Great job on our shower pan replacement. We got several estimates, and no one wanted to touch our shower pan replacement without redoing the entire shower. I had Granite Transformations come out for an estimate, and they gave me several options. Their tile and mud guy, Luis, replaced a row of travertine and hand formed the pan base with concrete and block. Truly a Craftsman. Tyler, their installer, installed the finish with close attention to detail. He removed the glass surround without breaking any glass, even though the estimator said the glass usually can't be salvaged. Tyler worked non-stop 3 days in a row, completing the job on time, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Both of the installers are skilked craftsmen who care about their customers and the finished product. Scheduling the job was not quite as smooth as the installation, but not too bad. It took several calls to get an install date. The scheduler said the job would be done in 3 days but took 3 days. The installers knew the job was going to take 3 days. Luckily, I was able to be home all 3 days. Considering how hard it is to find people to do quality work, I consider the overall experience excellent. read more

We were shopping for new counters for our kitchen at Lowe's in Mesa. The saleswoman was very helpful with suggestions. Got a flyer for GRANITE TRANSFORMATIONS. Leah came to our home, showed us samples, and said we would get a new sink free with the purchase. Only problem there was that we live in a senior park model trailer where everything is on the small side. When Andy came to install, he showed us the sink when he was dry fitting it. Huge! But we went ahead with it and Andy was great at making it work. He was very personable and worked very hard . Love the new kitchen! read more

We started the process of updating our kitchen back in February 2022. Sean came out and signed us up and we paid half of the money upfront. It took them months to come and measure our kitchen for countertop and backsplash. Then it was another month or two before they got the product and sent two guys out to install it. The backsplash was not cut properly and there was not enough product to finish the job so we were left with The backsplash done very poorly with many gaps and problems. The countertop went on and where they put it together it was very obvious instead of being a very smooth transition that you could barely see. They also cracked the countertop as they were installing it and today it still remains cracked. I have had a couple of supervisors come out and look at the process take pictures agree with us that it is poorly done and needs to be redone. Then when I tried calling back there was never a return call. When I finally do reach someone they informed me that that person had quit. The last person I dealt with was Dan Robinette who came out to pictures agreed with me that everything needed to be taken out and replaced and then never called me back. I called the office today and talked to Jasmine and she informed me that Dan Robinette had quit. She took my information and promised to turn it over to the next person in the office who will call me within 24 to 48 hours and let me know what the next step is. Frankly I don't wanna next step I want to cancel the contract and I want my money back. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not respond to phone calls or two emails. I certainly hope I get a call back within 24 to 48 hours and also receive my check and the canceled contract. I will then have to turn around and hire someone else to redo this job that has now dragon for six months. I am very disappointed in this company I am extremely frustrated by their lack of communication and response. read more

Doing business with Granite Transformations was a mixed bag for us. The sales process was terrific. The installation process was professional and done very fast. Dealing with some of the rest of it left us feeling that the business is not well run. Doing the template was last minute postponed for a week. They tried to do the same with the installation but we seriously objected. Three times we asked for a sample of the quartz we had chosen so we could work on some coordinating decor issues. We never received a sample. Whoever actually runs this business seems to be over their head. If you have patience and don't mind being ignored between the sale and the installation you will be happy with the end product. read more

