Trouble is the installer did not know how to install the panel. A different company came today to install the panel. Trouble is they came with a dolly to remove the old dishwasher. THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THE PANEL EITHER. NOT TO MENTION NOBODY TOLD ME A 2ND COMPANY WOULD COME AND WHEN THEY WERE COMING. I CAN NOT OPEN MY NEW DISHWASHER WITHOUT THE PANEL WITH THE HANDLE! I was happy when I purchased my dishwasher, BUT it is no good without a competent installer. I had a third party inspect it and they indicated that it was installed incorrectly and that the installer failed to put down the required moisture barrier underneath it in addition to failing to appropriately secure the edges with the baseboards. I contacted this company in hopes that they would honor the installation warranty. they took one phone call, asked for pictures then never contacted me despite me emailing them twice and calling multiple times. Beware of cutting corners, improper install and then not honoring the warranty. Shame on Eastern Cabinet and Stone.

I initially contacted KIT cabinets while I was checking a few other vendors and collecting…read moreestimates. I first spoke to Jason, he was informative and answered my questions. Fast forward a few days, I called back bc I was ready to either come in or have someone come measure my kitchen. Mark answered and he seems to have very little knowledge about anything or possibly just poor customer service/communication skills. It was a Friday early afternoon and I asked what time they close and he said 4 or 5...so is it 4 or 5? "Well, we have an appointment at 4, but we technically close at 5". Through broken communication I understood I wouldnt be helped if I went in that day. I went ahead and agreed to schedule for Jason to come out to my home on Tuesday morning (since theyre closed on Mondays) at 10am. Tuesday morning comes and goes. Mark calls me Tuesday early afternoon to apologize that no one showed up that morning... I never got a call that morning from anyone! At this point I'm completely turned off and don't even care. Although KIT Cabinets beat anybody's price, I don't think they beat anybody's service.
