MO Bad Review Had a…read more$15,000 full suspension swap that had some quality assurance issues with it. Tried getting it rectified and we couldn't come to a reasonable agreement. Had to take the issue to court. The court ruled in my favor for close to $3000 in April, 2026. Multiple attempts to contact Matt since then have been made and no response and no payment. That being said, most of the recommendations for the build were good. Matt knows how to sell and knows what parts are good for intense offroading. However, he made some bad judgment calls that required more work and more parts and he made me pay for it. That, coupled with shotty work in some elements of the build, and him ignoring my concerns really is why they've earned a 1 star from me. They boast a proud integrity and workmanship but fell short and dodged responsibility. I'd be a happier person if after the court decision, the judgement would be paid and at least I know they took responsibility of some sort, but they haven't. TLDR: Matt made me pay for their mistakes, couldn't find an agreement to make it right, went to court and judge ruled in my favor, Matt is not taking my calls to pay for their mistakes. Poor integrity, poor work, poor accountability was my experience with MO.

I bought a new 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum with 3" lift and leveling kit. I was looking to have…read morethe off-road look but keep the luxury. I wanted the biggest tire possible while keeping my rims, a set of running boards and possibly lighting. I'm 62 y/o so I'm not looking for the mean off-road look with all the bells and whistles. I just want to do light off-roading like trails and rock crawling. Jake helped me out and I had the best customer service possible. I got Toyo 34.5" tires. He anticipated that I'd have to trim the front wheel wells. Didn't need the trim, but I wouldn't have known if he decided to trim it. My truck came with 20" rims but the spare tire had an 18" rim. He had already received the five tires and we talked about possible solutions. Get the same tire for an 18" rim or buy a 20" rim. Even though he already had the spare tire for the 20" rim he still gave me a choice. I ended up buy-in a used 20" rim. This allows me to rotate all five tires and not have to worry about driving my truck with an odd looking tire if needed. When I got the rim, I called Jake and he said bring it in and we'll take care of it for you right now. I took it in and a half hour later I was happy! I selected a really nice running board (Go Rhino) and a couple days later I changed my mind after he already ordered it as I upgraded to the bed liner coating. No problem! This running board looks great as it's tucked in tight to the door so it doesn't stick out so much. On top of this great customer service, Jake gave me a military discount... Bingo!!! I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my truck for these services. My truck was ready as promised. I highly recommend Outlaw. Especially, after shopping around. I will definitely refer Outlaw to anyone looking to upgrade their truck. Thank you Jake and Outlaw for taking care of my truck!

I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at Deer Valley Trailers. I brought my trailer in…read moreto have the jack repaired. The team had me remove my off-road vehicle from the trailer, they took the trailer into the shop, and then later placed the trailer back onto my vehicle -- but did not latch or secure it. This was never communicated to me, and it is not stated anywhere in their paperwork. Several employees stood outside and watched while I began loading my off-road vehicle back onto the trailer, and no one warned me that the trailer had not been secured. As soon as weight went onto the trailer, it shifted forward and hit my SUV, causing damage to the rear of the vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, the business took no responsibility and said it was "their policy" not to latch trailers, even though they still placed it on my vehicle. The owner, Mike Pauly, also showed no interest in helping resolve the situation. While I acknowledge that I should have double-checked the latch myself, I reasonably expected a professional trailer shop to communicate safety risks and not return a trailer to a customer in an unsecured condition. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to be very careful when doing business here.

We were clear about having a camping trip scheduled for October 11, 2026, and requested that the work be completed by then. After dropping off the rig, we heard nothing for three weeks. When they finally contacted us, they claimed our tablet was no longer powering up and stated they would charge us for a diagnostic. I informed them that the tablet was fully operational when we dropped off the vehicle. It appears their practice of disconnecting all power from the rig drained the battery, yet they failed to take responsibility. Communication throughout this process has been poor. It took nearly a month and a half just to get an update on the status of our repairs. Furthermore, the service manager suggested we pick up the rig, go on our trip, and return it afterward for further work. This is entirely impractical given that we live 4.5 hours away. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and service than what we have experienced here.

I double checked their work and it's outstanding every time. They took the extra time in quality and told me I was going to take longer. Even though that was fine with me, they took the time to drop the truck off to me and took an Uber back. I'm sure this is a very rare occasion, but they really wanted to make the customer happy. They took the time to read the camera instructions and taught me about it. I know that's not their job, but they do go above and beyond if they have the time. They are a very busy shop and it shows why. They take the time for quality. That's rare. It's worth the wait.

Huge bird crap on my hood when I got there, showed the guy he grabbed some window cleaner and started rubbing it all around. Drove home and didn't feel right, set up appt for recheck, told them to provide print out. Guy shows me before and after and they were off to begin with! Then they tell me it's because of my steering gear, didn't mention it the first time. Take my jeep home then notice a huge scratch on my front bumper. Went to talk to them and guy tells me they have video cameras and they will check, never got back to me, went down there again, and guy tells me , oh he needed to update his app to get the video and he would send it to me. Never received anything and they were the ones who told me about the video cameras and sharing the footage in the first place! Learn from my mistake, take your vehicle somewhere else!

Messaged the owner for a bit, he was great and responsive. Answered all my questions. I went back and messaged my original shop and found out that he had priced a different vehicle and the end result was the same price area as LetzRoll. In the end, I stayed with my original shop since they had done great for me before.... However, thanks to the conversation I had with LetzRoll , I will 100% consider them in the future.
