There are some small gym items in the back, like foam rollers, stretch bands, etc in the back for sale. My only complaint is the parking lot. That thing is a real pain to get in and out of and I'd rather park next door. Maybe I'm missing something or not a pro at parking but there is no way to turn around, it's 1 lane and the next thing you know you are in the street because there isn't enough room for a car.

They took it apart and reassembled and even gave it polish and grease to quiet some squeaks. No walls were burnished or flooring scratched and they left the equipment exactly where we wanted it. Brandon was kinda and very knowledgable about the all the equipment in the store. He went over the warranty information with me and answered any other questions/concerns I had. The only thing that I had an issue with was the distance fee. I am already paying $300 for delivery and set up but due to the 46 mile distance I was charged an additional $40.

You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. Dropped by to get it and noticed they are remodeling- which is very welcome since it was quite small and this is a very popular shop. Super friendly staff and the quality of the product is well known. I do wish they didn't have have such sky high prices but they are popular and can price what they can get for sure. They also offer yoga classes in the park as well when it's not so hot so check that out if you like outdoor yoga. I've not attended but have been at the mall when they are having class and it's super popular. Make sure to check out their online category 'we made too much' if you want to catch a deal.

We were looking for an exercise bike to replace our failing LeMond bike. Jack quizzed us to help us identify the bike that would best fit our desires and wishes. We spent more than what we budgeted but surprisingly we don't have any regrets about our purchase. Heck, the TRUE bike has a 10 year warranty. And talk about value added service; turns out Jack has some kind of exercise college degree and he offered suggestions using the bike. You know, like programs and heart rate training. We were able to get a discount purchasing the floor model and Jack helped my buddy and I get it loaded up on the truck. No question, we will give Jack first opportunity when we are looking for anymore fitness gear. My wife already asked me to see Jack about a floor mat and medicine ball.
