These guys are a great family company. I needed a work truck bad and they had multiple to choose from. They gave me a great cash deal, even did a few minor repairs to get me on my way. The shop is clean, as opposed to some dusty shops on the Valley. They are no nonsense and I had a feeling that they have a critical eye when it comes to buying. Bob, Neil, Jessica and Judy are top notch. I highly recommend this company. read more

Bought my 9th work vehicle from B and N today, always a fair price and great people to work with. As our company expands, we will continue to purchase vehicles from B And N read more

I've purchased quite a few vehicles from Bobby over the years.. I've very easily spent 6-figures cash at B & N Auto Sales. I don't even remember how many at this point. Like me, many trade workers return here to buy used work vehicles time and time again. I've even sent numerous friends and other trade workers to Bobby- if you start looking carefully at the front bumper of work trucks and vans all over the valley, you will see the little red license plate on the front from B & N motors just like I do, and you will realize how many people buy their trucks and vans from Bobby. I remember very clearly when I bought my first work truck from Bobby back around 2014.. I thought to myself these guys are going to definitely keep growing and they're going to be huge... and that's exactly what has happened. These are used work trucks that often have well over 100,000 miles... they're not perfect... but they're affordable, they're great for work, you know what you're buying, and often times if there is some silly little problem, Bobby just takes care of it for me ..*after* the sale, after money is exchanged... And that's one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Thanks again guys! read more

Got and when I looked at the truck it was smoking they said that they had barley replaced the valve cover gasket 30 minutes ago yes 30 minutes ago, mind you this truck had been posted up for sale for more then a week and other people had went to look at it before me, I started asking questions because I was concerned with the smoke and why they barley did the cover gasket and the owner straight up told me if you don't like that car don't buy it, that is definitely not how you treat clients. Don't go to this dealership! They buy messed up vehicles and try to sell them. read more

I own the Barbecue Doctor business. My truck need to be reliable and look decent so I purchase all my trucks from Bobby and Neil of B and N Auto. I just purchased by 14th truck specifically customized to the needs of my business. The truck inventory of B and N is huge so I rarely need to wait to purchase a vehicle. If I give bobby details for a specific type of vehicle, he will hunt it down. His words,"if you don't buy it, I will put it into inventory". I purchased a special truck with the cabinets accessed from outside the vehicle. My technician loves this vehicle. Over the years, I rarely have a significant expense for repairs. I keep the vehicles maintained and they seem to run forever. I am so lucky to have this company, and more important this family working with me to keep my vehicle costs down. And, if i need to ask him something, he is right there at the other end of the phone. You should talk to Bobby (602 722-9151). He is the owner and he will give you "no Bull". This review is to aware others. My dad and I traveled from Nevada to Arizona to buy a truck. A day after the check engine light came on. We took it to our closest mechanic a few days later and unfortunately it was a $1k fix. We reached out to b&n auto sales to get a refund as It was under the 30 day guarantee and 500 miles. We sent copies of invoice and payment and were told they were going to review and give us a call back. We tried reaching out multiple times leaving messages and no call back 3 months later. Very unprofessional. read more

WOW!!!! What a great group of guys here. I'm a new business owner and I am very conscientious about what's right for my company. Daniel helped me out and was very honest and genuine about everything. It's very refreshing to have old school, genuine and real people in this world. That's exactly how these fellas are. Made me feel like I'm at home talking to a buddy. I will be doing business with this place again in the future for all my work vehicle needs. Can't thank them enough! Awesome place and even better group of people. read more

SHADY! Made a cash deal with Bobby, he says my title person isn't here today can you come back tomorrow our the next day. So, I come back and Bobby isn't there but his brother is. I explain to him the situation he says let me call Bobby. I told him I'm here and title person is here can we get this done. Brother tells me that Bobby needs to be there. Takes my number and says Bobby will call me back. I have called Bobby on his cell phone and left messages...Week later no response... Be cautious of any deals made with these guys. I don't understand how people like this stay in business. read more

Grateful for B and N Auto. I was looking all over Arizona for a van that I can convert into a camper van for over a month. They got me into a perfect van for my needs at a fantastic price. When an engine light appeared they didn't hesitate to go above and beyond fixing it with new parts at a great cost to them. They even threw on a brand new spare. I gladly recommend this family run business for buying your next van or truck. Thanks B & N Auto. I'm looking forward to take my new van to the coast of California and Play in the cooler weather. read more

I have bought 3 service vans from this company over the last 8 years. They always have great pricing and the owner Bobby is a pleasure to do business with. I can't say enough nice things about Bobby and his family. They were amazing to work with, you can tell they really care, they are a friendly, honest, and ethical family business. I have been looking to purchase a cargo van and found a Dodge Van at B and N. Bobby showed me the dodge and showed me more of his inventory selection which I could choose from. I was able to get a great van at a great price and the transaction was easy. I would recommend B and N to anyone looking to get a great vehicle at a great price. read more