Zero stars actually. I wouldn't never recommend this company to anyone I know. Communication is key, and this company it's very poor when it comes to that. Oh but the communication was on point when selling product, when it was time to apply and sign. But everything after that was horrible. I had to reach out to get exact dates on when measurements and instal would happen. The day measurements were suppose to happen, I hear from no one. No one reached out to confirm our appointment. And no one showed up. UNTIL well after my appointment time, and unfortunately the measurements had to be rescheduled for the following day. Very disappointing, especially since I took time off work for this appointment. THEN, when it's time to do the actual install, or course, I hear from no one. Ive reached out to customer service multiple times, and I get a different story every time. Now I'm waiting on a manager to call back. That was over and hr ago and he was suppose to be calling 10 mins after I spoke with customer service. Again, I took another day off work for this. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We are in Week 8 of a job that was promised (in writing) to be completed in 6-8 weeks. When our sales rep texted to tell us he was no longer with the company, and we had to initiate a call to the company to ensure our order had been placed, we were told the timeline was not realistic. Funny because it is on the sales order that Granite Transformations used to cash our check. We have been shuffled from one person to the next & we have had to make every outgoing call to get updates. The job has been measured by 3 people & as of today we are still not even in production after being told we were a month ago...then told they were checking the warehouse & now we are back to measuring. We are now on the 5th person who has said they will have an "update tomorrow" and nothing. When I sent a text to all that have been involved in the process, not one of whom has done what they said they would, I was told that everyone was going to be removed from the thread as that could "create confusion"...confusion? Or accountability? NOT ONE PERSON we have spoken to has did what THEY committed to do. I will never use this company again. I will tell everyone I know not to use them & I will let every internet rating system know how what a horrific experience this has been. read more

There was a miscommunication about what plumbing services were need after the countertop was installed. But Roy personally took responsibility and made sure things were taken care of. From the minute you place that first call to the day of the install, these guys are great to work with. I actually submitted an inquiry online and received a call within a few minutes. They scheduled a free, no obligation consultation and quote in my house. They brought out all the samples, colors, styles etc so I could see and touch the product myself. They provided me with the quote instantly. I had obtained quotes from other granite installers, but decided to go with Granite Transformations for several reasons. 1. I was impressed with the quality and durability of the granite as well as their warranty. 2. I was happy to hear that I did not need to have my house torn apart for days to get the job done. 3. The price was comparable to other granite but I was getting a recycled product that was even more durable. I am all about green and recycling so that was great. The day of the install was flawless. They showed up on time and completed the entire job, kitchen and 2 bathrooms in 5 hours. YES, I said it took only 5 hours to transform my house from blah to fabulous. I cannot say enough about how easy this was and I LOVE it. People do not know its not slab granite and as far as I'm concerned slab granite is not as easy to care for, overpriced and overrated. I invited several countertop companies to show me their product and give me a written estimate for the replacement of my countertops. In 2 instances I did not even receive a return call, in two instances a written contract was never offered.... The thought of ripping out my existing counter top and the mess that this would create was also a consideration. Love the granite countertops, but disappointed with the cabinet doors on my bathroom vanity. One door was installed upside down, and although promised to rectify the situation by two members of the company, nothing ever happened. The other problem is that I've had to fix the two bottom hinges and they are still not right. I'd go with the countertops, but get someone else for cabinets. read more

While the salesman, Todd and the owner, Roy were very accommodating, the installers, John and Brian were the worst sub-contractors I have ever seen in more than 40 years of home ownership. I went through repairs after a fire with less hassle than we experienced with these installers. The product quality far outshines the installers. I am happy to say that Roy and Todd did not allow the installers to get away with shoddy work, but without my husband's knowledge we would have ended up with a very poor outcome. We recently contracted with Granite Transformations to re-face the cabinets in three bathrooms and a hallway in our home. The existing cabinets were 30+ years old and were originals in the house. Additionally, we had a new countertop (overlay), an under-mount sink, and a new faucet installed in one of the bathrooms, plus we had a new tabletop overlaid on our kitchen table. Both the new bathroom countertop and the new kitchen tabletop are the recycled glass products that Granite Transformations offers. Everything turned out great, and the entire experience was fantastic. We began the process by driving over to the Tempe store and talking with Roy and his assistant and looking through samples and displays at the store. When we made the decision to go ahead, they were very accommodating because after we set up an install date, we had an out-of-state family emergency and had to put the work on hold for a couple of weeks minimum. When we got back to town, we called and rescheduled the install date for April 27-28, 2015. John and Brian were our installers. They were very professional throughout and did a fantastic job. In addition, Granite Transformations said we could use our own plumber for the bathroom faucet installation - or we could use their plumber. We don't have a plumber, so we used theirs who happened to be a Master Plumber (Norman) from Desert Vista Plumbing. Again, a fantastic job.
