I dealt with them way back in 1996 and had a great experience. Recently had an accident so didn't hesitate to go there. Experience was the exact opposite. Yes they "fixed" my truck but just after I got it back I had issues with parts they replaced. Headlight assembly they put in stopped working a few weeks after I got it back. I don't drive my truck often so I don't know exactly when it stopped working. They say they guarantee their work, but they dont. I can take it back to them but I will have to pay for them to fix it. So that tells me they don't guarantee their work. "It worked when you picked it up". I'm sure it's a wiring issue but they want me to pay again to have it fixed. Find another shop who will actually take care of their customers and does guarantee their work. It will save you money in the long run. read more
