I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

I was Not only person who came in soaked. Signed in asked for paper towels so we could dry off. Told NO as she poined to a box of Kleenex!! This was strike one. I sat in wet clothes and shoes for over 2.5hrs. Met with Dr Ray who didn't even look at my feet or do the pin test on my feet! Zeroed in on my neuropathy then started explaining about a very expensive surgery that is covered by medicare! Stike two! Then sent me to another room to fill out more paperwork. Wanted MRI of my spin, see a phycologist, Ekg, all of this as I was soaking wet! Not offer a gown or anything to get warm! Strike three! Not impressed with this place at all. Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

I had to get a tooth replaced before I could get the apparatus for sleep apnea. The delivery date was 7/6/26 and I was to see Dr. Beth Hamann. Initially & she was in the patient room but when I asked to use rest room and came back, she was gone and Elizabeth was there. She is great but I wanted to talk to the doctor. I have severe sleep apnea. This apparatus is for mild sleep apnea. I eventually didn't feel comfortable going there. When I told them that I NEVER saw the doctor at all, Wende responded with a lie saying that I saw the doctor at delivery . This is simply not true and Elizabeth knows it. It seems like they circled the wagon to cover their asses. There was no apology. They stuck together with the deceit they created. Also with Wende, you never know what version of her one will get on their visit. She means well but can be condescending in her tone of voice.

I am terribly disappointed with my experience with Chandler Endoscopy center. I was referred here…read moreby Arizona Digestive Health in January of this year for my colonoscopy. I was told that I would receive a call before my procedure to inform me of my out of pocket cost once it was submitted to my insurance for approval. I did not. I will own a portion of this, I did not receive a call nor did I follow up with the center to see what the out of pocket cost would be. I was desperate at the time to get some answers and I was told by my Dr that this is the first best step and at my age I would be eligible to proceed through insurance. I then received my first invoice in Feb of this year. I was charged 8,000$ and my insurance only covered 500$ of this cost. I called the billing number first and all they wanted to do was set up payment plans immediately, not discuss where the disconnect was. Keep in mind I was on hold for 30 minutes before I spoke with anyone. I then proceeded to call the office, I left a message with Rosie 02-25-25 for the office manager Heather to discuss what the next steps were with the bill. I was confused, because I was assured that my insurance would cover the procedure. I did not receive a call back, so I left messages for Heather on 02-27 and 03-04. On 03-05 I did finally get a call back stating not to pay anything, they were resubmitting the bill to my insurance provider. I continued to receive calls and invoices from the center, so I called the office again on the following dates 03-14 (Angelica), 03-18, 03-27 and again I was assured that it was re-submitted to my carrier and I need not do anything at that point. I left it alone for about a month, then the calls and invoices continued to roll in. I called the office on 04-30, spoke with Heather and she assured me that she would be reaching out to their billing department directly to discuss with them what the issue was. I never received a call back, so I called on 06-19 spoke with Heather again and I was told the same. She would reach out to their billing department and call me back. There are some significant lapses, however I do work 50 hours a week and do not have the time to call everyday. I then had a heart attack in July, so I was out of commission for quite some time. In August I started to receive calls and text messages from a collection agency. They did not leave voicemails, I can only assume that it is regarding this matter. I called to speak with Heather on 08-07 and left her a message regarding this matter and to this date I have not received a call back. I am only to assume that since it has gone to collections, they deem the matter as closed on their end. I then researched pricing on my own if I was to pay cash and not go through insurance. I received prices ranging from 2-4k. So again I am to assume that we raised the rate because we are going through insurance? Now I am stuck with a 7500$ bill that was sent to collections, when I was assured they were resubmitting on several occasions. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes (or 1,000$ per hour) At this point I do not know what to do, I will be paying for a colonoscopy that was recommended for the rest of my life along with the ER bills that are going to start rolling in from my heart attack. I will say this in closing, everyone was very nice, professional and made me feel very calm before and after the procedure. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed his residency at Barrow Neurological Institute. My wife was in a car accident over a year ago, and a fall in June caused her vertebrae to pinch her sciatic nerve; the pain was unbearable and required spinal fusion surgery to correct the problem. She was in the hospital for 10 days and actually had to wait an extra three days for Dr. Turner to return from a conference, as the hospital would not trust anyone else to perform the surgery, so we waited. I am happy to say my wife is doing great, thanks to the care and expertise of Dr. Turner and his team. She is walking around and progressing nicely and has pretty much returned to her normal everyday life 3 months later. Thanks again to Dr. Turner, his wonderful staff, and St. Joseph's Hospital for taking such good care of my wife.
