I knew nothing about mobility vans or what my options were. After doing a little online research, I placed a call to AZ Mobility and spoke with a man named Scott. He was so patient and asked me all the right questions to help me understand what it was that I wanted and needed. Scott was super sensitive to my anguish and fear of the unknown. He took a lot of time explaining everything and matched me to a very affordable option that fit my budget. He even explained things I hadn't thought of, like how to get another key fob on eBay and having the auto dealer reprogram it. I went home a lot less stressed and confident that I found a company and a salesman who actually cared about me being a happy customer. They provided me with all the straps and restraints necessary and after a few weeks, I went back and they gave me a shoulder restraint to help my guy feel safer. I wrote last year abut some of the troubles our van was having. We purchase our first brand new van from them and have over the last year and a half spent thousands on car rentals because it is always in the shop and they do not provide any services. Our complete electrical system is shot and will tell us all kinds of things. Sometimes we cannot get the van to start; sometimes no lights; no back up camera; doors don't shut and so on. No one has offered an apology; no one has offered to replace this van that I hate so much by now. I believe that the lemon law would apply in our case but I suppose that unless we initiate and hire a lawyer they do not have the kindness in them to do the right thing. Had them install a Bruno lift in the back of my truck for my mobility scooter. They were able to knock it out in one day and on budget. This was a used lift and most other shops wouldn't even touch the job but it's very evident they've been doing this for a long time. The install came out beautifully with minimum modifications to the truck. This is now my new scooter service / lift service repair facility.
