Dr. Hamann and her entire staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They don't just treat you like another patient--they make you feel like family. Every question I've had has been answered, every concern has been taken seriously, and they've always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. That's exactly why I continue coming back. Recently, I needed a new oral appliance after getting several new dental crowns, which caused my bite to change and my jaw to shift forward. I asked Dr. Hamann if it would be possible to get the lower device that helps keep my bite aligned--the same one I originally received back in 2020. Her assistant made one phone call, and within minutes they were able to reorder my original appliance because they had kept my impressions on file all these years. That level of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to their patients truly impressed me. It's rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients the way Dr. Hamann does. She takes the time to listen, understands your concerns, and works with you to find the best solution. Her staff reflects that same level of compassion and professionalism. If you're looking for an experienced, highly respected sleep specialist who truly puts her patients first, I can't recommend Dr. Hamann and the team at Agave Sleep & Wellness enough. I had to get a tooth replaced before I could get the apparatus for sleep apnea. The delivery date was 7/6/26 and I was to see Dr. Beth Hamann. Initially & she was in the patient room but when I asked to use rest room and came back, she was gone and Elizabeth was there. She is great but I wanted to talk to the doctor. I have severe sleep apnea. This apparatus is for mild sleep apnea. I eventually didn't feel comfortable going there. When I told them that I NEVER saw the doctor at all, Wende responded with a lie saying that I saw the doctor at delivery . This is simply not true and Elizabeth knows it. It seems like they circled the wagon to cover their asses. There was no apology. They stuck together with the deceit they created. Also with Wende, you never know what version of her one will get on their visit. She means well but can be condescending in her tone of voice.

An elderly woman came in on a mobile scooter that had died and after she checked in up front, the receptionist did not offer to help push her or move her, so she was left sitting there. I then got up and offered to help move her scooter. I assisted her with finding an outlet and plugging it in to get it charging, but something wasn't working right with her charger. My name got called to then go back for my appointment and I walked up to the woman who was the receptionist and asked if she could help the older woman out. The receptionist clearly saw me helping her before, looked at me and said nothing, and got up, very annoyed to then go and try to help the woman. I even told the medical assistant about it, as she asked me if the woman needed help, and she thanked me for letting her know, so it sounded as if they might have issues with this woman frequently. I can't believe someone in a healthcare facility was not willing or happy to help this woman. Terrible service and care!

You can imagine that dealing with a 22 month old for a sleep study can be pretty disastrous. My daughter was taking off the wires and struggling throughout the night. Elsa did everything to readjust the wiring throughout the entire night, without any sense of frustration or annoyance. Even when I can imagine other techs would give up and say that the sleep study would need to be redone. Elsa is a mom to small kids my daughter's age, and completely understands and empathizes dealing with cranky toddlers. I truly can't say enough about Elsa, and wish that all medical professionals were as calm, knowledgeable, empathetic, and truly love their job. I'm pretty difficult to please, I won't lie. I have made quite a few negative reviews for other businesses, and in all honesty, it's easier to find the negativity than the positivity of many places/providers. I have ZERO negative comments for Elsa. Absolutely amazing!

This was a much better experience than my previous study. Facility was orgainzed and clean. Everyone we encounted was positive and helpful. I needed several accomodations including having a care giver with me. All of my needs were met and then some. Would highly recommend this center for anyone needing a sleep study. I would suggest bringing from home anything that is going to make you more comfortable like a favorite pillow or music.

I wondered what went wrong, now i know.. Rotech took over from physician choice and medical specilist, since then i have had to call about a malfunctioning indogen g3 portable oxigen machine. I was told by my rep 9Turn out he is a manager). that they no no longer carried the model that i have so cannot replace it. He did offer to contact indogen to see if he could get a replacement . I asked him to call me back and let me know what he found out. He never did, now he is out sick. When i called today the customer service lady informed me they don't even carry indogen products. so now i have a oxigen machine that in not working propwerally and a company dothsat does not seem to care. During this sane 4-5 week period i have been trying to get a replacement cpap machine. I have followed all the request from Physician Choice and and Roctect tell me they don't have info my doctor, my doctors office tells me they sent the script in back in august tehy resent in in this week and Rotect Still tells me they don't have a request for a new machine. My currennt cpap is between 10-12 years old and has never been serviced or repaired except when i have changed the filters.. I am hoping my doctor can find me a medical company that cares about thier patiences. This company actually scares, me, on a scale of 1-5 I would give them a point 5 they don't even deserve a 1 rating. I see by there overall rating I am not the only person unhappy with this non caring company.
