My grandmother is in town and we are renting a walker from this business. My mother was able to call and get a walker rented in advance for me to pick up ready for my grandmother's arrival. Easy process and the store associates were helpful. They have a wide range of items to rent and I am amazed how I stumbled upon this gem. Rented the walker for $35/week. My daughter needed a specific athletic ankle brace & we were worried they wouldn't have a small enough size in stock but they had XXS to XL!! Also needed sports compression socks and they had both black & white in stock in her size. Esparanza was super helpful, set it up for my FSA card to work & genuinely concerned to get us what we needed quickly so we could get my daughter to morning soccer practice. Bought a Buzz Around scooter a few months ago. Scooter works good, as advertised. We bought this scooter for its light travel weight, and it serviced us well on a trip in July. Butt....the first airline trip, one of the two little plastic wheels that you pull out to raise the seat fell off. This part is very flimsy and engineered poorly. that cause the spring loaded latch to fall out. We called the Mediquip store in Scottsdale to ask if the manufacturer could mail us a replacement part (about the size of a quarter). they said the manufacturer must send a whole new seat part and that was not warranted. After "pushing back", the mfg finally agreed to send a whole new seat. That took almost two months. Beware that the manufacturer is NOT concerned about its flimsy parts, will not help the dealers, and may NOT honor its warranty. If this is important to you, don't buy a Golden product. read more

We were in the process of moving my mom to CA when an issue occurred with her CPAP. (The air was blowing cold.) We took it to her regular shop in NM before we left and she was told that she needed a new machine. However, there was a wait list for CPAPs due to a shortage caused by a recall. Since we were passing through AZ, we called around to many stores and found AZ MediQuip had a machine available. Rather than just selling us the machine she had available, Lori helped us to troubleshoot the one we had and found the solution was a $60 hose! LORI is an ABSOLUTE ANGEL! She really cares for her customers and we are so very GRATEFUL! I wish we lived in AZ so that AZ MediQuip could be our new medical supply store. I highly recommend this store for the BEST customer service and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. Shopping for medical supplies can be a bit stressful but Lori made it a wonderful experience. I tried going through my insurance to purchase a power wheelchair - it was an endless bureaucracy & not worth the effort. That's when I found AZ MediQuip; the customer service was excellent. They accidentally delivered the wrong chair but replaced it with the correct & new model several days later. I was able to rent it for 1 month to make sure it was right for me. The price for purchase was competitive but slightly higher than other companies. The customer service made up for the cost difference. just to let you all know beware i went in to find a hose and face mask for cpap Lori associate was helping me never bought for my cpap even brought it with me , she helped me with a diffrent mask then what i use was very expensive 130.00 dollars, what she said to help me buy it was "you have 30 days to return if you dont like it"SOLD, i went today to return it after trying it 3 times, she told me you can only exchange it, WHAT. i am so sick of companies being misleading to sell product. i work in customer service.so before writing this i read the receipt and it says "return policy will refund your original purchase for reguarly stocked products returned in 7 days of purchase. items must be unused and in original packing materials, and so on. however i dont get to see that until after the purchase.anyways should of went with my gut, DONT TRUST SALES REP FOR COMPANIES EVER. read more