I bought a work truck from this dealership a few months ago to start my business. I started having trouble with the truck a couple weeks after I bought it, called them and they told me to take it back, came to know it was transmission problems. They kept it for a few days and told me it was fixed, got it back and it started pulling/bad shifting even more. So I called them back and I mentioned to them that it was doing it again and Brett sounded annoyed and told me to bring it back and just hanged up on me. How do they expect for me to drop all my scheduled work with out even offering to help with a reimbursement for a rental or loaner truck. I just started my business I can't go without a vehicle. And on top of that, the truck has 3 different size tires with different tread! Safety Hazard! When I'm on the freeway it starts shaking like crazy when going over 65 MPH. I wouldn't recommend this place at all it's been almost a month and still no call back! read more

I've now purchased 3 trucks from B and N. They have the best prices and the cleanest trucks in the valley. I used to purchase trucks from another company and now know how badly I was getting ripped off. I've not had any issues with the trucks from B and N and they even fixed a minor issue with one of the trucks while I was doing paperwork - an issue I hadn't even noticed! Fair prices and good, clean trucks! Thanks B&N! Kevin EcoBlu Enterprises, Inc read more

B and N Auto Sales is the most wonderful place to purchase a used vehicle!!! I just bought a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from them and could not be more pleased with the precess. It's a family owned business and everybody there is super friendly. Bobby bent over backwards to address any concerns that I had about the vehicle and the buying process. I highly recommend going there if you're in need of a used vehicle. read more

About 2 weeks ago we purchased a used Transit van for our business from here. They had several options to choose from and they were kind enough to negotiate on price a little to help us meet our budget. We drove the van off the lot with a full year registration but with a busted mirror. Our sales rep told us he had already ordered a van and to come on back and he'd replace it. Today we went back and they replaced the mirror for us in a matter of minutes. While I was waiting 3 different people asked to help me; all polite and friendly. I'll definitely return the next time I need a commercial van! Next step it to apply vinyl to the van and we're good to go. read more

Go see Bobby!! Dude is legit will give you the best deal he can for sure and makes you feel like you matter!!

Where to start... my dad lives out of town and has been researching work vehicles. He found B &N Auto not far from where I live and asked me to check out a van for his business. Once I arrived everyone was very friendly and helpful. I checked out the van and updated my dad and we decided to go forward. They were happy to find a way to help save my dad money on the purchase of his new van. We took all the steps needed to make that happen. This was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I have even been through. I truly appreciate there quality in customer service! We had a small issues that happened shortly after the purchase and they went above and beyond to fix it quickly with zero stress or frustration which was a blessing. Thank you B&N. read more

I needed a van to expand my business and these people all treat you like family from the first phone call until you sign the dotted line. Turns out they don't have a glass repair company that they use regularly so we picked them up as a client as well. The perfect marriage! Thank fam! read more

I have just purchased my eighth truck from Bobby and his dad Neil. I am as happy with this truck as I was with the first. These two people are the most honest people that I have met in any dealership. Their trucks are in good shape and they are priced to sell. I am happy with the trucks I get and the price for them. I don't believe that you can do better in the Phoenix area. When my last truck reaches 275K (it is close) I will turn it in and then all my trucks will be B and N Auto trucks. B and N are a major supplier to my business and every day I stake my companies' reputation on them showing up on time. Thank you guys! Pat Owner Barbecue Doctor Inc. read more

I wish I could give this place a no star review. When I first walked in they asked me what I was looking for and I told them I saw one online and wanted to look at it, the man gave me the keys without saying a word and went right back into the back office. I went out to look at the truck when I put the keys in and there was a check light engine on, I told the man to which he replied "it was the gas gauge" ha no it wasn't. We saw that bumper was scratched up and about to fall off. We again mentioned it to the guy who said "no it's a piece of plastic" and proceeded to pound the piece of the bumper back into place, to which it fell out of place again by the time we were done talking. We asked if the bed was an after marketed bed to which he said "no we don't buy after market" needless to say, we looked on the side of the building to where we found a truck bed leaning against the building. This place is definitely a chop shop. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Ladies and Gentlemen, I purchased a car from B and N and let me tell you, I got a great deal. The owner was very kind and helped me every step of the way with the purchase. It was a smooth purchase with the title arriving in less than 5 days after the purchase. They have the best customer service and you are bound to leave with a smile. I was lucky he had the vehicle I wanted and not only that, the owner Bob has a ton of cargo vans and work trucks. I plan on going to buy a few cargo vans for my car audio business within the next week. There's a reason for his slogan: The one stop cargo van shop!!
