Had a great experience with Dr. Tyson Adair. I had never been to a chiropractor before but was glad I went. He was able to do an adjustment into neck and upper back to relieve some nerve pressure I was feeling. My neck and upper back feel much better now. I scheduled a follow up visit for an additional adjustment and there was no pressure to book additional visits afterwards. He listened, was very knowledgeable and helped me out! I continue to wonder how businesses operate when they are so unorganized they cannot get their scheduling of appts done correctly. I do believe the treatment is good at this facility, but their scheduling is pathetic. Three times I have gone in for a scheduled appt in the last 18 months and I've shown up and once they didn't have me down at all, another time they had me for just an adjustment when I had scheduled a massage with it immediately afterwards, and today I had made an appt for an 8:15 adjustment and 8:30 massage, and they had the audacity to tell me my massage was moved to this afternoon but he could see me still me for an adjustment and I could come back later for my massage. I told them of how this has happened 3 times and they had no empathy, no apology and no solution and no initiative to try to make me their customer and their patient, made whole to reschedule or offer a resolution. I walked out as I did not want to make a scene, and will never to be able to go back again, and they are always so unorganized when I call to schedule, as if it takes an act of congress to make an appt and when they do its wrong half the time. They have to operate with schedules and I do as well. I was looking forward to my adjustment and massage and could not go back in the afternoon as they had told me I needed to as my appt was changed as I have a life with appts all day. I also when I work I work 14 hour days for 5-7 days in a row, so when I schedule with you its valuable time of mine I am putting into your trust to honor the time I'VE scheduled with you and are going to pay you as well. Its just not a well run facility with their scheduling department. My time is valuable and it bothers me when someone just doesn't seem to care about that. Best chiropractor ever! After having my baby in 2022, I had a lot of back pain. Within a few months I was feeling much better and soon was able to play in the ground with my baby. If I could give zero stars, I would. They refused to see my daughter because I didn't fill out the paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, even though I received NO notification that that was their policy. We were early for our appointment so that I could fill out the paperwork in office. Nope. They refused to see her. If this is the policy, 1) INFORM YOUR CLIENTS and 2) GIVE THEM NOTICE THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. I received a text EVEN THIS MORNING before the appointment to remind me of my appointment. NOTHING about "well, you didn't fill out the paperwork, so we'll have to reschedule." ZERO STARS. Can't comment on care, will be finding a different chiro with clearly outlined policies. read more

I was highly referred to Dr Adair by a friend. I can agree that he and his staff are awesome. I was in some pretty bad pain from only God knows what. I had my first visit with this doctor a little over a week ago. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly locate the trouble areas in my neck, shoulder, and back. He was very general with my shoulder area due to an injury I have. After some manual adjustments I was taken to another room and received a good 15 minutes or so of electronic wave therapy for my strained muscles. At the end of the appointment he was very understanding of my schedule and that I couldn't come back within the next week, but I wish I could have! Can't wait to go back. I started seeing Dr. Adair a couple years ago for a pinched nerve in my back that was causing extreme pain and discomfort. After instant relief the first session and long term relief after a few more he became my go to chiro. Recently I had been having pain in my shoulders and elbows, I've had cortisone shots that stopped working and i really felt like orthopedic surgeon was the next step. Honestly, not everyone has a ton of money to throw out for Dr visit, mri, xrays, surgery and ect especially for both shoulders and both elbows being in extreme pain. I saw Dr Adair and the request was simply, to manage the pain while i saved to get my shoulders/ elbows looked at and potentially have surgery on my nerves. My first visit for my shoulders/elbows was exactly 2 weeks ago from today, and im thankful i saw him before walking into a ortho office. Within these 2 weeks with grafting/scalping/scraping (dont remember the exact name) my arms feel amazing... They no longer fall asleep, no throbbing/shooting pain. I work out several times a week and work in a field where i depend on my body to function 100%, and im getting back to 100 quickly. He has really saved me what could have been thousands in medical bills/ rehab, and months maybe years of recovery.
