Chris doesn't take any responsibilities for his poor customer services And he'll place his delinquent services on the customer and blame the customer for his failure's. I did some extensive research and found the bad reviews to be the same. Rudeness, Poor quality customer services, High deposits extremely long wait times, Super inflated repair cost. And many customers never received their items back. Chris will over inflate your repair cost charge you storage fees then keep your item for himself and re-sale your items in his own showroom. My research also revealed that Chris write's his own five star reviews. He will curse you when you complain and if you go into his shop after filing a complaint he will great you at the counter with a firearm. JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY CLEAR OF Chris. He thinks he's the only game in town, However I found other repair shops here in phoenix. After finding two other repair shops and mentioning BUzz Technical to both shops that i found they both had the same reaction when I mentioned Buzz Technical. One shop owner fell out laughing. That said a lot!!

I was looking for bathroom fixtures and needed to see samples in person. It is so much better than…read morelooking online. I like Kohler products and was happy to see there is a showroom in Scottsdale. It is in a funny location like the backside of a strip mall, but navigation got me there no problem. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Upon entering we were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted any water. They have so much took at from bathrooms to kitchens and even an indoor sauna but apparently this is the higher end of Kohler and the lines that have available here are different from what you might find at Home Depot, Lowes and Costco. There were so many great ideas and I love that they have the entire collections grouped together with the different bathroom fixtures and then little display areas throughout the store. Why is it that I am always gravitating towards the most expensive thing in the store? There were so many cool things like recessed body length medicine cabinets, a very cool customizable vanity, bidets (from standard to Cadillac!!) and then smart showers -- I mean if only!!! I do wish they had some color brochures to take home with you because it is so hard to see online, but I did appreciate that one I had the knowledge about the different collections and finishes I could go back home to the website and make more choices. Another area that was bit annoying is they had items that were discontinued still on display -- so you had to ask if the item was available still --- I guess twice a year they have a sale of these discontinued or floor models but he said it wasn't going to be happening for a while. The sales guy did mention that you get a better cost going directly through the showroom as opposed to ordering off the internet -- so I will be keeping that in mind. Overall I was happy with my experience and likely will be purchasing some French Gold fixtures.

We hired Luxury Bath/Home Concepts because my stepfather was coming home from stroke rehabilitation…read moreand would be on hospice. We urgently needed a shower that he could safely be wheeled into. We were told they could complete the work the following week, which was a major reason we agreed to move forward. Instead, it was approximately three weeks before they even showed up. We were told the installation would take one day. It took two. When they told us the shower was finished, we immediately noticed an approximately one-inch chip on the front right side. I pointed it out, and Jason responded, "That small thing?" He filled it with putty, but the repair is very noticeable. The much bigger problem was that water poured out onto the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. There was no adequate barrier to keep the water inside the shower. After several calls, they agreed to come back and try to fix it. Jason installed a piece of rubber, but it did not solve the problem. We discussed installing a more substantial piece of material, approximately six inches tall or at least halfway up, to actually contain the water. That was never done. The bathroom floor continues to flood every time the shower is used. There were also repeated communication problems. We were given one set of expectations by the salesperson, but the result was different. We were told that delays were related to employees not communicating with each other, including communication between the warehouse manager and the installer about when parts arrived. We later learned that this work might have been available at no cost through the Veterans program, but approval would have taken approximately three to six months. Unfortunately, we did not have that much time because my stepfather was coming home for hospice care. Within a week, the new shower handle also broke off when the shower-head cord caught around it while I was trying to rinse soap from my eyes. To their credit, they did replace that part promptly. The most heartbreaking part is that this shower was purchased specifically because my stepfather was coming home from rehab for hospice care. After all the delays and problems, when they finally considered the job "finished," he passed away less than a week later. He never had the opportunity to use the shower that we had urgently arranged for him. We started this process believing that this company understood how important the situation was. Unfortunately, the experience was very different from what we were promised. We are still left with a shower that leaks water onto the bathroom floor every day and a repair that was never properly completed. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company--especially anyone purchasing a shower for an elderly, disabled, or medically fragile family member--to ask very specific questions about water containment, installation timelines, exactly what will be done before signing a contract, and whether any Veterans program assistance is available if they have enough time to wait for approval.
