You're welcome. There are a lot of moving parts when making a car purchase. Will you deal with pushy salespeople? Will you *really* get a good price? Will the trade in be a hassle? Will the finance department mess you over? All of these are things we dread about car shopping. Which is where Another Time has offered a refreshing difference each time we've been there. As parents, and consumers with plenty of car purchases under our belts (for better or worse), we had worries about our young adult's first independent car purchases. And TWICE now, Another Time has exceeded our expectations. First, a few years ago, with the purchase of an older Camry. A great deal, friendly but NOT pushy sales support, and straightforward pricing with no hidden charges at the contract signing. As for the car itself, we had eyes wide open on what to reasonably expect from a 14 year old used car for $3,000, and so should you. No matter what you buy, from ANYONE, it will need something. So we had no surprises. Second, and most noteworthy was our experience today. Our son was financing a car for the first time on his own. We have been looking all over town in what has proven to be a very difficult car market. We had been on this lot previously and not found anything he liked. Last night the car he has been dreaming of was posted at a very fair price. Knowing how quickly cars move on this lot, we were there today at 8 a.m. Our son checked the Carfax, test drove and decided it was all systems go on the purchase. We then moved on to the trade in, where we negotiated a fair offer given the condition of the car. Everything was moving quickly, next we were headed to finance (this is the part where things often go south). He had taken our advice of being preapproved by a neutral 3rd party bank before shopping at the dealerships. We shared the preapproved rate with Robert in finance, and he started the process of seeing how he could beat it. Here's the thing. When someone both ENJOYS and is GOOD at what they do, it's evident in how hard they work to help, and how genuine they are in the transaction. Robert pulled off what we thought NO ONE could. He dropped that rate, for a young first time car buyer, from 11% to 6.49%! His excitement for my son was genuine and he truly made the transaction as easy as possible with his patience and knowledge. Everything was transparent, there were no hidden surprises. Polar opposite of what we've experienced at the big box dealerships. My son drove home today in an AWESOME Toyota at what seems to be a great deal all the way around. We are confident he won't be upside down in his loan, and will have a car that lasts several years. The check engine light came on the same day I brought it home, and the vehicle was shaking. I was able to bring it back, and I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, as soon as my 30-day warranty was up, the check engine light came back on, and from there it was one problem after another. I have spent over $5,000 trying to repair this Jeep, and every time one issue was fixed, another problem seemed to appear. At this point, multiple mechanics have told me the same thing: get rid of this vehicle ASAP. I haven't even owned it for a year, and I've already had to purchase another vehicle because I could no longer rely on this one. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I purchased this Jeep while I was 8 months pregnant. I specifically told the dealership that I needed a reliable SUV, and they sold me a vehicle that turned out to be anything but reliable. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having major problems almost immediately after purchase, continuing to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, and still not having a dependable vehicle is completely unacceptable. I feel like I was sold a lemon, a vehicle that should never have been sold to someone looking for a reliable family SUV. I trusted the dealership to be honest about what I was purchasing, and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Absolutely heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience and based on all of these terrible reviews.

BEWARE! I purchased…read morea 2025 Tesla Cybertruck from Arizona Best Cars on August 18. Before I ever went to the dealership, I specifically asked by phone whether the Cybertruck had a clean title. I was told yes. During the test drive, I asked again whether the vehicle had a clean title. I was again told yes. I subsequently discovered that the vehicle had actually been repurchased by Tesla and carried a permanent Lemon Law Buyback title history. During closing, I was handed a document described simply as "the buyback disclosure." There was no meaningful explanation of why Tesla had repurchased the vehicle or of the underlying defects. More importantly, the form stated that I had received a separate manufacturer disclosure detailing the buyback history and corrected defects. That manufacturer disclosure was not provided to me. The dealership also presented a Kelley Blue Book valuation showing the Cybertruck worth approximately $82,000. I later obtained the actual financing documents from Capital One, which contain the same KBB valuation for this VIN. Nothing on the face of that valuation indicates an adjustment for the vehicle's Lemon Law Buyback history. After discovering the title history, I returned to the dealership on August 27 and asked why Tesla had bought the truck back. I was told it was essentially because of a door panel vibration/rattle. I asked for the documentation. Only then--nine days after I purchased the vehicle--was I given Tesla's actual Warranty Buyback Notice for the first time. It showed considerably more than a rattling door. Tesla's notice identified: * Interior Panel concern * Driver Assistance concern * Safety Restraint System concern It also showed repairs including replacement of the vehicle's car computer and other components. I asked Arizona Best Cars to unwind the transaction. They refused and instead offered to take the vehicle back as a trade, requiring me to absorb the financial loss. At this point, I am preserving the documentation surrounding this transaction and preparing formal complaints for review by the Arizona Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. ADOT's Office of Inspector General specifically investigates complaints involving licensed automobile dealers and title-related issues, and the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division reviews complaints concerning deceptive or unfair practices. Those agencies can determine whether what occurred here complied with Arizona law. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, do not rely solely on verbal representations about title status, vehicle history, or value. Independently verify the title, obtain the manufacturer's complete buyback documentation before signing anything, and retain copies of every document presented to you. Anyone who has experienced similar issues with an Arizona automobile dealer should preserve their contracts, advertisements, title records, valuation documents, text messages, and other evidence and consider using Arizona's official consumer and dealer complaint processes.

I was extremely hesitant to buy a used car from a used car dealer, especially one that was out of state. (I've had two bad experiences with used car dealers in Northern CA.) Well, Cool Motors has restored my belief that some used car lots are legit and honest. Here's a breakdown of the pros/cons of Cool Motors: Pros: - Answers phones and emails promptly and courteously; I was even able to text with the owner! - Very helpful in accommodating my requests for pre-purchase inspection! Since I am in NorCal and would be buying the car sight unseen and without a test drive, I knew I wanted a pre-purchase inspection at a mechanic of my choosing. I selected a mechanic in their area, and Cool Motors was gracious enough to have someone drive to the mechanic and then pick up the vehicle THE SAME DAY. How is that for service!?! - They answered EVERY tedious, nit-picky question I had about the car and its online pictures. And, they were very kind and detailed with every answer. - Emailed me Carfax asap. - I got spooked about having to transport a vehicle from AZ to NorCal. When I told them this, they went out of their way to help me find a reputable (licensed and insured) transport company at a very, very good price. This is not a normal service of theirs, so I really appreciate they're taking the time to help me with this. - They were very respectful, honest, and transparent with me when we were negotiating the price and our respective rationales/opinions. - My car was delivered to my doorstep in great condition by a courteous driver. - They emailed my temporary license plate on the day I received my car. - They also knew about interstate title stuff, and they went ahead and had the title re-printed/re-issued cleanly to make life easier for me at the CA DMV - THANK YOU!!! I had no idea to ask for this, and this took time and resources on their end to make my life easier! Thank you so much, Marsha! - The car was exactly as described, and runs really well - better than expected. - They take special care to source their cars from local private parties and AAA - NOT auctions; thus, you can be more confident you're not getting some auctioned off car with shoddy repair work. Cons (and this really isn't a con... just a thought to make the experience even better): - Send the customer the FedEx tracking # so they can be alerted to when their paperwork is coming. I would enthusiastically recommend Cool Motors to anyone looking for an honest, reputable used car dealer. I mean, you're still going to have to go through the process of car shopping, price negotiating, etc., but rest assured that with Cool Motors, you'll be shopping and negotiating with honest, hard-working, respectful people who truly want their customers to be happy.
