I had a third party inspect it and they indicated that it was installed incorrectly and that the installer failed to put down the required moisture barrier underneath it in addition to failing to appropriately secure the edges with the baseboards. I contacted this company in hopes that they would honor the installation warranty. they took one phone call, asked for pictures then never contacted me despite me emailing them twice and calling multiple times. Beware of cutting corners, improper install and then not honoring the warranty. Shame on Eastern Cabinet and Stone.

Their prices usually come close to (or sometimes beat) online prices while you can skip the shipping wait. You have that OEM part in hand when you need it (which is sometimes ASAP, to fix that fridge/freezer). I do recommend having the appliance model number (or ideally, your OEM part numbers) when you walk in or call. Even better, use their website and that number to check if they have that part in stock. (In my experience, their site has been reliably accurate on availability. I'm yet to have walked in and heard, "The system says we have it, but I can't find it.") Now don't walk in and expect a hand-holding, Repair Clinic like experience, where they tell you exactly what to do. With that said, the staff is polite - and if you're friendly, they offer good advice when needed. As a bonus in the Tempe store, they sell a small (but task-relevant) selection of tools. I've purchased a few of them there, and while they are not cheap, they are high quality, IMO. I still use them all and never regretted an impulse purchase. This was my first time at Van Marcke Plumbing Supply. My…read morereview of this plumbing supply store is based on me being old school and not interested in online ordering as much as others are. When I say old school the days of going to a hardware store or a specialty supply store are long gone. It seems that no matter what you need to fix something, in this case replace a simple aerator for a bathroom faucet. I never found the right part even after not finding the right part at another hardware store. So I had to think about how I was going to make the part I bought at Van Marcke work for me. So I took the inside aerator out of the new one and installed it on the older part and sure enough I managed to make it work and now I have a brand new running faucet and not because I bought the only aerator they could give me at Van Marcke. So in fairness to Van Marcke I am pretty sure they have other plumbing parts that are an exact replacement. I was slightly frustrated and I had to return the one I bought before at another hardware store only to be directed to Van Marcke. This store is kind of hidden and as you walk in you can't get out of the front door so I was instructed to go out the back door. The front door self locks and I guess it is so unwanted customers don't come in and walk out with something. The place is only plumbing supplies and the employees are helpful but not the type to be bothered with friendly customer chat. All business period. Would I return, not likely. I will have to learn to be more flexible as far as researching online for a specific part.
