I called discount and they said come on down and they will get it checked out. once I got down there I was met with a line out the door. I asked the guy in front of me how long he had been there, he replied 30 min and the line hadn't moved. great. I stopped a tech outside that was talking to customers and asked what's the average time for what I needed and explained I'm literally leaving town right now, he said maybe 2 hours. ugh. by the grace of god my first call just so happened to be Zach's location. friendly, nice, and understanding of my emergency. I drove over, they plugged my tire, did a quick inspection since I was driving a long way, and had me on the road in 30 mins.. unbelievable service. I'll never go anywhere else.

During the service I was also told about my TPMS sensory's battery health, and was told I had a few with very low battery life. I was then given a great rate on replacement sensors. This saved me money as the tires were already off the rims. I would also highly recommend getting an alignment if your car has not had one in along time. I was way out of spec. I am glad Zach recommended it. I now noticed a huge difference on the highway with less road noise and better tracking. I would highly recommend this location.

The biggest issue wasn't just the failed repair -- it was the dishonesty and conflicting information throughout the process. I brought my Maverick R in for an oil leak and was told it was repaired. The exact same leak returned shortly afterward. I eventually drove roughly six hours to bring it back, and they kept it for about five weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about what was actually wrong, what repairs were being performed, and the condition of my machine. After finally getting it back, the same oil leak returned AGAIN on my first trip and is now substantially worse. Repairs can fail. What I can't accept is being misled, given conflicting stories, and seeing zero accountability when the same problem continues. Based on the dishonesty and the way this was handled, I would never trust Nash Powersports with another vehicle.

I've been with Rapid insurance brokers for over 10 years and initially they were great to work with. However, over the past years, I have had the misfortune of being assigned and then reassigned to some of the worst insurance companies ever by way of Rapid Insurance. My vehicle was involved in an accident and I called the insurance company Rapid reassigned me to called Acceptance and all I've gotten got is a run around, a whole lot of lies and no one ever returns my calls. I've called to complain about this to Acceptance's management team but every time I call I get hung up on! I called and reported this to Rapid and requested a different carrier and was told that that's not how they do business, that just because I'm not satisfied with the current carrier it does not mean they'll give me a different insurance carrier. This statement came from the manager named William who was very rude, very argumentative and did not want to hear what I had to say not care how I felt about. hello what about me? What about the customer who is actually paying for the service? Williams just basically told me in so many words " you're screwed and we as a company don't care!
