At first, the test drive, the ac was not working at all. When I mentioned it, they said they didn't know about that but filled it up right away and it worked. They told me if it wasn't working to come back, but I also added more freon to it a few days later with some a/c pro and it still works great! Nick was very awesome and friendly guy, did his best to get the best deal I could. On the way home I did get a check engine light as I expected would happen lol, I did not call them about it and decided to check it out myself first, after checking the code and further research, it was probably a purge valve issue, which I discovered for some reason it was unplugged, not sure why, but after plugging it back in, have had no check engine issues since! For me it was no hassle, great environment, and a very friendly team they have, which I can't ask for more, thanks!

It was great experience from start to finish. The staff was honest professional, and never pushy. Everything was explained clearly and the process was as smooth as can be. We are very happy with our new car and would definitely highly recommend this dealer. Very honest & fairly priced.

It took almost 2 weeks to try to get ahold of the service department the first time since they seem to not care to answer their phones. Upon taking it back to "get fixed", we soon began to realize that none of the things they said they fixed were actually fixed. Shortly after, the truck was back in the shop for another week, we were supposed to be updated daily on the status since we were now out a vehicle and no sort of rental car was offered but we were not updated until late afternoon right before the service department was closing that it was done. Come to find out, it wasn't even fixed!! The service department is the WORST and the sales staff will make any women feel uncomfortable being around. I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever. We have now been taking the truck to another dealership that we can actually trust and they are still be able to use the warranty to actually fix the issues that Trucks Only cannot fix. I am not sure how they get away with the things that they get away with but it is completely unacceptable and disgusting quite honestly.

Chris was very nice and not aggressive. The car was listed at $9,400. I told Chris I was looking to keep the price (all said and done) around $10,000. Chris said he didn't think that would be a problem. So, I spent $100 getting the car checked out by my own mechanic. I learned that part of the car had been repainted. I asked why they didn't disclose that to me and Chris played dumb saying he didn't know it had been repainted. I had been focusing on other things about the car and never noticed the slight difference in colors not matching. When finally sitting down to talk specific numbers, they wouldn't budge even for the mismatched paint (the car was going to be my son's first car). The dealership told me they were only going to make $100 off of the sale of this car and could not lower the price. Bwahahahahahaha!!! When I burst out laughing at them and told them that was a flat out lie, they just blankly stared at me. Lol! I guess they didn't think I was an educated woman. Sitting in front of me was their breakdown in numbers for the sale. On the sheet of paper was $500 in doc fees. Plus $800 in sales tax, plus tag and title fees. All said and done, the car was going to cost me $10,900. If you are EVER going to spend a large amount of money, please, do your research before buying from a dealer! I did and am thankful for it. The $500 doc fee was a huge red flag for me. This is an excessive amount of money to "process" paper work (aka: profit). Even consumer reports will tell you to question any dealer charging over $150 in doc fees. Needless to say, I walked away and they lost the sale.
