However, it's an awesome utility rack that I really wanted on my machine, so I looked for a ATV/UTV repair shop near me that I thought could get it to work. All THREE ATV Racing's Google reviews were positive with one reviewer saying they had an in-house fabrication shop, so I loaded up my machine and headed on over. The owner, Neil, studied the rack and my machine for a few minutes and said he'd give it go - his guys were able to make the modifications to the aluminum rack, upsize the U-bolts, and get it installed in just 45 minutes, WHILE I WAITED. I was given a handful of keys which I find out you need a different key for everything which is a pain in the ass. After taking it out for the first time I made it 20 minutes and it started over heating and not shifting properly and screeching noise. I called brent who after spending 30 minutes on the phone with me saying I was making up excuses to return the machine said his mechanic would fix it. They had the dominator for a month. I have a friend pick it up for me due to work. when I get home and unload it off the trailer it still wont shift and the screeching is still there. I do my own research and find out that the stock belt odes puts on these things is complete garbage so I order a performance belt and replace it myself. That fixed belt issue. At this point I have contacted odes directly on both there website and facebook page and they never follow through. Brent and I no longer have contact as he only wants to make the sale and not stand behind the product he sales. I strongly recommend no one buy from this dealership or the odes product. I have never regretted a purchase more than this one that's for sure. At this time my dominator is at another mechanics shop being worked on. Ive been able to ride only twice in six months due to always breaking down.

We notified the company as soon as the trade show was over about the issue and requested a re-print of the same job at no cost. We never expected to receive accusations that the job left their premises well and we might have damaged it... terrible customer support/service, questioning us why we did not resolve this issue earlier (not understanding we were at a trade show with little free time to deal with this). We have been mediocrely offered only a portion of the job reprinted. Being in the customer service and education industry, I have to say, this company lacks on customer retrieval and retaining skills. Unfortunately $25,447.79 in a 12 month period of doing business with United Printing was not reason enough to substitute a damaged print job of $966 that we paid for.
