After a very stressful experience involving freeway power loss and multiple repair facilities,…read moreVolkswagen North Scottsdale ultimately restored my confidence in the service experience. I'm specifically giving this review because of the upfront and honest communication, professionalism, and follow-through I experienced once my vehicle arrived there. Tim was my service advisor, and he was not only responsive throughout the process, but also communicative, empathetic, and realistic with expectations from the very beginning. The issue ultimately turned out to be a fuel pump failure that was covered under warranty, and the repair process and communication were handled far better than my prior experiences elsewhere. One thing that stood out to me most was simply feeling heard and kept informed throughout the process. That level of communication matters, especially when dealing with a major drivability issue that impacts daily life and business. I truly appreciated the professionalism and transparency from Tim and the North Scottsdale team.

Well this time, I am extremely happy to say I had an outstanding "customer experience" at MINI NORTH SCOTTSDALE. Oddly, the convertible top on my red JCW MINI would not open. I have happily owned and consistently driven nothing but MINI(s) for over 2 decades; NEVER had any issues with the convertible tops ever "breaking." (Thank God!) Anyway, the manager ("Josh" and "Ryan" MINI advisor) LISTENED to my grievance, and very ethically made an astute business decision to fix the convertible top as a "Loyal Customer courtesy." I sincerely appreciate the fact that this dealership not only stands behind their service, but more importantly, they honestly VALUE their customers. THAT SAYS A LOT! I truly want to thank them for fairly repairing my car (that they no doubt will probably get back, as a "trade in") LOL

The dealership continues to assert that I declined a full rescission or refund in writing. That…read moreassertion remains unsupported. I have repeatedly requested that the dealership produce the alleged document. Despite multiple requests and a specific deadline, no signed writing, email, text message, or other document has been produced showing that I declined a rescission or refund. The dealership has produced communications showing that an offer was discussed. I do not dispute that discussions occurred. However, discussions are not the same as a written rejection. Their own exhibits consist of an email offering repair or a refund and a text asking me to call regarding the repair status. Neither document contains any written acceptance or rejection by me, nor do they constitute a waiver or release of my rights. The dealership also states that I waited approximately eleven months to complain. That is inaccurate. I raised concerns shortly after purchasing the vehicle, continued communicating with the dealership regarding repairs, and made repeated attempts to resolve the matter before filing formal complaints. My communications, service records, and subsequent Mercedes-Benz case demonstrate that this has been an ongoing dispute

I took my truck in to get an oil change at Break Masters and they noticed a coolant leak and gave…read moreme an estimate to fix it. I thought it may be under warranty and took it to the dealership, they also found a leak and said it was not under warranty and would be about $800. I personally, was not able to find any leak. Up until this point I have never had any issues with my truck so I have not built a relationship with any service provider. Since the part was not under warranty, I knew I would be able to find a less expensive auto shop. The struggle was finding a shop trust worthy. So I started calling places from flyers in the mail and all needed me to make an appointment. I did not have time or a ride at this point. I have driven by Sinclair on Camelback many of times and thought I would stop by. I walked in and spoke to Jerry at the desk and explained that two people have told me I have a leak but I can not find one, all my gauges are fine and no check engine light. He immediately put me in contact with Dan, the manager. Dan is amazing! He wasted no time popping the hood and with me there, explaining all the components. He as well did not find a leak and quoted me to flush and refill the coolant and do a pressure test. I was extremely excited that he took the time to explain things with me there that I was unaware of. He called me back and found the leak and gave me a quote of less than $300 to fix. I stopped by and he lifted the truck up and let me get under it and showed me the leak and corrosion. Again, not necessary and no one has ever offer to show me. In the end, Once the part came in and labor done, the total cost was under $200. This place is amazing from Jerry at the counter, Dan the manager and TJ the mechanic. I feel I have a trusted place to go to from now on. I would recommend this place to ANYONE! My review could seriously be longer on how I was treated with the upmost respect. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is a short one ;)

Took my C43 to get appraised & Jozeph the sales rep along with the manager gave me a whopping offer of $21k. Made no sense to sell for 21k when the car is worth 34k+. Then, very arrogantly continued to tell me that my car had an "accident" on the Carfax report that significantly lowered the value. Which I later found out it was all BS after I paid for the CarFax report there was no accidents reported. He also continued to talk about me only having 1 key and making any excuse to lowball. I then presented him with my Carmax offer of $26.6k and he said they would not pay that and if I got lucky to get $23k I should take it. Not only did Carmax grant their 26.6k offer, they also paid my loan off and cut me a check for the additional 5.6k the same day. No questions asked and hassle free. Stay away from this dealership because I can't imagine what else they do to their buying customers.
