The credit was honored, one of the managers stopped by everyone that was waiting for their cars to make sure their expectations were met and that they were satisfied. When the manager came to me , I said my only concern was that I would like a water however they were currently out. The manager went to the back and brought me an ice cold water. It was much needed in 104 degree heat. However, every time I told Miguel about these issues he immediately did his best to help fix them. And they did fix most of the issues I had. This is not a bad shop at all. After checking my truck over, the only conclusion was that something was wrong with the tires. A different and reputable tire shop I've dealt with for years confirmed these tires are in terrible condition after only three months, and even took pictures of them to post on their social media to warn others. These pros that have also been in the business a very long time have never even heard of this brand. I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. I gave Firebird an opportunity to make things right and prorate these tires but they refused. I will never go back.
