They listened to what I wanted, showed me exactly what I was looking for, and within a few short hours, I was approved and on the road in my new car. Even the warranty I got here is better than the one I had with my freaking Tesla! I walked away feeling like I got a genuinely good deal from good people, which is not something I say lightly when it comes to buying a car. Even the bank is sending me a welcome letter! The have an F rating on BBB and are not an affiliated BBB business. I have now taken a car back I purchased from J and M Imports on, 7/10/2025, twice towing the car back to the dealership. After giving them two attempts to make the needed repairs they have not done so. One issue is that you smell coolant when you turn on the heater. To fix this they disconnected or bypassed the heater so the smell is blocked but the heater no longer works. I believe the car has a major engine issue that they don't want to repair. They also have not performed the necessary test on the car to determine if the car has a major issue or not. I will now be filing complaints with several local and state agencies against this dealership and will obtain an attorney to try and get my money back. Prior to the sale they also delivered the car to my choice inspection shop 10 mins away with no hassle, then covered the one issue found prior to the sale.
