The last time I went in I asked to see a female doctor (just my preference) and was coming in for a referral to a specialist because I have many chronic illnesses. I was very dissapointed when they sent a male doctor in and not only that this doctor was loud and abrasive and never asked about my previous health history and conditions. He also started immediately questioning me about the medications I was on. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Kurt Bockoven. I would not recommend at all!

Dr. Hatfield did a full knee replacement on me a few years back and he was fantastic. I loved that he was honest and upfront about what to expect--so many doctors sugar coat things (i.e. severe pain is not the same thing as "discomfort"). I healed up beautifully and went on my merry way. Now that my other knee is acting up, I'm back. I have full faith in Dr Hatfield's advice and care. He is not the doctor who insists you have a consultation first then sends you for X-rays then had you come back again for treatment. He had me get X-rays first then come in one time. He looked at them, diagnosed, and gave me my cortisone shot all in one quick visit. No nonsense! His staff is also very kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

Amazing group of professionals First, the initial consultation/assessment is extremely well done- Doug had prepared for my first appointment by knowing my current situation, had reviewed my xray and images ahead of time and got right to the assessment. Doug's in-depth knowledge of how to treat my joints, muscles, tissue and major spinal hardware and the interconnections with my knees, hips and back following my recent back surgery was impressive to say the least. He comes up with a personalized action plan and we jump right in and get to work. The staff was/is amazing - showing how to do exercises, walking me through the ways to protect my current physical limitations while also motivating me to feel my body 's reactions to the exercises. The variety of treatments (love the warming up with heat blankets/pads!), needling, compresses, stretches and exercises shows that this is not your typical Physical Therapy Clinic! Office Staff, Therapist staff, Doug -- all an extraordinary group of professionals working together to get my aches and pains on the way to recovery. Afterward, my insurance paid $23. Then the clinic billed me $800. When I went back to ask them to honor what I was told--or at least work with me on price given their guidance--they refused. I asked about a self-pay option; they said no because my insurance had already paid $23. No flexibility, no ownership, no accountability. From my perspective, this is the definition of a bait-and-switch: reassure the patient about coverage to green-light the visit, deliver a token insurance payment, then dump the real cost on the patient and refuse to make it right. I left feeling misled and out hundreds of dollars for a "test" they weren't confident would help in the first place. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice to anyone. If you do go, get every "coverage" assurance in writing, ask for CPT codes up front, and verify directly with your insurer--because the verbal promises I received were worthless. I won't be back.

While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

They even delivered to my house, a pneumatic cryo shoulder brace, because they thought it would help with my pain and recovery. Tecson went into a personal medical leave, her office joined Hatfield and I've been seeing Michael NP 2x now - for annual check up and for covid. I'm very glad that the transition was smooth and the staff at Hatfield were just as friendly and attentive. Michael was amazing the 2x I'm interacted with him. In dr. Tecson and now Hatfield group, they partnered with Labcorp and has an on-site staff for blood test. Now, that staff is AMAZING too. Desiree is great with blood drawn. All in all, I absolutely recommend this practitioner!!
