Interesting to see upon reading reviews from YEARS ago that multiple other people experienced the SAME exact scenario we did. Dropped our bike off before Thanksgiving to get work done. Paid the $2000 up front for parts after waiting almost 2 months just to get a quote. The holidays went by and we still didn't hear anything...reached out and "oh we would have ordered the parts but they're busy at bike week!" Lame excuse but alright... wait another few weeks... any progress now? No--you call, they have no answers other than oops we still haven't done it sorry! You ask for the owner and he's too busy to talk on the phone and too busy to talk in person. They told us the parts our bike needed were going to need sourced from out of state. In the 5 months they had our bike they didn't order a single part for it. No more than 10 minutes after we picked up the bike we were able to locate and order pistons from kansas for $400, whereas the ones they were "ordering" were $850 from Rhode Island. When we came to pick our bike up they gave us a sob story about how they can't give us any of our money back because they're "about to close our doors" due to lack of $, we had to use it as "store credit"--so maybe don't entrust them with your business since they plan to close up shop anyhow. Dropped our bike off running in 1 piece, picked it up In 6 boxes. At least we will be saving tons of money on labor now. Biggest waste of time & headache

Each time I've visited Beanix, I've just not had a need for any type of service.......until the other day. Needing a new rear tire, I contact these guys, since I'm sick and fucking tired of dealing with all the Harley Stealerships strewn all across our country, ripping off customers on labor and parts at every opportunity. I order my tire, I schedule my appointment and we roll in for service. I meet the guys. They're cool, laid back and totally without attitude, as every place "should" be but is not. They've got me in and out of there in under 90 minutes with new rubber to haul my ass around the desert and up to Utah for the next 8k miles.....all at a VERY fair price for labor, especially compared to those "other" guys. We then brought them in for service and both Brenden and Aaron were very accommodating and the service folks must be really good since they now run great. I was playing the waiting game thinking that Kawasaki just didn't get back to them about a new Emissions label so that I can register it here in CA but they ended ghosting me for the last 2 weeks. Sent multiples emails, text threads and even hit up Aaron directly with the phone number that he provided for me for his work, nothing. Even tried their new email because I got an automated message stating they changed their email, nothing... All just to find out that the bike has been sold yesterday. Their message to me after ghosting me said "Hello Brian, the Kawi has found a new home it was sold yesterday. We get great trade-ins weekly and will keep an eye out for another bike for you. Thank you for your interest, Reparto Veloce Sales Team." Why state that you will keep an eye out like you're going to stay in touch with me when you weren't even looking out for me with the lack of communication? I'm not one to even write reviews at all and I'm sure Reparto Veloce does a great job, Aaron was great when I first hit them up I'm not trying to throw any shade, but I really wanted this bike and got ghosted when they were seeing if it was CA compliant for me, it's about transparency I did not like how that was handled.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after this time around I doubt I'll ever return. Kept pushing pickup out even though we agreed on a day it needed to be done. Arrived a day and half later to pick up per Keith (same day communication) and the car was not put back together yet. Waste of my time too many times!!! Lots of machines parked in and out of shop but never saw any work happening. That's too BAD! I really thought I had found a reputable shop.

Last night my battery went dead about a block away from this location. Instead of calling my…read moreinsurance company and waiting for a repairman, I decided to walk over to this NAPA location. As I was about halfway through the parking lot where this NAPA is located, I saw an employee walk over to turn the OPEN sign over and lock the door. I immediately started to sprint over as I just missed them. I knocked on the window and yelled in that "my car had died". The two gentlemen looked at each other and one walked over to slightly open the door. As I began to tell them my issue, they started to ask the make and model and even asked where I was pulled over (more on this later). The guys here got me all set with a new battery, and made sure that I had the correct size wrench as I did not have any tools on me. As I was paying for the battery, one of the employees mentioned that he was getting off in about 5-minutes and would swing by to make sure that I had the correct wrench and also see if I needed help. Not only did the employee, Brent, do this but he also helped me with my car reset. This is the type of service we all hope for as customers and more. These guys went above and beyond when they were closed, and this positive review is just a small token of my appreciation.

This location is much larger than their former location on Frye so they will most likely have what you need. It's a clean shop with lots of parking.
