I came here to get a new CPAP about 10 days ago. On my first visit I dealt with Frank. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I didn't know I needed to have a prescription to purchase a CPAP so I had to leave that day. A few days later I got an appointment with a sleep dr and he provided me the rx. I called the store, but darn it they had just sold the last one of the Model I wanted. Since i was leaving town early next week and they weren't due to come in for a week or two, I purchased the machine elsewhere. But I did come back to the store for the mask and headgear. This time I dealt with David. Once again, I wasn't disappointed! David knew his stuff, was very kind and knowledgeable about the product. He didn't try to steer me toward the more expensive mask, in fact, I asked for the more expensive mask, and he pointed out another mask that was very similar, and cost $50 less. I liked both of them so much I bought one of each. This way I'll have an extra when one wears out, and won't need to get another prescription. These people are honest, very knowledgeable, and their masks are less than other stores. I truly trust them after my experience! Excellent place for your medical equipment! read more

My mother's electric wheelchair, purchased from the Mesa location, has had issues since the beginning of this year. At first the store was very responsive in addressing these issues. However, after replacing the batteries and other key components for the chair (all of which were costly to us) the issue has not been resolved. We have left numerous messages at the store over the last week for one of the technicians (Colton or Liam) to call us back and they have yet to call. I am giving their customer service a 1 rating due to this. read more

Went there for a walker for my Grandma. They had a very sizeable display for all sizes, heights and weights. We found an awesome mid level walker that folded quite easily and was very ergonomic. Price seemed quite reasonable also. The salesperson was also very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt without being pushy. Very nice experience. A word of caution. There is a seven day return policy they will not inform you of, but it is in fine print on the receipt. I purchased a pair of compression hose for my elderly mother on April 22, while visiting from out of town. She never wore them and they were priced at $79. After hearing through several other appointments, she was informed that they were not necessary. My next time in town, May 6, I returned them and was told they were not returnable after 7 days. They did agree to give me store credit, which has no value to me. Similar comression hose are available on Amazon for $20.89. read more

I cannot say enough about the customer service! I have had to make a lot of changes in my home to accommodate having my elderly mother live with us. Diane was extremely knowledgeable but more importantly understanding and compassionate. Did not try to sell me just anything, she asked questions and customized what I would need to ensure my mother's safety as well as mine. She made several suggestions and that I, nor the PT, had thought of. Definitely would and have, recommended to friends and family! Bought my apap here through Diane, who was very helpful and easy to work with. I also purchased two masks with the assurance that I would be able to exchange one of them within 30 days for for another style that may work better for me. Within the 30 day window I returned with one of the masks to exchange and Mike was at the front desk. The mask I needed was not in stock. Mike told me, with a less then enthusiastic attitude that he would exchange only if I brought in all of the original wrapping and that he would call me when the new mask arrived. I volunteered to leave my phone number. He said he didn't need it. All my info was in his computer. 4 months later...and way past the window of exchange....I bought the mask else where. In February we took our usually home-bound father-in-law to buy a mobility chair and a few other items he had needed for a while. We are from out of town and our father-in-law is in a different part of AZ. He happily purchased all the things he needed to the tune of a few thousand dollars. I added a backpack for his Inogen O2 that he had also purchased that day. The backpack was presented to us as the one that would fit his unit by their staff. As the winter kept him indoors, he did not have a chance to try it out until now. Unfortunately, the staff sold us the wrong one! He was so disappointed when he called us and told us his unit would not fit. We called and asked if they would exchange/return it on our next trip to see our father-in-law. They said "no" and to "just sell it." Customer service? Not! Be sure you watch the fine print. Only a 7 day return. So much for them knowing their own equipment. Feeling duped. read more

I have recently needed to purchase a walker for my mother-in-law and rent a hospital bed for a month to accommodate a visit by my mother. AZ MediQuip had an assortment of walkers in stock, but happily ordered one in a color not in stock. They also had the exact hospital bed to which my mother is accustomed and we arranged delivery, rental for a month, and pick up. An assortment of portable ramps, adaptions for toilets, and shower chairs were also in stock. It was truly a one stop shop for all my needs. Called about 25 minutes before their 2 p.m. closing time, was helped by a very friendly associate, Jessica, who said they indeed had the piece I needed. Arrived about 10 minutes till 2, tried out the cord and it worked with my machine. Both associates, Diane and Jessica, were very helpful and answered many questions about new CPAP machines on the market.
