I put tile everywhere, all the flooring, the showers - it is just beautiful. He said his guy is an artist and I believe him. I understood that the products were delayed however, they are not remotely helpful when you speak to them. They frequently state that they are going to call you back however, they never do. In addition, when they did advise me that products were available and sent me to the fulfillment center, the fulfillment center didn't have the items readily available for pick up and would subsequently place the blame on the store for not sending them notice of pickup. As a result, we would be delayed at pick up or unable to pick up the item that day. I ordered one bathroom for our home from this location and, I am so happy that I chose to order the remainder of the home from Build.com. I have everything from Build.com however, I am STILL waiting for the tub filler that I ordered in February. No return phone call as promised.

He consistently checked in during installation to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I was happy with the progress. His manager, Manny was also very helpful. Both were very knowledgeable, patient and made recommendations when asked. Next came demolition, two men were able to demo the old kitchen in 3 hrs. Third, was the delivery of the new cabinets. Again, 2 men brought the new cabinets, unboxed them and placed them in my kitchen. One of the men's name was Micah ,but unfortunately, I don't remember the other gentleman's name. Now came the installation of the new cabinets which was done by Jerry B. I cannot He did a fantastic job, asked for my input and was very professional. Next came the quartz countertop measurements. This trades man, took his time and created a template of the countertop to be. This is where my project stands right now as I wait for the countertops to be cut and installed. All of the aforementioned jobs were completed in one week. All trades men arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up before leaving. But most importantly, all the men who entered my house were trustworthy and took care of my home. Thank you Diamond Kitchen and Bath! I'll try to follow up when the project is complete.
