They were flexible with us on timing that worked for both parties and were super thorough on communicating what was happening daily. They ended each day with photos of progress made and an update on what would be happening the next day, timing for those coming to the house, etc. They worked with us on our more unique asks (installing super old antique doors) as well as guided and advised us on bigger decisions (removing walls, where to put build-ins in our mudroom, how to best configure our new closet). Crazy enough, we finished on time - actually a couple of weeks early. They've been back a couple of times since just to help with small things we ended up wanting revised or that we messed up (like my husband backing into our new stucco....). I waited a couple of months to write this as I wanted to give myself time to see how the…read moreinstallation looked after a while and to see if any issues came up. It looks great and there are no issues! I had vinyl plank installed through most of the home and carpet in the bedroom. I also had new 4" baseboards installed. The work and the results were excellent! They stuck to their timeline and budget. When they found an issue with one of my toilet flanges they brought it to my attention and we agreed on a repair for a modest additional charge. The final work was reviewed by the owner on his walk through. He found a few things for his team to address and they took care of it. I've had a lot of compliments on the new flooring. The prices were good too. The price was similar to (a bit less than) a national chain competitor, but Walk On Me's bid included the new baseboards throughout vs. the competition only wanting to put quarter-round down with the vinyl plank. I got a much better deal here.
