By Day 3, you're graduating and realizing how far you've come in just a few days. At graduation, they have you ring the bell, which is a really cool moment. They also introduce you to the Harley community, including events, advanced rider courses, and bike rentals. Even if you're not buying a bike, they're happy to answer questions, help you find parts, or point you in the right direction. Overall, this course gave me the skills and confidence to achieve a lifelong goal. If you're nervous about riding or thinking about getting started, I highly recommend it.

Kelly's is a wondrous place, full of that new motorcycle smell that enters the blood stream as soon as you walk in and take a breath, bathing you in happiness. Their sales staff are low key which is nice as nobody likes to be dogged around a showroom floor. They have an amazing selection of motorcycles too, everything from Kawa's to Triumphs and Ducatis. Royal Enfield's are in abundance as well. I've never used their service department so I can't speak to that, but they have a pretty solid parts department. I'm a big fan of Japanese bikes. So having a place that doesn't start with Ride Now or Harley is my own private paradise.

So I found a bike at a different dealership, but out of state. Screaming deal, and I have the written sales offer. I call up GoAZ Scottsdale, ask if they price match, and explain the situation. "No problem, come down, we will match the price." The next day, I call to see how late they're open. It's only a half-hour before closing (Sunday) so I say I'll just come down tomorrow. That's where the problem starts. First I hear the bike I have the deal on looks like it's a demo bike. I tell them no, that's a bike in California, it's not the bike I have the written offer for. This bike is brand new, no defects whatsoever. Then, a day AFTER I gave all the details, I'm told the Tiger GoAZ has on lot is damaged and has had to have "a lot of parts replaced". I ask how that happened, and I'm told someone "dropped it in the basement". Sure. Someone dropped a bike in the basement and caused so much damage you're too far into it to price match, despite your advertising such. Very convenient. So, either GoAZ is selling a damaged motorcycle as new, or they are reneging on their price matching. You be the judge.
