If we'd come here first, we wouldn't have had to figure so much out on our own, been assured of purchasing quality products, and even found the items that would help him before we were at a point of needing them. It's too bad we made things harder on ourselves than they had to be, but as we browsed today, there are three items we think we're going to need shortly. Even if you and yours are in good health now, take ten minutes and browse the wide range of items just to become familiar, then you're confident and prepared if/when an injury or illness. I wish we had. Amazing staff as well!!

It was shown how it works but never tested in the store or on delivery. They made me wait purposely to find an additional lift to fit in the bathtub. They did not find anything after many days. When I attempted to return it, they refused. I ended up with a brand-new lift that I have no use for. (A set up, really). Be careful to make purchases there.

If you need a mobility van, this is your go to dealer…read more I was overwhelmed with everything going on in my life and facing the need to get a vehicle that could transport my guy to doctors offices and to physical therapy. I knew nothing about mobility vans or what my options were. After doing a little online research, I placed a call to AZ Mobility and spoke with a man named Scott. He was so patient and asked me all the right questions to help me understand what it was that I wanted and needed. Scott was super sensitive to my anguish and fear of the unknown. He took a lot of time explaining everything and matched me to a very affordable option that fit my budget. He even explained things I hadn't thought of, like how to get another key fob on eBay and having the auto dealer reprogram it. I went home a lot less stressed and confident that I found a company and a salesman who actually cared about me being a happy customer. They provided me with all the straps and restraints necessary and after a few weeks, I went back and they gave me a shoulder restraint to help my guy feel safer. They installed everything and didn't charge me anything extra. What a miracle! Thank you AZ Mobility and Scott for being there for people like me and others in need.
