If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would…read more I came in ready to purchase an electric bike as a birthday gift for my son, fully prepared to spend over $4,000. The store was completely empty, so I went straight to the counter and asked for assistance. The woman at the front was polite and said she would send someone out. Moments later, the salesperson walked right past both of us and went straight to the phone, completely ignoring me. I was honestly taken aback but gave him the benefit of the doubt... for about 30 minutes. Still no help. No acknowledgment. Nothing. At that point, I had to raise my voice just to get assistance. The woman apologized, and the salesperson finally came over, clearly annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing him. That was enough for me. I left and took my $4,500 purchase to another dealership that actually values customers. Screwie Lewie clearly didn't need my business, and others should know what to expect.

Wide, flat, pronated. I struggle to find shoes other than very supportive running shoes that I can wear comfortably. Spending a lot of money for boots you don't want to be disappointed. The team helped me not only try everything, but verify the fit and help a newer rider understand how gear should work properly. Also, she encouraged me to wear them around at home to be 100% sure before wearing them out to ride. That's not someone just trying to sell you the more expensive product, that just good service. "Bring back if they aren't right and we'll try more, order some in from our reps..." Turns out she was right, the boots were fantastic, wore them for 3 hours of riding first day. No blisters, no pains, feet felt great. I'm glad I didn't compromise. Thanks, I'll be back! Jason

I sent in an inquiry and Craig quickly gave me a call. He was able to find the motorcycle and we were able to work a solid deal. The team at Go AZ gave me more than I expected for my retired steed (always a plus). No issues with the purchase process and everyone was stand up. Before I knew it I was mounting my new warhorse and riding off into the sunset!! If you are looking to refresh your battle fleet, add to it or starting out; give Craig a ring and go for it!!

I visited GO AZ Peoria fully prepared to purchase a motorcycle I had seen online. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.

I asked about the motorcycle's history, but it didn't seem there was much history that they knew about or (if they did know) that they would share with me. That's always a little concerning, but I didn't have a reason to not believe the motorcycle was in good working condition. Of note, they generally will not let you test ride motorcycles because of insurance reasons, but neither will most major dealers. They will let you start and sit on the motorcycles. The manager shared with me that they do an inspection of the motorcycles to ensure they aren't coming back in to the shop with issues after they're sold. Makes sense, so if you want to be sure after the purchase, you get a 30-day warranty from the shop and you can inspect it if you want elsewhere at your cost. I also purchased an additional major parts warranty from the shop at my cost. Sometimes if you want a good deal, you have to roll the dice. I want to apologize to Dasen for getting worried after I bought the motorcycle - a check engine light came on, but I later researched and realized this can be common and isn't always a big deal... I felt a bit worried and emailed them. They had a mechanic call me and discuss it with me, and it made more sense. To be clear, I do NOT think it's wrong for a buyer to be concerned about their investment... that's normal and okay. But I may have come off as a little overly concerned and I didn't mean to worry them, so I'm sorry if I did. Thanks for your patience with us newbies, Dasen! Overall, they have been wonderful to do business with, and I recommend finding a great used bike at a great price here, instead of paying exorbitant dealers fees at major dealers. If you know bikes, you will feel more comfortable in buying used. If you don't, then learn a little about them first. You can save good money here. I LOVE my new (used) Indian. Thank you, Rachel, Dasen and staff for working with me. I look forward to sharing a positive purchase experience with others in the Phoenix area. -J
