From the first call to set up service Sunland Home care has provided nothing but top notch service…read more Set up caregivers for my mom as post hospital care and the service and staff were amazing. Met with the owner Traci, and it seems great service trickles down. They were able to start service at the last minute and were extremely accommodating. Traci was also helpful with referring various other services for my aging parents such as maid service and medication management. While we will continue to use their service going forward, I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend them to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and call Sunland first, I promise you will save yourself a lot of time and aggravation.

Sunland hires quality caregivers and will personally match your situation to a caregiver who can be caring and effective. They take the time to get to know their clients and follow through until caregiver and family are content. If there's a problem, someone from Sunland picks up the phone and immediately helps. Their billing system is clear and organized. Their caregivers are caring and trained, and managers, like Jerry, are in touch with the day to day running of the business and will know your name. I wouldn't hesitate to sign up with Sunland if someone in your family (or you) needs home health support.

My in-laws both had Parkinson's and they fortunately had a very good policy but it feels overwhelming to navigate it on your own. She was instrumental in making sure things got processed correctly and without a hitch.

Since we started in October, my father, who lives with dementia and aphasia, has had eleven different caregivers: Mel, Mary, Nabila, Jackie, Martin, Rosie, Autumn, Kathy, Andrea, Stacey, and Sharon. This constant rotation is especially confusing for someone with dementia, and I've had to personally meet with each new caregiver to explain how to communicate with him and what activities he enjoys. Over the course of ten months, some caregivers were kind, while others were outright unkind. I saw no real signs of specialized dementia training. Often, during the three-hour visits we paid for, they would simply let him sleep rather than engaging him in meaningful activities. UPDATE: My father went into the hospital and I texted Amanda at 5:10pm to let them know he needs services canceled for SUNDAY. Because it was 10 minutes after hours they still charged him $120 for the day. I'm done

Dental Brothers - After years of persuasion, finally purchased a water pick. Amazed how many particles of food left in my mouth after usage.

I recently moved to Arizona and I am petrified of the dentist but I needed a cleaning. I received a…read moreflier for $25 for a New Patient visit at the Dental Brothers so I gave it a shot. When I went into the office I was pleasantly surprised, it was very nice, clean and spacious. I was greeted by Beverly who was so warm and sweet, first she showed me around the office, took my X-rays and went over my medical history. When it came time to clean my teeth I got a little nervous and I told her about it, she was very calming. As she proceeded to clean my teeth I became more relaxed, she was very gentle but also not too gentle where she didn't clean, she was absolutely amazing. One of the brothers came in to check in and look at my teeth, he was a handsome, nice young man. My teeth felt so good when everything was done, $25 later. They really took care of me and I am so happy I found them. I do recommend them 100% and not to mention they give you a nice goody bag! =) I made my next appointment with Beverly and I'm actually not nervous to go back

I love Dental Brothers! I started coming here a few years ago after seeing they specialize in…read morestress-free dentistry and offer sedation options. I knew at the time I needed the early gum disease type of cleaning which is a bit lengthy and a little uncomfortable. On my first visit I was impressed with the soothing atmosphere of the office and the level of customer service from start to finish. The hygienists are very kind and it seems like they all have worked there a long time. There are blankets and other comfort items available, and they can play movies or nature documentaries on the screen over your head for a distraction. I did have the more in-depth cleaning and opted for nitrous. Both during this cleaning and every exam and cleaning, the hygienists have been careful to ensure you're comfortable and they don't hurt you. And with regular care (just 2x a year) at Dental Brothers, I no longer need the special gum cleaning! I've seen the same dental brother - Dr. Dan I think - each time (ie the actual dentist, and yes, they are really brothers) and he's always been nice and not pushy about anything. On the logistics side, it's got plenty of parking which is nice.
