After I tried the new one out it did not fit my body. Footrest too low and arm rest not long enough. I looked at receipt and saw no refunds or exchanges which I wasn't told before ordered. Called the store to try to refund but they wouldn't accommodate. Poor communication Now I am stuck with a new $3000 chair I can't use.

I took a chance and drove to the business and I was greeted with a friendly smile (Karin). She told me that they primarily repair electric wheel chairs but she would take a look at my scooter. She saw the defeated look on my face and suggested that I drive around back and the tech (John) would take a look. After helping me unload it, he assured me that he could repair it. It was repaired before the end of business the same day. I was elated when I got the call and I was not charged for what they said was a minor repair.
