Honest, reliable service for my son's 135. They are able to get us in quickly when needed. Would recommend to anyone needing BMW service.

Dropped my son's car off on March 19th. I was told that the shop was in the process of moving and wouldn't be able to start on the car until the following week. Completely understandable. After 2 weeks, I called for status. I was advised by his wife she would call me back, which she did. Another week goes by and I call and am told waiting on parts. Another week goes by and I call and am told either still waiting on parts or I'll call you back. At this point, I never receive any calls back. Spoke with the owner and was advised the car would be done by following week. Still nothing. Then was told the parts were delivered at the wrong shop. Now this was on April 16th. I expressed to the owner how we would be going out of town, etc. He assured me it would be ready by Wednesday April 18th. Still nothing. Went out of town and came back. Called on the 20th, no answer. Sent a text. No response. On Tuesday, April 21st, finally spoke to the owner who ensured me the car would be ready by today and as a courtesy, he will bring the car to me on Wednesday, April 21st. Well, that day came and gone. Tried calling to get an eta, no response. Sent text, no text. So today, still no car. This makes 5 weeks and to make it even worst, I saw they read my messages and never responded. Once I admitted to then I saw they were reading my messages, they must of figured out who to turn it off. I really didn't want to go this route. I really tried to work with them and give them the benefit of the doubt since we were referred to them. I tried being humble and not go to the shop, still nothing. So now, I'm left with no car, having to do a horrible review, and attach screen shots of the texts. Oh, to make things even worse, the person that referred me and was taking care of the bill, paid already since our work hours are different. I really tried to have patience, but this is unacceptable. I literally called AGAIN, finally answered and his response was, oh I didn't know it wasn't finished because I left the shop. Ok, so what's wrong with communication? Why would you leave the shop yesterday when you assured me YOU were dropping the car off. The last thing I want to do is hurt someone's business. Now I'm being told it will be dropped off no later than 730pm. My son's car was finally dropped off on April 25th around 8pm. Asked for the invoice, was advised it was emailed to my son's father and would email me a copy. Oh, also, he broke my son's driver's door handle and told me he ordered a new one. Here it is May 16th, still no invoice and no update on the door handle. Finally, I was scheduled to bring my son's car in on at 9am for a follow up to make sure there were no leaks and to get the door handle replaced. Well, unfortunately since he wanted us to drop the car off, I had to reschedule. We rescheduled for June 9th at 9am. Upon arriving, building doors were locked and no one is here. Calling, calling, calling and texting no answer. Finally, Shawn answers and I said what the fuck is going on. He said don't be cussing at me and hung up. Called back and no answer. I am beyond frustrated Finally called back and Shawn answered and I started talking in a normal voice trying to express my frustration no cursing and he told me he was done with me and he would deal with my husband only. So I gave the phone to my husband, which he told my husband that he would need to call his employee and see why no one is here. Well, he called back to tell my husband he couldn't get a hold of his employee and he would be here in 15 minutes. Finally, about 30 minutes later, he shows up. I remained in the car. My husband got out and spoke with him. He told my husband it will take 3 hours to check the car out and replace the door handle. My husband agreed and advised Shawn that he is taking his word. In addition, we asked about the invoice and his response was that my son's father has the invoice. He told my husband that it should be done by 3pm and he will follow up with him. In the meantime, I texted my son's father and confirm he never receive an invoice via email. So 3pm comes and my husband calls and speaks with Eva. Eva stated that the car is still being worked on and she would follow back with him. 5pm comes and my husband gets a call that the vehicle is ready. We go and pick up the vehicle. In addition, my husband asks for an invoice as well, which we finally got. While leaving, my son's father texts to say he finally received an invoice. Never ever again. If you choose to use Denny's Transmission, I hope your experience is way better than ours.

I do have a couple of suggestions that I believe would make the customer experience even better: Wash the car before returning it to the customer, especially after a costly repair. It would be a nice finishing touch and would leave the customer feeling that their vehicle was well cared for. Offer transportation to and from the shop (which I believe they do for a short distance), or consider covering at least half of the Lyft expense when a customer lives a significant distance from the shop. In my case, because I live quite far away, I had to pay for Lyft transportation twice, which added to the overall cost of the repair. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and the results. Thank you, David and Brock, for your professionalism and great customer service.

Roy's Auto is one of the most overrated repair places in Phoenix! I've taken my car there on a few…read moreoccasions and tried to use them on other and continually find that they have all the disadvantages of going to a dealership and none of the advantages. I've always understood that the advantages of using an independent repair shop should be price (dealership work is always pricey) and flexibility - a willingness to work with your situation. I've always been disappointed with Roy's prices, which are usually about the same as dealership quotes. And, unlike dealerships who can usually turn around most problems on the same day, parts availability notwithstanding, I constantly find Roy's can't do your job until some other day. On some occasions, I've been led to believe they could get the job done same day only to be disappointed when they called and said, "Sorry, we can't get to it today - too busy!" They're just not worth consulting. Find a better independent shop!

Worst Shop Takeover I have ever encountered honestly. I've had to take my truck to this shop…read moremultiple times because they can't seal the transmission for the work they do. Here's the story line... 1/30/26 I noticed there was a consistent leak they quoted me for a transfer case extension housing bushing, master pro bearing /seal transfer case output shaft seal, output shaft bushing remove and replace, transmission fluid, engine valve cover gasket set, valve cover gasket remove and replace for 1022.99. Had them do the work. On 2/3/26 the LEAK WAS EVEN WORSE. Take it back on 2/3 they gave me a new Half Rear Case (This is where the imperfection is that I'd told them about 100xs now). THEN... on 2/17/26 I had to have the truck towed back to the shop because the truck would not accelerate and the RPMs were going haywire. So they get it up to check it out and tell me the diagnostic is that the 3rd gear is missing and another transmission rebuild would be required. (This is the same shop that did the rebuild the first time mind you). So fast forward I did not have them completed the rebuild due to the chain of events. I have another reputable shop work on it, it's doing alright. Moving on to 09/2026 I go great it's leaking again so I take it to my new transmission shop. They gave a diagnostic with confirming UV dye that the half rear case eagle auto repair installed has an imperfection. So I take it back to eagle auto I walk in I say I want a new half rear case there's an imperfection in the one you put on. They say no no we will take a look and see what's going on. I said if this thing leaks after you give me this truck back you'll be dealing with a different person. So they only use more sealant and send me on my way and I already knew it was going to leak. Im not an idiot. So called them today 9/28 get on the phone with the dude and I'm pissed he goes bring it back and we will see what's going on... what's there to see huh? I already know what the problem is I want a new half rear case there before I bring it in. (Which I think it's quite fair at this point). I get stern and he cry's wolf and says I'm not gonna have you talk to me that way blah blah we're not doing the work (AND this work is guaranteed for a year....) I feel as a woman completely taken advantage of and not cared for at all and jerked around left and right by this shop after all the money I have spent there. Im sick having to get my truck worked on over and over. And the owner of the shop even said "Im sick of you talking to me like I owe you money" verbatim... how disgusting honestly I wonder how this guy would act towards a man if a man brought up their shops work to them.
