MFF put in two laminated kitchen counters in our HOA clubhouse- after 6 months we had problems with it. We went back to MFF and after meeting with the staff- they came out and reviewed the situation. The bottome line was that they replaced the laminate with a solid surface instead and it is beautiful. We appreciate that they listened and provided excellent service for us. They provided top notch service for me personally when we replaced our Master Bath- so it was good to see that on a commercial project- they did the same for our HOA. Once you finally get someone's attention then send from warehouse to warehouse until you figure out for yourself where your stuff is. Run...run from this countertop company. They are a nightmare to deal with and I have been living it. I hired them in August of 2017 for formica countertops in my standard subdivision kitchen. Nothing extraordinary just an upgrade. First, it took them 7 weeks, I was originally promised 3 weeks but "something, something, something" happened in the warehouse. So, a little bait and switch but I figured I could get over it. Then the install. They broke the countertops while installing them. They would not return to repair them, instead they sent me to collections for the balance that was owed. It took them over 8 months to repair my countertops. It is now April of 2018 and I'm finally getting a repair. Do not do this to yourself, heed my warning RUN from Mesa Fully Formed. Go anywhere but here! read more

When you need any type of counters - marble, granite, man-made, etc, this is the place to go. I originally was referred to Mesa Fully Formed because I was going to use a Cambria product. I was helped by Stefany. She is a gem. I ended up going with a granite slab they had in their yard for my kitchen, and a marble from Arizona Tile for the bathrooms and laundry room. Working with someone like me can be exasperating for some people. I had a really hard time making up my mind regarding which surface to use, and Stefany had so much patience with me. Unfortunately, there were delays because when the cabinets were installed, something was off and we had a bay window that wasn't standard height (old house). Again, Stefany came to the rescue and handled every little detail. I would highly recommend using Mesa Fully Formed. Not only do they have great prices, but they have excellent customer service. read more

This company is absolutely atrocious. They were contracted by my builder to do all the counters in my house. They installed all of them incorrectly. Before we even moved in they didn't seal the counter top correctly in the kitchen, and they had to come out and redo their work. Now 5 months later the counter in the bathroom is warped and pulling apart, due to their faulty install which was allowing water into the seams whenever we used the sink. They are now not warranting their faulty work because I quote "You can't get your bathroom counter top wet or it could do this." So I'm being told by this company that makes bathroom counters, that you can't get them wet? This house is less then 5 months old. And to say you can't get a bathroom counter wet is completely ignorant. read more

DONT USE! This company is part of a insurance claim from a flood. They replaced the shower walls with cultured marble. One wall is not straight and it throws off the shower doors. They wont even come out to look at it. I have had other contractor come out and verify that this. They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND QUALITY OF WORK IS NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR. I got 6 bids for my quartz composite kitchen countertop, and Mesa Fully Formed was the lowest bid by $300 and was lower than the highest bid by $1,700. Their bid included my choice of 5 different edges, 4 of which some other bids were going to charge extra for. I was a little suspicious just because they were the lowest bid and I couldn't find any reviews, so I verified their contractor license and bond, asked a lot of questions and did two site visits. The sales guy, Mike, (who was great to work with by the way and actually a lot of fun to talk to) happily answered my endless questions. He also said they'd have no problem with me picking out my own slabs at the distributor and checking the slabs again when they arrived at Mesa Fully Formed to give input on any ugly areas I want them to try to hide in the fabrication process. Within a couple days of my initial call, a very professional guy who was clearly well seasoned in this industry, came by to take precise measurements. The bid arrived within a few days of that. I liked that they took their own measurements before giving me a quote, because one of my other bids gave me a quote based on measurements they instructed me how to do over the phone which had me worried about a price change once they got the correct measurements. When I stopped in to pay the 50% deposit which officially started the ball rolling on the job, I was pleasantly surprised to see this is a pretty big, professional looking operation with lots of employees, a full-fledged and nice looking lobby, offices, a pretty big warehouse. I didn't see their fabrication equipment, but what I did see helped to alleviate some fear of my lowest bid coming from a fly by night business. They fulfilled my special requests, though doing so did push back the install date they quoted by 3 days, but it was worth it in the end. I got a tiny bit of pushback on my requests from the guy in charge of scheduling installations. In looking at my installed countertop, there's no way to know for sure whether they actually did anything about the slab issues I had pointed out, and there is some resin pooling front and center visible...BUT the counter as installed looks absolutely gorgeous - even the small resin pooling is gorgeous - and I think now I was being way too nit-picky about some of the issues I saw before. The installers showed up on time, politely but firmly took charge of our home which had other trades working there and a few cars in their way - and just did what needed to be done to get the job done correctly. Very professional. They asked me where I wanted the parts of my 3-piece faucet mounted and told me where the parts usually go. They already had the sink cutout done before arrival based on me telling Mike the mfr and model, and they did the cooktop cutout onsite using the actual cooktop and had no problem when I asked to keep the piece that was cut out. They installed the undermount sink and placed it perfectly. The countertop required a seam, which they had placed in an out of the way corner and put together so well that you really need to look for it to see it. When done, the installers asked me to inspect, warned me to tell the other contractors not to bump into it that day until everything set, told me how to care for the counters and left a couple of razors to scrape off any adhesive residue they might have missed...I never found any. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mesa Fully Formed for quartz composite counters. Suggestion - decide what product/color you want before moving forward with the job, pay the deposit and balance within a day of invoice, make friends with the slab distributor (WilsonArt in my case) so you can get one without defects; and don't make any changes to your choice, the fabrication/install process you've asked for or your schedule once they're set. Mesa Fully Formed gave me an expertly fabricated and installed countertop at the lowest price I could find around. read more

