Prices are reasonable and while the staff is friendly and inviting, we have especially high praise for their Ops Manager "Oscar". We had an issue that initially was upsetting, but they, in particular Oscar, made things right. Our counters were installed during the summer of 2017. That was the final step in completely renovating our kitchen. When we discovered a massive crack in the counter, we called and spoke with the owner, who was quick to blame everyone else (e.g. fabricators, installers, etc) but said he would replace them as a 'courtesy'. What was a 'courtesy' has now turned into a nightmare. Not only were the markings on the new slab significantly different than the previous slab; they also included sparkle. The other two pieces of counter look awful next to this slab, but WE are to blame because we are disabled and could not travel to their facility. Even if we had traveled to the facility, it would have been impossible for us to make the comparison without seeing them side by side. To make matters worse, we were advised there was a problem with the fabricator after several calls and emails to the company. The backup company demolished our brand new faucet when they could not successfully remove it. The plumber who was sent in the next day claimed our pipes, that were replaced less than a year ago, were "compromised" and required replacement. Furthermore, we are now being accused of intentionally breaking the faucet. We have made every attempt to speak with the owner and/or authorized representative, but we are continuously advised "Isac no longer resides in the US and calling him in Brazil is not an option." UPDATE: The owner of the company reviewed our evidence and issued a check to cover the cost of a new faucet and installation. read more

I loved her smiling attitude and joyful demeanor. I was very happy with the overall customer service of everyone in the lobby area. The process was so easy, they have a big warehouse where you can explore and look at all the different slabs in person and make your selections. Just did a gut and remodel on my new home and this place was a lifesaver! This is a place where you can buy a whole slab. The pricing is unbelievably cheaper than buying the tiles or buying retail. As far as selection, wow, you have never seen this much granite in your life. Here's another tip, the sinks and fixtures are better than Home Depot or Lowe's and they are half - 75% of the price. Terrible service we spend 3 months looking at marble found what we wanted here gave them the deposits. They said they would hold product. Then we gave them the full amount 3 days later they called and said they sold the slab to someone else that needed it real bad. We designed out room around the marble and now we can find it anywhere else. We have an unfinished bathroom with out any marble to replace what they sold us.
