Four Peaks Remodeling may be a new company, but owners Paul N. and Matthew T. bring over 30 years of experience in residential construction, design, and development. We started Four Peaks to not only deliver quality remodels, but to change the customer experience. Too often, remodeling lacks communication and consistency—that’s where we’re different. From design to finish, we keep clients informed, set clear expectations, maintain clean job sites, and make the process smooth and stress-free. As a small family business, our reputation means everything. We take pride not only in the work we do, but in the honesty, integrity, and personal care we bring to every project. Meet the Business Owner: Paul N.
From a young age, I spent countless hours with my grandfather, the hardest working man I knew. He ran his own business and built everything on three non-negotiable values: Integrity, Honesty, and Communication. These principles became the foundation of my career and helped me grow my first successful out-of-state construction firm.
As a General Contractor, my natural strengths were in the finish trades, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels and additions. Over time, my skills expanded to cover all aspects of residential building and development.
After working in different markets, I’ve noticed that the East Valley can sometimes feel like the Wild West when it comes to contractor experiences. My goal is to set a higher standard—bringing clear expectations, transparent communication, and the same integrity and honesty my grandfather lived by to every project in the Valley.