After getting 3 bids for granite tops for our newly remodeled kitchen we decided to go with MFF because the price was right. The selection was just ok due to not having any granite samples to view. You have to schedule an appt and you have to already know what slab/slabs you want to view or you're out of luck due to installers being out on jobs or have gone home for the day. I guess they don't have a person/persons at the design shop to pull out slabs. This is very inconvenient. The "showroom" is not any help either. It's very small and is not what you would expect when you are about to shell out thousands of dollars so you better know what you're wanting before hand. I would suggest going to Arizona Tile first and take a look at the granite there.take a list of granite names that MFF carries in their warehouse. i took a cabinet door with the new colors I had painted and an extra floor tile and was able to get a sense of the flow I was going for. Then I called Stefanie at MFF and told her what I wanted. My experience with Stefanie was NOT that great. She was bad about returning calls and checking her messages. Emails were answered but I prefer actual phone contact since I can't be checking emails every 10mins. The guys who did the install, Brian C. and Kenny were GREAT, fast, polite and very professional. They are the only reason I'm giving this a 3 star review although they deserve 5 stars. read more

My quest for a 60" x 36" marble top led me to Mesa Fully Formed. I never would have found it on my own. Anthony helped me and I am so happy with the product and service I received! I am not a designer or contractor and was not going to spend thousands of dollars on a remodel. Anthony treated me as if I were a huge account. He spent a long time explaining all the details of the products, had staff pull out 3 slabs and line them up and was extremely patient with all my questions. I selected a gorgeous Carrera marble slab. They cut it perfectly, sealed and polished it. It fit perfectly on a stainless, Parson's style base. My wife and I had a terrible experience today, April 15th,2020. At Mesa Fully formed off baseline rd. My wife had called in the day prior to schedule an appointment to look at some options for getting new countertops. She was told that an appointment was not needed, that it was first come first serve. We showed up, and almost instantly, felt as though they did not want us there. In particular, the "production manager", who wouldn't give us his name, said he was concerned because we had kids in a stroller with us. Bringing my kids is my purgative, not his. Furthermore, if I touch something, or my kids touch something, guess what? It still has to be wiped down either way. He was very rude to my wife, and wanted to argue with her about his concern for MY KIDS. When I told him he would be losing our business (estimated to be about 8k), he said, "we'll be just fine without it". He even brought the store manager into the mess, but she refused to say much. Well, if that's the case, I'm willing to bet they will be fine with me posting this review then. I also happen to be a senior project manager for a commercial contractor Mesa, who USE to refer business to MFF, but that will be changing after today. If you are afraid of kids touching stuff in your showroom, then you probably shouldn't have your showroom open. Hence, why we called to make an appointment in the first place! I'd recommend a place that values customer service and is friendly...you won't find that here. read more

I cant say enough amazing things about MFF. We decided to put granite in our 4 bathrooms and our kitchen island. We were ref. to MFF by a contractor who told us that they were the best and not to look anywhere else. He was right. Our sales person, Stefany Phillips, was professional, patient, and responsive with all of my emails/questions. The price was fair and they even had the bathroom granite that we had chosen at AZ tile in stock at their facility, so that saved us a bit. The guy who came to measure was extremely nice, efficient, and professional. Our install date was made quickly and the team who came to install were fantastic. Mark and Caesar were clearly experienced and the finished product was perfect. My husband is an engineer and even he had to agree at the end that things were precise and he couldn't come up with any flaws. I would highly recommend this company for any granite needs. When you have great customer service from sales to install, that speaks volumes. I love my new bathrooms and kitchen!!!! read more

The price was right but the job was crap! They laid beautiful granite in my brand-new kitchen and it looked gorgeous! Until we realized that they left a 3 1/2 inch wide by 4 foot strip of granite missing behind the sink in front of the kitchen window. They knew it looked like crap and nobody said a word about it! Also on the ends of the cabinet the granite doesn't cover the trim pieces. It should hang over the edge of the cabinet but it doesn't. It looks like garbage and when we tried to have them come out to fix it they told us that's what we asked for really? Do not use this place! The opening for the stove is wider than standard so everything drops between the cabinets and stove. When we talked to Amber at Mesa fully formed about the issues, she asked us why we didn't Yellit her installers. Why would we do that? It's not their fault! We took it back to the source. They fix the trim piece behind the sink in front of the window but never said another word about the trim pieces on the cabinets. It looks horrible! read more
