The shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you- these are two of the friendliest, most capable repair specialists I've met in my 50 years of owning multiple bikes. They had to work hard on this one, phoned me once to ask a few more questions about the adjustments I'd tried, and solved it shortly after that (injector and reinstall/wiring of the new fuel pump). They didn't stop there- they fine tuned the bike, checked it over, it runs as new. Their pricing for both parts and labor was reasonable, their desire to help solve the issue(s) impressive. These two guys and their apprentice work through the heat of summer and get it done! Grateful.

Bike got into the shop January 14th, just got the bike back August 18th. If you want your work done in a timely manner don't go to this shop. Also took my S&S crankshaft 3 months to show up when it wasn't on back and called S&S directly and confirmed that. They also had 3 different service advisors in that time span. Got hit with every excuse in the book as to why my parts weren't showing up in a timely manner and ordered half of them myself because of this. Their service advisor is an idiot, was told the bike would done between 11-12 sat around for 45 mins before it was actually finished. They also forgot to order half of my parts for the rebuild, called me n told me that instead of just ordering the parts and biting the bullet on their own mess up. Dyno numbers were also disappointing. Going to have to take it somewhere else for a retune, and spend more money. Don't waste your time or money here.

The shop was able to find the original plastics and was able to return my bike to the original condition. Customer service was excellent as well as constant communications. JC is super cool, knowledgeable, honest and does a great job. Hopefully he can run his own business one day and leave SPC. He deserves much better. Anyways, Took my bike in for repair using my third party warranty to cover. Thomas the owner was real nice at first and communicative. Stated he would get the bike done by Monday. Come Wednesday bike wasn't even looked at yet, stated they were busy. Which is why I ask prior to dropping off to avoid having to wait longer than usual. Come Friday the bike was finally done after waiting one week for simple repairs. So beware, the dishonest timeframes they will tell you just to get you in and drop your bike off. Secondly, Thomas is a little disingenuous when it comes payment. I was told one thing over the phone and once the job was completed he stated I owed a different number than what was agreed on (should have got it in writing). When trying to call him out on it, he states he never said that and will hold your bike random until you pay the amount that he asks. Owner states, this is charge for the time due to sending emails and phone calls back and forth with the insurance. Which I told him is part of the business. You don't get paid for emails and phone calls. I end up paying what he ask and told him I'll never use a business who is dishonest to this customers. Another review on SPC stated something similar when it came to payment method less than 30 days ago. Either way, this owner/shop lacks honesty.

We decided to test drive the new Street Glide 3 Limited and see what all the talk is about when it comes to the new suspension on the 2026 Trikes. During the test ride I hit all the bumps by our house that I knew hurt her before. This time with the new trike, she felt zero pain. That meant everything to us. I live in Apache Junction, after reading reviews I decided to give this Tempe location a try. They…read moretruly went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I went there to install new crash guards and fix my sound system; I walked out spending almost $1,000 for items that were critical to my survival and the bikes...items that would have cost me much more if I waited any longer. They found things while installing the guard that needed to be changed. The air filter (an expensive part ANYWHERE) hadn't been changed in 16 years and was choking the bike, they showed me the once green now black filter, the brake fluid had never been flushed in 75,000 miles (21 years), the brake pads were worn down almost to the metal, (they showed me). My 2003 Goldwing looked new, so these were parts I never even thought about (I was always checking the oil and tires) - but I am GLAD they did! This was my 20-year anniversary for my bike and I am glad I made the decision to go to D&D because they did excellent work. They also went above and beyond by checking my speaker wire, making some changes so the back sounds better, and replacing some rubber washers complimentary. Purchasing and installing crash guards, repairing wiring on sound system, replacing air filer, checking battery connections, removing inside cardboard cover on rear speaker that was distorting the sound (sounds great now), replacing brake pads, and flushing out brake lines. He's the person you want to take your bike to first, so you don't…read morehave to deal with another mechanic telling you something's impossible just because they couldn't figure it out. I replaced both the front and rear turn signals on my bike with LEDs. The original rear signals only worked as running lights and turn signals, but the new rear signals also included a brake-light function. Another mechanic couldn't get the LEDs working at all. They'd only flash instead of functioning properly, and he told me that the added brake-light function was causing the issue and couldn't be wired into the rear signals. I'd also changed my handlebars and needed the electronic cables extended, so I brought the bike to Steve and asked him to look at the lights as well. He solved every problem. He got the LED signals working correctly and made the full lighting setup work exactly as I'd intended. The handlebar wiring work looks incredibly clean and professional. While Steve was working on the bike, he found a separate issue I'd accidentally caused when I started changing the cables myself before I brought it to him. He identified the problem quickly and repaired it as well. What stood out most was Steve's troubleshooting ability and attention to detail. It was such a relief to find someone who took the time to diagnose everything properly and get it all working. I wish I'd brought my bike to him first. I'll absolutely be back and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work on their bike.
