My transmission problems were complicated by unauthorized work done at a pervious shop. They all worked diligently to undo and redo, so much more than just my transmission problems...yet stood by the initial job estimate. I recommend this shop to everyone, but especially anyone worried about being taken advantage of by auto repairs. That WILL NOT happen at Dennys! So many times, they could have just given me my car back telling to come back if any problems. Instead, they took the time to make sure everything was right before giving it back to me. Dennis of Denny's Transmission at the Cave Creek Road store is a pleasure to deal with. My Ford Super Duty developed transmission problems at 204,000 miles. I had long heard about a transmission "Heavy Duty" upgrade that are available for big bucks (and trucks). Dennis installed a premium, heavy duty, upgraded transmission for me for half the cost of what the "other guys" wanted. Five thousand miles later, I couldn't be happier. My daughter did business with Denny's about nine-years ago. What I remember is they fixed her transmission problem for a few hundred bucks versus trying to just sell her a transmission rebuild. Bottom line is you can trust Denny's. You may be able to find someone to do the work somewhat cheaper but can you really trust them? I trust these guys. They have been at this for what? Well my 2005 Chevy Astro Van needed a new transmission in1/2018. This was Bad news. I knew my next decision was gunna be a tough one. Being a classic car owner for over 40 years I know just how imperative it is in choosing the right Transmission Repair Shop the 1st time. By far the best transmission place I've ever been to. Cadillac told me that my rear main seal was bad and wanted $3k dollars to repair it. I brought it here to be looked at for a 2nd opinion. They found that oil was leaking from my valve cover and running down the transmission and that the seal wasn't bad. They took the entire transmission out and inspected it and didnt charge me a penny. Had to have my 2008 Chevy Malibu's transmission go through a complete rebuild. Called around for a few quotes and Denny's was the lowest (by quite a bit). They came recommended from Roy's Auto so I went with 'em. Dennis was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions.
