I received almost $300 statements with claims they did not send into my insurance from over 2 months ago. It is unacceptable that they would wait this long to complete a claim, then dump a huge bill at once on a patient because they care more about making a profit over providing care. Their billing employee is also extremely disrespectful and rude, which is completely unacceptable for a mental health provider. A complete lack of empathy after If they would have communicated this at all prior or even immediately after my appointment I would've looked for another provider. They also failed to communicate new legislation that requires them to see patients on a controlled substance on a monthly basis, so if you're already paying triple digits every 3 months don't expect them to tell you to start preparing to pay that every month. Every provider I have worked with from here is great, but the administrative and billing department is absolutely atrocious.

This was a much better experience than my previous study. Facility was orgainzed and clean. Everyone we encounted was positive and helpful. I needed several accomodations including having a care giver with me. All of my needs were met and then some. Would highly recommend this center for anyone needing a sleep study. I would suggest bringing from home anything that is going to make you more comfortable like a favorite pillow or music.

Predatory billing: They said I owed several hundred dollars in co-pays and forced me to pay up front. They wound up owing me hundreds of dollars in refunds but didn't tell me. I had to engage a third party to get the money back. 2. Rude and intimidating staff: One receptionist threatened, on my personal email, to bill me directly and not bill my insurance because two hours after she called to harass me about signing a consent form, I had not had a chance to sign it. Another dental assistant was rude because she was offended that I was upset the office charges $35 for a copy of your own x-rays but gives them to other doctors for free. 3. The TMJ bite guard was useless: Dr. Patel had to remake the appliance twice because it was off kilter. This took two extra weeks, two more 45-minute waits for more appointments, and two rounds of toxic, blue goop for tooth impressions. After the TMJ appliance was adjusted at two more appointments, it still caused horrible pain I NEVER had before I wore it. Headaches, jaw pain, teeth pain, eye pain, neck pain and ear pain! The TMJ bite appliance is too thin and does not work properly. The final result: I am going back to the orthodontist to get a new TMJ bite appliance.

At this point I'm 3 weeks from my last trigger point injection, I asked if there's even any point she replied come for a follow up and ask. I can see I'm just a dollar sign here.

My experience was exactly the opposite. I am new to Medicare, so had to start over. I went with the other big one (no name mentioned) and they dragged their feet so long the original prescription expired. After eight months, I switched to Lincare and worked with LIZ. She bird-dogged my situation, and had it completely resolved within just over a month. The one thing that is out of their hands is their phone system. Consistently dropping calls. As far as the company is concerned though, I give them two thumbs up.

They are kind, professional and knowledgeable. They address my concerns at each visit. Before AOC I had previously been to several Otolaryngology offices and received poor treatment from either the ENT or Audiologist. I will continue my care at AOC. I highly recommend AOC to family and friends. The front office staff is very efficient.

The amount of time he took with me as a first time patient was beyond anything I've ever experienced. Even during procedures, he explained every step he was doing and the results. The Cardiologist issued his release for surgery, all blood work is sent over. Apparently NO one is checking the patient portal where I have sent test documentation and requested 6 times for an appointment nor have they responded to a single voice mail message since last week. I managed to get through to Dr Rothman's Assistant on Thursday ONLY to be told she had not received any voice mails and has not had time to check the patient portal. I even emailed documents directly over to her. This is ridiculous.
